I lived there in apartment #516 for 5 months. The management staff is very nice but the living area needs a lot of work. I have several photos but won’t allow to be posted. In the five months I caught 19 brown recluse spiders. I complained in a work order several times and the apartment was sprayed twice. I had to live with a glue trap in every corner and every possible drain closed at all times. It still didn’t help. I have a 23 month old boy and I’m very glad he did not get bit but on my last night I did get bit. I had to seek medical attention…it’s not a safe area for living or kids. I’m not the first to complain about the spiders and the management doesn’t care as they don’t live there but they will be held accountable in court. LOOK FOR OTHER AREAS FOR THIS PRICE AND NOT WITH BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS.

I lived here over a year (just bought a house) and never had a problem. The front staff changed very frequently, but they all were/are very nice and helpful. Maintenance man was always awesome! I even received my deposit back when I moved. Which is very uncommon form apartments! The only thing that bothered me the most was a they have a huge dog park, but no park for kids...never understood that!

Loved Windsor Park Apartments, HATED the Hamilton. Before calling, be sure to write down everything you want to say because it may be the only time you get ahold of them. Also, kiss that deposit good-bye; you wont be getting it back no matter how well you upkeep the place. Now living across town and Im as happy as I once was when I lived at Windsor Park.

Update: my home mold test kit did find two types of mold, cladosporium and aspergillus. I did send evidence over to the apartment complex all they want to offer was my last month’s rent. That’s unacceptable when I loss items due to the mold and paid my rent on time. The corporate regional manager Ms. Johnson was NOT helpful and concerned. She wanted to be right instead of looking at all the evidence that I presented to her property manager since November of 2020. Please DO NOT rent from them. I’m a mother of a special needs child that has nursing in the home 40 hours a week. My children and I along with the nurse was exposures and they did nothing!Very very disappointed in my experience living at The Hamilton. I just moved out on Feb 19, 2021, with my lease ending Feb 27, 2021. and have dealt with what I strongly believe is mold for the last 6 months. The mold was on the walls, bathroom, and tub. Anything near the mold it would grown on. I had to depose of clothing, shoes, books, etc.... When I noticed the mold I immediately emailed the apartment manager along with pictures. They did send a man to come and expect for mold who said it was condensation from water, not mold! I didn’t understand how it was condensation when the “ stuff” would spread on my clothing and when I clean it, a few weeks later it would reappear. Even when I accidentally touched it ( with gloves on) my hands felt like they were burning and would also itch. The apartment complex claimed they did ALL the recommendations he suggested however the mold kept reappearing. Each time it reappeared I kept sending emails and pictures to show the “ stuff” has never left and the “ stuff” was continuing to spread on my personal items. I received no responds back. All the while I’m paying rent and my personal belongings are being destroyed. I can’t claim on my rentals insurance because I’m not really sure what to tell them it is. Feb 25th I went over to the apartment to clean and I found more mold in a new place. Of course, I took pics and send email immediately. I told her I would no longer be cleaning this “ stuff” and don’t expect to be charged one cent. I did tell her I wanted my rent and the cost of my damaged items. This time she did respond and said she reached out to the man that inspected before and was going to have him come back out. I thought it was crazy you would have him come back out after I moved out and not when I was there telling you the problem still existed. I explained to her anytime a problem still exist, though you may have done the recommendations suggested, it still is a problem and needs to be handled immediately. I told her you have to treat it as an safety hazard because you don’t know what it is. I told her to treat people right that keep you in business. I did get a mold home kit and have sent off to be tested. I don’t one ANYONE to experience what I have gone through. I have two boys. My youngest is autistic, ADHD, and has seizure disorder. He has CNA nursing in the home 40 hours a week. My children and I were definitely at risk along with his nurse. I had others issues with them allowing random cats to run around the property. Daily it was a new cat. Also, residents not cleaning up after their animals. The trash would frustrate me as well. Sometimes the trash cans would be over flowing along with furniture sitting there for weeks to be picked up for disposal. The breezeways were not cleaned. For months at a time I would see the same piece of paper and trash in my breezeway. Finally I emailed and asked them to clean it because it was just nasty! The cost of the complex doesn’t match the treatment and upkeep you receive. I moved to Gallatin Revere at Hidden Creek and I love it! It’s nicer, newer, staff answers phone and emails, breezeways are clean, residents clean up after their animals, no site of mold, etc.... Overall I’m in a better home. My children are happy because they know I’m happy now. I been unhappy, scared, and mad for the last six months. I just don’t one ANYONE to go through what I been through living there.

