We pulled in and were immediately met by Luq with a cheerful attitude and ready to help while we were still in our vehicle (A+) Which was very convenient considering the weather. We were directed where to go and that they would be on it! We were also offered a couple of additional service which we declined but were met with great understanding and not guilt, which was nice! Luke Shawn Dylan and Ronnie were the best! All of them were super quick to change my oil, rotate my tires, and fix any issues with my Jeep that I was having. They couldn’t physically get to fixing my right passenger head lamp but offered plenty of advice on how to get it done quickly and effectively. Luke provided the best customer service and clarity on everything related to visit and costs associated. Many discounts were applied. This location has always been a favorite and continues to be!

Luq Jiffy Lube provided me with the best customer service! They vacuumed my floors and put air in my tires, which was extremely kind. The service was quick! I was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change. Everyone was so friendly, I will definitely be returning!!!! Thank you jiffy lube!

Luq was extremely kind from the moment I pulled up! He greeted me as soon as my car pulled in and even helped me out of my vehicle and walked me into the lobby. Once inside the lobby Luq offered me refreshments, WiFi, and pointed out the Tv. He also assured me he would be back in a few minutes to go over everything that they found after looking over my car, I only waited maybe 5 minutes before he came back in to assist me. When discussing what I needed taken care of he made sure to go slowly and check that I understood everything they were wanting to do and why. He also helped me save some money by offering coupons! He was nothing but polite and helpful and I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here.

The Hendersonville jiffy lube was the best one I have been too. Luq explained how important it is to keep your car maintenance up to date. I will be back and I will ask for him. He was caring and explained the service they provided to where I actually understood what he was doing to my car.

I came in upset prior to talking to the general manager Luke because I thought that my oil was leaking because of a previous visit. The customer service was amazing the whole time. I usually take my vehicles to Jiffy Lube for service. They are usually fast and efficient. The general charge is around $59.99 for an oil change. That is $20 cheaper than Valvoline. For the money you get a full oil change. Oil, filter change. They also do a multi check on all of your fluids. They will top the off for free. The vacuum your car out. They also wash your exterior windows. Fill you tires up with air.They also check your wipers and your bulbs to see if they need replacing. Cost is reasonable when replacing such items. Jiffy Lube has replaced items before that I have purchased at the auto store or Walmart. No charge. They usually have my vehicle ready to go in 15 minutes. Finally, never pay full price. They will give you a coupon book for next time. If you dont have the coupon book, go online and get a coupon off of Google search. Jiffy Lube is very generous about letting you have discounts. I would rather spend $60 for 15 minutes of my time then the alternative. I know when I leave there a lot more about the health of my car.

LuQ- Treated me very well! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I knew that my car was in very good hands. I had to get quite a bit done today. The manager even took my car for a test drive to make sure that the brake fluids I got replaced worked well. It was a very great experience! Definitely will come back!

LuQ, Shawn, and Dom did an awesome job on our brakes all around! They stayed past their normal business hours to ensure our car was safe. I have to use a walker, and Luke helped me out of the car and kept me from falling! He assisted my son in getting my walker back in the car.....so kind! We will definitely return for repairs and oil changes in the future.

Luke and team were so amazing to me. I honestly have put this oil change off a year and am so happy that I came. They made this so easy. He was so personable. I have anxiety and he noticed it right away. Went above and beyond to make me happy. I will never go anywhere else as long as Luke is here.

Luq was very professional. He met me outside of my vehicle and helped me out. Once inside I watched as they checked my vehicle for additional problems other than just an oil change. Luq was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail and what the reasoning was behind each service that was performed. If I declined a service he did not get upset and let me know how much longer I could drive before it became necessary for me to get it repaired. Sitting in the waiting area you can see your vehicle being worked on so you know what they are doing. I also watched as they cleaned my windows and windshield which I have never seen any other place do before. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Hendersonville.

Dylan & Luq saved my car today!I’ve been bringing my car to this location since 2017 because I’ve never had a bad experience. I even live 35-40 mins away now. I was on my way to get an oil change when my car suddenly over heated and flashed two check engine lights. As soon as I pulled up I explained the situation to Dylan and he explained what both lights meant and helped me immediately. They quickly found the problem and explained it to me well..Luq accurately estimated wait times..and communication and customer service was excellent from both. Was literally perfection from beginning to end. Please give these guys a raise! I’ll be back for sure.

I ran into some car trouble on the road and called this area and spoke to Luq over the phone. He was very professional and respectful over the phone! I pulled into the area and he welcomed and introduced himself and asked about my car. I expressed my concern and he went through my car’s current condition without any pressure. The crew definitely went above and beyond to fix my last minute car troubles! Shoutout to Ronnie for going above and beyond fixing my transmission line last minute! After spending about an hour looking for a place to get an oil change, I stumbled upon Jiffy Lube. I called the store to verify they could take my car. My call was quickly answered by Shawn, who was more than eager to earn my business. When I pulled into the store, Shawn quickly greeted me to ask what all I needed. He was such a gentleman as opened my car door for me and made sure I didn’t trip over anything as we walked into the waiting room. Luq came to get me a few moments later, and we walked outside to go over everything with me. Luq was very polite and informative as he went over my invoice. He even gave me a discount on my services! On my way out, Luq gave me a few coupon books to pass out to my friends, and thanked me again for coming to see them today. I honestly have never received such great customer service! It’s so refreshing to see young men so excited about their jobs and helping customers! I truly thank Shawn and Luq for providing me with the best experience and value! These guys should honestly be training others. I cannot brag on them enough! Now I can’t wait for my next oil change!

I pulled in with one of my fleet vehicles that I have had oil changes done several times at this location. The manager on duty today (7/22/2019 at 5 pm) had a kid run out and tell me my truck wont fit. I explained to the kid that I have been there before and I just need an oil change. He said they cant do it. I am looking at my previous service ticket as we speak. Last service was 5/10/2019 Invoice #11305 Work order #8 at 11:03 AM on a 2007 Cheverolet Express 3500. So that means my truck needs an oil change every two months. Guess what. It wont happen here again. And we have 5 Trucks and none of them will go there ever! As I pulled away I tried to speak to the manager! He looked at me with the phone up to his ear and walked away. Nice JOB hiring this guy whoever owns this Jiffy Lube!

Highly recommend this location for luxury vehicle service.4 months later update: Went to this location again because of the wonderful service I received the last time I went. Shaun and Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Rave4 was taken care of and received the service at a very reasonable price. My engine light was one and a part needed to be replaced. Matthew changed out the part that was throwing the code and the team showed me the old part that had exhaust build up compared to the new part which I thought was very cool and this educated me on the reason my vehicles engine light was on. Great customer service gentlemen and your location is highly recommended!

Customer service is top-notch. I wish they offered tire-balancing, though. When I got my tires rotated, they also needed to be balanced and I ended up having them rotated back. Otherwise, this is a great location with an exceptional supervisor on Saturday morning.EDIT: The vibration that led me to believe a tire was not balanced was caused by a manufacturing failure in the tire. I had the tire replaced and all was well.EDIT AGAIN: They pull filters to try to sell you additional services while youre there. Thats not unusual for chain businesses. However, they did not replace the cabin filter on my Chrysler 200. I guess they just layed it down on a table and forgot about it. Reduced to 2 stars. Dont take anything out of my car without consulting next time.
