Always a good experience. It doesnt matter which doctor you see or which staff member helps you because everyone is great. The office is clean. They actually listen to what you are saying and are very helpful. Lisa is the front is absolutely amazing, she is genuinely nice and actually cares.

Never again will I step foot in this place. Rude unprofessional and truly without a clue. The staff needs to be retrained other than Austin. Maybe have him train the staff? The building has two veterinarians that are extremely nice that I have met. Stop blaming everything on Covid. It’s time to re-train…

My dog and I had a new patient appointment yesterday (6/4/2021) and the experience was great, from start to finish. The day before my appointment I got a reminder call, and today I got a follow up call to see if I had any remaining questions/concerns. I suck at answering my phone so I never actually spoke to them, but the voicemails were greatly appreciated.At the appointment, Dr. Chaudhry was really nice and addressed all my questions/concerns. The other staff were also extremely helpful. After they took my dog into the exam room I also heard them talking about how cute he is, so extra points in their favor lol.

Great dane has anxiety. Went above and beyond for my difficult but loving big boy. Will be back for certain.

It has been some time since I had to put my cat Sassy down. I was a wreck and I knew it broke a piece of my heart. Thank you for putting up with my tears and sadness. Sassy was one of the greats who helped me so much throughout my life. When I used to do search and rescue in NY sometimes when you came home from a bad day I always had my Sassy cat there helping me. I appreciate the concern and help through a very difficult time I had.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! After agreeing to an amount for my dog to be Spayed they said they could not do it and then charged us for 320$ dollars in tests that we did not know we would have to pay full amount for (they told us our insurance would cover most of it) they would not let us get our dog until we payed the full amount. Thet were also very rude on the phone and all of this would have been avoided and she would have been spayed had we not agreed to an additional 72$ test that we agreed to that they even said was not mandatory I agreed to the test because they said it was the safer option. Had I not, they would have spayed her either way. This place gives you the runaround, telling you that you need additional tests, that your insurance will cover it then after the fact tell you that you need to pay the full amount first.....

The staff was absolutely wonderful generally speaking, but the doctors initial exam was a rectal exam and said my cat was constipated after an attempted very clear explanation as to what he was doing and what was wrong. A few days later, within the week, I went to the Vet Hospital on Trop and Durango and with the same exact explanation they diagnosed him with a brain tumor and he passed within the week. The initial visit here did not offer anything in the realm of bloodwork and x-rays like the emergency clinic across town did, and I was clearly willing to move forward with necessary testing. Though there is no treatment, an understanding as to why my cat was dying would have been appreciated with proper testing and taking the time to listen as I was cut off when trying to express his symptoms to the nurse. The front staff was fantastic but the nurse wouldnt allow me to express the issue though I was concise and clear, cutting me off when trying to express this. In quite disappointed and extremely hurt.

Highly recommend this clinic! Staff is always friendly, professional, & my pets always have a positive experience. Doctor Jonas really knows his stuff. Thank you!

Always there to help. I took my cat in for vaccines and the next morning he was not acting normal and had a allergic reaction. Dr. Jonas made Abraham feel much better!! He is back to his normal sweet self again.I love all the doctors and staff here. They are all wonderful and you always get a call the next day for a follow up!

I have been twice now, for vaccines and then back for boosters. Not one person introduces themself. They just just start talking about my dog. I had to ask if I was speaking to a doctor or not. They also bring your pet into a backroom for all examinations, which is terribly unprofessional. This place is fine, but you can do MUCH BETTER. We wont be going back.

Dr. Fenner was great when helping me find a treatment plan to help my puppy with his allergies. The Stephanie Animal Hospital staff are polite & professional. They are great at returning phone calls & informing you of test results.

Theyre warm & caring in your time of distress in putting your animal to sleep.

Dr Jonas is the only vet I’ve liked in my whole life of taking dogs to Vets and he’s the only vet I’ll ever go to!! And I’m very picky!! Thank you dr Jonas for being a great veterinarian:-)

Aside from the bad experience I had with another customer upon checking in (dont mess with my cat, or allow your child to mess with my cat), I am very pleased. Dr. Burks was incredibly thorough and honest, which I greatly appreciate. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Prices are quite reasonable, and they accept Care Credit which is extremely helpful. I will happily go back ... as long as that other guy and his kid arent there ;)

Dr. Jonas has been taking care of my animals and I couldnt ask for a better doctor. He never rushes the appointment, always does a thorough exam, and is sympathetic to financial constraints. Alina is my favorite technician. She always follows up with me to ask me how my dog is doing and is more than willing to answer any questions I have. The reception staff has always been nice to me (especially when Im booking last minute appointments). Theres a reason this place is always busy!

I had been seeing another local vet with my last cat, but since putting him down I have adopted another cat and decided I did not really like the vet I had been going to, plus the memories were too much. So a friend recommended this place, and I am very happy with them so far. The girls at the desk are very friendly and nice, and there is never much of a wait (my last vet would take forever to see you, even with an appt.). Dr. Moore is very professional and knowledgeable, and I feel very comfortable with her caring for my new cat. This is my new vet, so glad I found them!

Worst experience at a vet that I’ve ever had. My first negative review I’ve left ever. I’ve never walked out of a place and I walked out here. I even politely called and told them I’d be going somewhere else and they need not wait on that paperwork to which they replied by not having any idea which animal I was referring to. I sat there in the office with the only animal in the whole place with multiple employees speaking about me in front of me asking. I have never been treated more poorly that by this place. My cat was freezing shaking and waiting on fluids that take 60 seconds and they were unable to do so after a two hour wait so I left and got them done elsewhere.

Dr. Jonas is a wonderful vet, truly caring. I had a really sick dog with a rare disease and he worked with us to get a specialist to help. When the dog was doing poorly he said to bring him in and call on the way to the office. I felt my dog was in great hands. The staff is great too and very thoughtful. They always follow up with a phone call in a day or two to make sure everything is okay with the dog. I recommend them to all my friends.

Im very pleased with the service I have received from Dr. Culpepper, her tech Lexi, and the front desk staff. I have one cat who needs more vet attention than the others and Dr. C has always cared about his overall well-being, paying close attention to his issues. She listens to me about his symptoms and behavior and when she explains whats going on, she breaks it down into average person talk without throwing in a lot of medical jargon.I am moving out of the country soon and I would love to be able to bring my Siamese cat back for his checkups every 6 months simply because I love the care and time she gives to my sickly boy. I am going to see if I can arrange to do that, even though it will be long trip but my fat boy kitty and the care he receives is well worth it.You can really tell that Dr Culpepper and Lexi care about animals and I appreciate them, and the staff at the desk, very much.

We moved here to henderson nevada in October took our dogs to Stephanie animal hospital great experience best folks we’ve felt with with our dogs in the 13 years we have had them i wish more veterinarians had so much care and pride as they do here

I bring my Golden and Yellow Lab here for checkups. They were fast and friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone.

I had an emergency with my cat and they were very accommodating to my situation. The doctor was very understanding and able to help me feel comfortable and that my cat was in good hands.

Weve been taking our dogs to Dr. Stanton for years. He does a great job!

I took Kiu there because his face was swelling. The pulled 2 teeth that were cracked and charged me 800$. His face continued to get worse so I took him to Spencer Springs Animal Hospital and Dr Costa had to perform surgery on him to remove a part of the tooth that they had left in and clean out the horrible abscess. She had to go from the inside and the outside of his face to repair the damage. They only charged me 215$ for all the work that they did and never charged me an office visit charge for all the follow-ups.