The “upgrades” do not look like the model. Don’t be fooled. Light switches are old and not like the model, outlets old and not like the model, the temperature gage is old and not like the one in the model. It’s old and nasty. Nice upgrades as far as kitchen but should have did them all the same. Why show a model knowing it’s nothing like the unit they will be leasing. Yes these are small but they are big to ppl like me due to the price. These apartments are not worth the amount they are trying to charge. You Gm can get a newly built apartment for the price you will pay here. Don’t lease here!!!!!

OMG! Where to start, so I’m not from TN moved from Lexington Ky after my divorce; stayed in Goodlettsville with my parents for a year before they eventually moved back to KY. I scrambled around to find a place of my own in a short period of time, (Windsor Park) got back to me first the staff was extremely nice and helpful so I moved there. Was it the greatest place (No) but it was ok BUT It was comfortable, never had a problem or an issue. Fast forward a few months in, Windsor Park is now The Hamilton, and from that moment on it was the worst living environment I’ve EVER experienced. I was never late with rent with (WP) first months rent is due to The Hamilton their online portal isn’t working so I couldn’t pay it that day, mind you I worked my second job construction back in KY. They acknowledge that their online portal isn’t working but guess who still gets charged a late fee me, not the end of the world though even though it was 60 or 70 bucks extra. Let me get to the construction and renovations Lord have mercy. Keep in mind I work 2 jobs with one being in another state 4 hours away. Sometime in October I believe they did construction on the parking lot to repave it I unfortunately was out of town working and had the pleasure to return home to both of my cars towed all the way in Millersville which I had no idea where Millersville was to the tune of a total of $510 to get out being livid is an understatement I was furious. When they could’ve just moved my cars to a different part of the Community instead of towing a loyal paying resident of the communities cars away. OH! Not to mention one of the cars is in my mothers name, so she had to take off work and drive 4 hours from KY to get it out for me, at this point I was done with (The Hamilton). The renovations to the apartments oh my god my off days were no longer my off days I would get one or two a month between both jobs and it seems like every time I had a free day they just decided to come and do some work when throughout those long weeks nothing that they wanted to renovate ever get renovated until I was off when I moved out my kitchen cabinets were still not finished my bathroom was still not finished they upgraded the locks to my door to those key fobs, for a whole day I didn’t even have a key fob to get into my new locked door everybody else in my apartment building did but I didn’t. I abruptly cut off all communication with them and moved out as soon as I could. The only good that came from the new staff was the maintenance crew, The property manager is horrible I don’t even know how she got the job. Windsor Park gets 4 stars, The Hamilton negative 20.

The new owners are the worst to try and get ahold of. Theyre either not answering the phones or theyre out of the office for hours at a time. The rent is far to high for such bad management. I wouldnt recommend moving to this complex.I fully understand there are growing pains when there is a shift in ownership. The communication from them is also an issue. The upgrades, although lovely, are becoming an issue as there is zero communication from the management when people will be in and out of your apartment, when have to park elsewhere etc..and theres people coming and going out of our apartment with ZERO notice several times a week. Its an encroaching privacy issue at this point and effecting our comfort levels, as we work late evenings and early morning you have people banging on the door or already wandering into your home. Im certain with the upgrades the rent will become outrageous for such lack of consideration of the tenants. Who knows. But if youre currently looking for a new apartment, Id let this one get its growing pains out of the way and maybe it would be worth it. Idk. For now, it is not.

