I will have to say this is absolutely the best team of insurance in the state hands down. Jen has completely taken care of our fire claim from the beginning even when things were not going so well with the claims Dept. She will absolutely not take any thing from the claims Dept other then what is right for the customer. I highly recommend this agency for your needs.

I would suggest either finding a different State Farm agent or a completely different insurance company. The people that I dealt with were completely incompetent from the very start.I was quoted one price for my auto and billed for a higher amount once I signed up. An associate told me they would submit the proof of homeowners insurance to my mortgage company and did not. I found out they did not once I started receiving notices from my mortgage company. The mortgage company almost started charging me homeowners insurance due to their mistake.I later added another car to the policy for my wife, they assured me she was good to go and I would receive the cards in the mail. After two weeks, I had not received the cards and the bill had not increased. I called in to find out that the car had in fact not been insured. My wife was driving around with our children for two weeks without proper insurance, due to this offices incompetence.I have had State Farm before with a different agent and not run into any of these issues. If your shopping for insurance, either pick a different agent or completely different company. I have since switch both my vehicles, rental property, and the new home Im purchasing to a different company.

State farm sucks thier cleint crashed into my car it was declared a total loss and still havent recived payment in full for my car. I have pictures of my car before and aftwr the crash. I have tried calling state farm they said they would pay for what they havent paid forIt still hasnt happend!!
