This was the best experience I’ve had renting a car. My car had broken down and left me stranded in North Carolina. Without a major CC, (not attached to my bank account) I was unable to rent a car. We were in serious trouble traveling from out of state! I came across Best Auto Rentals in Hendersonville NC and a lady named Jamie bent over backwards to accommodate us. She got a car to us about 30 miles outside of Asheville NC on a Saturday afternoon even though all her offices were closed on Saturdays in NC. She made special arrangements for us and promised she would stay on it until we were set! She did what she said and got back traveling! We drove off in a very nice Toyota Camry! Thank you Jamie Tarr!
