Great work and excellent service. I was in and out of there in about fifteen minutes for an inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and signal light change. The staff are quick to help, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ill be making this my auto service from now on.

My friend came for an inspection .while he was there he had a health issue, another customer saw his distress came over to him ask if he was ok, she is an angel disguised as a nurse.She got him the help he needed THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. He was having a heart attack,he is doing much better.We dont know her name but she has a caring heart and her training saved him .Thank you., Thank you. I drove 45 min just to come to a family owned operation. Got my oil changed and inspection done in about 15 min. Super friendly, polite staff, clean restrooms, comfortable waiting area. I will definitely come here again.

Horrible. Everytime they change my oil they dont tighten something up all the way or just leave it unhooked causing all my instrumentual panel lights to come on. After the third time Im done.

They are always very nice and knowledgeable. When I wasnt sure of what filter I should change they politely explained the difference and helped me decide without making me feel dumb. Ive gone here for everything from a safety inspection to help replacing a wiper blade, its always fast and affordable.

Service was fine, but masks not enforced or practiced in the common area. I suggested to the employee that there should be a requirement- its the LAW. Local businesses need to grow a pair and mandate masks in their business. Most people in Henderson county are high risk for Covid, either they are older or they are obese. As a nurse, I work with Covid positive patients. Everyone around me is at risk. But its NO DIFFERENT for those of you who arent knowingly being exposed, because you will be if you dont take precautions.

They didnt have the oil my car used so they sent me to get it. I brought the oil and filter back and they changed it for me. Then charged me almost as much as the entire oil change would have been at the dealership including the oil and filter. Dont tell someone to go get the parts you dont have then over charge them when they actually bring you back the parts and their business. Pretty crooked.

Super fast service from the Oil Well. I live in South Carolina, but Im from Hendersonville. I found myself in need of an oil change locally, and I was not disappointed. I was there for maybe 15 minutes total. The oil change was very reasonably priced and the staff were very personable.

Had an oil change about a month ago. They said they check all fluids... Yea ok. Oil is low, coolant is really low. When you say you check all fluids you should probably check ALL fluids. Only went there cause I dont have the time any more to do it myself. Looks like I will make the time now. Thanks for almost messing up my car.

I like this place. Convenient and affordable. I use them for inspections. They also check your tires air and vacuum your cars interior for free. My visits have taken between 30 minutes to an hour.

Personally I wouldnt go here if my life depended on it. $43 for an oil change?! Not only that but the owner treats his employees horribly, pays barely above minimum wage, these people could make more money at a McDonalds... Guy is greedy, and it shows. Horrific pay for his employees, shoddy equipment that doesnt seem to work right, ever... charges a premium price for a basic oil change... No wonder they cant seem to keep enough help...

Not recommendedI stopped in there on Monday September 10 to get the oil changed .We were there approximately 30 minutes. When we left about a mile down the road the oil pan cover fell off in the middle of the road.My car is a 2017 escape.I will be going back this morning Wonder what excuse they will have.They were closed when we got back to them yesterday. Very dissatisfied customer.
