Zach was amazing today when I was involved in an automobile accident! He was so nice and completely understanding when I was completely scatter brained. He and Jay were both so good to me when I came to get my belongings out of the car! Appreciate them very much!

Very professional and helpful. No one wants to call a tow service, but when you nee done it is so helpful to have someone who actually answers the phone and takes the time to help you. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle being towed.

We ran into car trouble 30 minutes into vacation and needed a tow back into Asheville. We waited for 2 hours for one tow company that canceled on us (without telling us). Frazzled, we called Hendersonville Towing and he was there within 45 minutes. The cost was lower than what I expected and he had us on our way quickly. I would recommend this company 100%!

This guy is awesome!! I won’t ever call anyone else! My Jeep died right in the middle of the road and on the wrong side of the road because of the electric emergency break engages when tried to push it out of the way. It happened at 2am and I scheduled the tow with another company but after an hour of waiting I realized they no showed me and left me stranded knowing I was expecting them. This happened with 3 other companies also. Even texting me and calling me saying they were 10 minutes out. Until my phone died at 5am. And not one of them showed up. Even after knowing the company’s I tried before them left me stranded also. But finally a trooper drove through around 7 and let me charge my phone and get out of the 15° weather and get warm. We called THIS Hendersonville towing company and he answered and was was kind and understanding and rushed got there in less than 25 minutes on a early Sunday morning. Was extremely professional and kind. Put my Jeep up and took me to the shop and got me running again for an amazing price.

Not sure why anyone has commented on their attitude, my tower was so friendly and professional! We had a large box truck delivering a sofa get stuck in a ditch next to our driveway. They were quick, communicated well and got the job done. Highly recommend!

Spent 10 minutes on phone & still couldnt get a quote from them

Best towing company around.

They towed my truck once on a recovery. Law enforcement called them so the rate was jacked up. B&D towed me at 2 in the morning and went out of their way to get me, my wife and our truck home safely. Them I would call in a heartbeat.

Awful experience. Dont seem to care for vehicles in their possession, my belongings were left out in the rain for multiple days while in their care, despite common sense.

Its a fantastic place to visit to get away.

Great price. Fast. And excellent customer service. In spite of a difficult situation, Chris was courteous and made sure I had everything I needed to get back on the road, before leaving.

Our tire blew out and we were several hundred miles from home. Our jack would not work. We called Hendersonville. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was friendly, reassuring and calmed me down. The driver arrived in 45 minutes and put on our spare saving us a pricey tow bill. They were fast, friendly and even offered advice if we ever experienced this in the future.

Great if your in a jam, but be warned about their customer service. If you like warm and friendly; dont go here.

Wouldnt even answer the phone, had flat tire and was stuck in the rain

Great price and timely. I have had very good service from them for the past 3 years, always on time, never damaged any of my trucks or equipment.

Worst in life. horrible customer service. attitude is even worster............. I made a deal with one of the employee or he might be the owner...... will i made a deal with him and i did my part of the deal but he hasnt done his part and now i have to pay a Fee of 90 dollars to the DMV cause of this employee or owner.
