These are two pictures of nails i’ve had done here. (only ones on my new phone) I LOVE this nail salon. Johnny and Ben are amazing and i swear by them. Ben is amazing at shaping and color. Johnny also did an amazing ombré dip nail which looked straight out of a magazine. Super sweet friendly service. I’ve never experienced anyone rude. Reasonable prices for the quality and detail that goes into them. i’ve never had them break or chip, only get fills.
Ben is baaaaaack! Yeah!!! Thank you Ben for more than presentable hands again! Always VERY NEAT AND SYMMETRICAL art work! I Thank God YOU HAD TIME FOR ME! I can rely on consistency and always very professional!Michael is very accommodating at the front desk making sure all is GOOD!!Kim was there for my pedicure today and her calf massage put me to sleep. Thanks Kim!So glad to have you all OPEN!! 😁
Before the pandemic, I came here for the quality, friendly service and beautiful spa-like environment. Now I also come for the COVID-19 protocol. They go above and beyond. I tried a few other places when Fantasy was shut down, but never again. This is the only place I feel safe.
I felt comfortable and safe getting my treatment here a few days ago. The spa has taken the necessary measures to mitigate the risks of Covid. There is plenty of space to spread out and maintain more than 6 feet between people. You are required to wear a mask and face shield if you get both a manicure and pedicure. If you’re getting just a manicure they have plexiglass shields in place as well. Your temperature is checked upon arrival and your name and contact info is noted. It feels great to have a break and get pampered during this stressful pandemic. Treat yourself!
Very clean, good and quality product the lady help me pick the right color for my baby shower . Thank you!
Looooooove this shop! Ben gave me a full set a few weeks back and did an amazing job!!
Fantasy nails has always been a very clean and professional salon. Since the Covid shut down they are over board on cleaning and sanitizing. Masks and shields are worn by everyone. Chairs are distancing place. You sanitizer your hands when you walk in and then they spray sanitizer on your hands before they start. They wipe down all of the chairs and tables, etc between clients. I highly recommend this place to get your beauty services. This is safer then going to the grocery store.
I have been visiting to Fantasy Beauty Nails for 7yrs because there services is the best on the Westside. Ive put all my work colleagues on to them! ☺️Their meticulous attention to detail means that if there’s the slightest imperfection, they will fix it- I never have to point out any errors! My gel nails last for four weeks, no issues! With Covid-19 shutdowns, I was nervous to venture out but am so glad I came back- they are super safe, staff are double masked (face shield and mask) and they even sell the shields for customers.Everyone is must sanitise when entering, sign in and required to wear a mask and face shield. Guests sit more than 6ft away from each other, so no issues there.I’ll definitely be back to support this small, local business whose being very safe during these uncertain times!
I gave my daughter 100 dollars to get her manicure and pedicure. They charged her 98 dollars 4 days later she breaks a nail. I bring her back and they wont fix it free of charge... I beleive they should fix the one nail without charging. They took advantage of overcharging my daughter than they cant even fix the one crooked nail!!! Unbeleivable.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $$$$$. The manager Nicky has extremely bad business behavior. Very greedy!!! I have been a good customer for 2 years and spent over $600 a year. I got a gel manicure/pedicure at a cost of $63.00 and within 4 days the gel started to peel off. I was unable to stop in and show Nicky there was a problem until day 7 which was a Saturday at which time I showed her that the gel was peeling off. I told her I didnt have time until Monday to have them fixed. She said she would only fix the nails that were peeling and refused to redo the manicure. On Monday, I went in and by then all of the gel was peeling off my nails. There was obviously a problem with the gel or the way it was applied. I have been getting gel for years and never had any problems like this. Nicky refused to redo the gel polish saying it had been over a week and they only guarantee one week. I told her yes I understand which is why I stopped in to show her there was something wrong. After 20 minutes of arguing, she still refused to fix my nails at no cost. She would fix them if I paid for another manicure. BAD BAD BAD business owner!!!! If you have a good customer and you make a mistake, just fix it!!!! This was the second time I had a bad problem at Fantasy Nails. A few months ago, one of the manicurist cut 3 of my cuticles and my fingernails were swollen and sore for three weeks. I did show Ben, the assistant manager. They should have at least offered me a free manicure having to endure pain and suffering for 3 weeks. They of course did not offer anything and tried to keep it hush hush so that no one overheard that I had been cut. I continued to get manicures/pedicures even after that happened. Sadly, this place has some very good manicurist but the management is shady and greedy. They will lose $600 a year from just me when all they had to do was redo a $30 manicure that was their mistake. If something goes wrong, they blame the customer. Take your $$$ elsewhere. They do not deserve to have so many loyal customers when they are NOT loyal to their customers.
Rude, constant yelling, add on charges throughout my appointment. She broke my acrylic while doing my fill. Told me it would be less exspensize for a new set. Ripped my acrylics and natural nails off with a tip. Extremely painful. Ended up costing me close to $60. Went in for a $20 fill. I have them filled every other week. First time I went in, they painted my toes the wrong color (was to be the same as fingernails). Repainted. No apology
They have always been on time and did a very good job. I like kathy, she is good and very polite. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. People will often try to get something for nothing and this business is simply protecting itself. If u can’t spend 6$ for a broken nail maybe you shouldn’t be going there at all. I sat next to a lady who wanted a complete new set for free calling it a free redo because of some small tiny error. So my experience thre is they have always been fair but won’t let the public take advantage of them
Lon is amazing! My sister DeeDee is handicapped and her hands shake. Lon was very patient and talked with and made DeeDee laugh! Niki waxed her eyebrows and was very gentle. DeeDee left feeling like a princess! Q is also an amazing manicurist. She is always so sweet and I love talking with her.
When I arrived they said $25 for gel polish change then tried to charge me $30 at checkout. The women were super chatty & loud. Not my cup of tea!
I used to go to this salon all the time. Great technicians. No matter who I got, they always did a good job. However the manager, Nicky, left a bad taste in my mouth with poor customer service. I was a regular (gel manicure and pedi every week or two) and one week the gel polish was bad and turned color hours later. I worked 12 hour days and the soonest I could return was a few days later. Long story short, she accused me of lying and used the fact that I came back days later as saying it was my fault and that I had touched some kind of chemical when I left. Ive used gel polish several years and have yet to find a household chemical that would do that. I was also offended because she knew I was a regular customer and did nothing to help. I was extremely disappointed as I loved the nail technician at the time.
Best manicure Ive ever had. And Im not telling you who I go to because hes always so dang busy
Best nail place and nicest staff.
I dont recommend getting pedicures in general because you risk damaging your nails and risk getting an infection.
Over charged, Bad attitude.
