My right rear tire blew out this morning. The place I had bought my tires from (6 years ago) were out of stock😬. The tow company hooked me up with a company that totally saved the day! I got 4 new tires higher quality than what I had for similar price I paid in 2013. Same day!!! I couldn’t be more appreciative & will recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Tiffany for dispatching Jason to come to my rescue!!!

Great job and on time

My daughter found herself with a wheel off in a ditch and the car resting on the frame. I called affordable. Jason was on site within 30 minutes. Anothet 10 minutes the car was back on the pavement. He was professional, quick, and most if all experienced. I cant recommend him enough.

Id give this place negative 2 stars of it werent for the tow truck driver who was super nice and helpful. The lady at the call center was soo unprofessional and rude during a stressful time, pretty much had to use my customer service skills to keep her calm. Also, theres no office on site and the place is really difficult to find and under two different names. Its a known fact that local police get kickbacks for using this company as well.

The dispatcher answering the phones said that she didnt know where Cottontown, Tennessee was located. In this day of Internet service, map services and Google Maps...you cant even look up a city? So as I gave directions, she repeated she didnt know where Cottontown was, and hung up on me. So if a towing service cant look up where Cottontown city is located, that is surprising to me. The city is only 15 miles from Hendersoville. Dont hang up on the phone on someone because you are confused...it is very rude. Others reading this may think that I got rude, and that may be why I got hung up on. Yeah...no...no rudeness from my end. I just got so annoyed to get hung up on, that I decided to write this review. I dont know how their wrecker service is (and will now never know), but their personal skills are horrible. And I dont recommend a service that apparently doesnt have the ability to look up a city only 15 miles away from their location.

1) I wasnt asked where I wanted my car to go. In fact, no one from the towing company even spoke to me at ALL when I was in a wreck. Instead, they took my car without a word and just took it to their UNaffordable storage yard. I wasnt consulted once or given any prices.2)When I went to the storage yard to take pictures of the damage, I had to wait for almost 30 minutes on their stoop in the heat while they ignored me even after I had gone up to them and asked for help.3)I had 3 pairs of sunglasses and my little red gas canister STOLEN FROM MY VEHICLE. I guess while rummaging through my car for things to take, they got MUD ALL OVER THE INTERIOR and they had all of my glove box & arm rest compartment BELONGINGS STREWN ALL OVER THE SEATS AND FLOOR LIKE IT HAD BEEN RANSACKED!4)my bill was in-f***ing-sane! $500 for towing and storage + all the free stuff THEY STOLE FROM MY CAR!Just dont call them when you need help. Untrustworthy and despicable.

The lady on the phone clearly had no idea of what she was doing. I had to give her my information several times, and she couldnt even read her map! She then hung up on me!

Staff was good and so was the service!