I lived here for about nine months in 2018 and considering the amount of money it takes to find a place thats not falling apart and in a safe neighborhood in middle tennessee these days, Id say its a pretty decent value. Staff was always helpful, friendly, and quick to fix maintenance problems, although I only had two the whole time. Parking and crime were never an issue, never felt unsafe or heard any gunshots or domestic violence close by. I found one or two bugs but its an average amount that can be expected eventually, no infestations or anything. I will say however, if you live in one of the main road facing apartments then you will probably have to pause the movie for the sirens as its right down the street from the fire station and the sliding glass doors are thin.Overall Id recommend this place and would have stayed but I had to move for school.

The community is beautiful, quiet, and mere minutes away from my bank and most of the stores I frequent (Indian Lake). The leasing office staff (Ive talked to Gerald and Tammy mostly) and the maintenance crew are very courteous, quick, and efficient. This is one of the most pleasant apartments communities Ive had the pleasure of residing. Ive been here 5+ months.

Great apartments. Great staff. Biggest problem was the brown recluse infestation. After countless pest control appointments the issue was still not corrected. We ended up moving out (and taking the brown recluses with us 😵😵😵) and finally we were able to get rid of them! We had spoken to all of our neighbors at the time and they had all seen and complained about the spiders as well. But after the spider bite sent me to the hospital we had had enough.

This place is crazy don’t move here please stay away they are liars!!!

I have lived at WINDSOR PARK for over 7 years which has now been purchased by another company and now called The Hamilton. Before I even knew about the buy out I had made the decision to move upon the end of my lease Aug 2019. Reason being, the rent in this complex is way too high for what is offered. In researching other apartment complexes I soon learned that I could rent somewhere else, with at least 200 more square feet, much more modern utilites and amenities for the same price or less than $100 more a month. Now that another company has purchased these apartments, they are going to to in do upgrades and charge much higher rent. They are going to put a band aid on old apartments. My suggestion is move elsewhere..trust me! Also, the new managment NEVER answers the phone!

Me and my wife lived here for about a year and a half. Its nice and quiet, and very convenient for getting to nearby stores and business. Maintenance is ok, good not great. Have to be a little persistent to get them to fix something. No one ever did anything about the people that kept parking in front of the entrance to our apartment. Even though we mentioned it to the office several times, we had to walk around someones vehicle everyday. Really was a frustrating day for our move out because of that too. The space says no parking like 7 times in it and people still do it everyday. I would say it is over priced as well but its in Hendersonville so what do you expect. Other than that it wasnt a totally terrible place to live. Gerald in the front office seems to be the only one that actually shows concern for the ones that live here.

Brown Recluse Spiders! They spray for pests. The only bugs we have had are poisonous spiders. I have found two spiders in our shower over the past 3 months. My theory is they live in the walls and come out periodically. Our friends on the opposite end of the complex have found ten in their bedroom over the past year. IMG_5950.JPG

These apartments are extremely over priced. The staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional with the exception of the male who worked in the office who was always very kind. These apartments are very old and outdated with bugs everywhere. I had a ants all over my deck all the time and frequently found brown recluse spiders inside my apartment. Spend a couple hundred more and go closer to downtown. It’s worth it.

If you want to walk on your porch or balcony and get poured on while its raining trying to open your door this is the place for you. The take forever to fix anything and when they do its never right. I wish I could say different but I couldnt even lock my front door for over a year .I called over 50 times about a front door 2 years later I got one. But I can say the grounds are nice except dog crap everywhere but thats bc people are lazy. I was told once by a office person. I dont have to listen to you Im busy was just calling about my door. Gerald is the best he is so professional and helpful. He should be the manager they dont give him nearly enough credit. The people that are in charge the rude ladies should step down and let him do their job.
