My daughter & I were broke down in the middle of Sugarloaf Road (pulling a horse trailer). Towing owner stopped in his personal vehicle to offer assistance. Told me he would be right back with his rollback. He was back within 10 minutes and got me safely to a repair shop for a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend this company & will continue to use them in the future.

Called for tow and gentleman told me hed be there in one hour. Over one hour later he called and said he took another job and couldnt come at all. Ensure you have full commitment before requesting service.

Call them at 9pm to have a vehicle towed out of our parking spot at Chadwick Square ( since there signs are the ones posted all around our complex) and the gentleman told me he would be there in 15 mins. Its been over an hour and I havent heard anything from them. That is not good business AT ALL. I would not recommend them to anyone. I just tried to call them and no one answered !

Wrong address on Internet, felt sorry for the young boys who I took to pick up their car and it had been towed. They’re picking up peoples cars that were on the side of the road, because they could not travel in the icy conditions and charging them $125. So sad.

I am from out of town visiting with family in South Carolina. About 40 minutes into my drive back home our car breaks down in North Carolina just before the Green River gorge. It was a very precarious place to break down as the shoulder was just big enough to squeeze the car onto with traffic zipping by right outside the driver door. I was referred to A Plus Towing through the Meineke roadside service. Meineke informed me that I could possibly have a wait time of 90 minutes due to the high volume of tows that day, however, I was contacted by A Plus Towing service within 20 minutes that they were on their way! Roy with A Plus Towing came out and bravely hooked my car onto his towing ramp with very little space to work with, and under incredibly dangerous circumstances. I appreciate his great attitude, and timely arrival! It made that situation so much easier knowing that he was taking great care to assist us. After hooking us up to the tow, Roy informed us that he would stop off at the next exit in order to secure the car more thoroughly for the trip we would make back into SC to drop the car off at my parents house. After dropping the car off, he wished us well and left. Fortunately, due to the Meineke service benefit I received, I only had to pay half the cost for the towing service. However, A Plus Towing did an outstanding job and I would have been more than happy to pay full price for a job so well done. This was my first towing/ road-side assistance circumstance, and it is my hope that if ever there is another situation that it would be as pleasant as this one! Thanks A Plus Towing!
