(Pardon my screen name; My name is Kyra Becker, my pet is Luna)I shouldve written this review over a year ago now.When I brought my cat into the vet, things were really difficult and stressful for myself, my pet, and my family. Luna was constantly throwing up every single day, multiple times a day. There were many other issues, and things just werent looking good for her health, and for my familys sanity. Constant messes obviously resulted in talking about bringing her to the animal shelter.No one likes to hear that.I was debating between this place, and another. Chose this one based on how close to home it was, and made my appointment.We met Dr. Taylor Campione (I believe thats how you spell her last name), and since my father was offering to pay for the treatments, there was a budget of $200 being the maximum amount.Dr. Campione didnt even exceed $100. She switched Luna to a new diet, and gave her an allergy injection, and we walked out with a mere $85 bill.Lunas vomiting history goes back to when I at least got her from an animal shelter in 2017. Shed been returned back over EIGHT times before me. So I cant imagine how sick she mustve been for so long.Her problems went away in a near instant. When we changed how she was eating, she basically turned into a kitten. She runs, she plays, she has all this energy that just came out of nowhere. Her fur is so soft and not greasy, and shes noticeably happier.While there are still things that need to be checked on for her, theres a huge step in progress that has happened and has not reversed ever since.I will never go anywhere else. Any and all pets that I own will forever be with this vet office, and hopefully with this same veterinarian!

Henderson Animal Hospital Hospital in Boulder Hwy is my forever go to place for my fur babies! Dr. Suh did amazing with scooters surgery and with the removal of his stitches! Autumn At the front desk all the way to Brian and Chad, they were all so helpful and friendly and I can’t wait to bring my other dog to get his teeth pulled hahah! This place reminds me of a car dealership where everything you need to know about the details of your visit is an add on/option. They’ll take the X-ray but it will cost you $200.00 extra to have them read by a trained technician. They don’t volunteer any additional info without adding a price. Freaking pitiful. I feel my time and money has been wasted not to mention the time lost in a proper evaluation of my dog’s condition.

Great place for taking our dogs. Have been going here for years. Love Dr Suh and other staff is really friendly and helpful.

I take both my pups Bo and Husker to see Dr Hanah....she and all the staff at Henderson Animal Hospital are super friendly & helpful. Dr Hanah is always open, honest and fair with her decisions on treatment for our pups! Definitely recommend for your pets care

Im doing this review on Henderson Veterinarian Hospital because I would like people to know that the Vet Dr. Suh is a very thorough Veterinarian. She will go through whatever it takes to get your baby feeling better. Ive been to alot of vets and so many dont care.. Dr. Suh really cares. Now for the staff. They are awesome, very nice and helpful especially Karrie. She works at the front desk. She has been amazing to me and shes helped me out in so many ways. She will go the extra mile to help you in any way she can. So if youre looking for a great place to take your babies. I suggest Henderson Veterinarian Hospital and ask for Dr. Suh.

They are really nice which i havent experienced at other animal hospitals. The other ones are really disorganized and all over the place, this place is te complete opposite. Very well run and the Doctors are very helpful and kind

Today was one of the worst days of my entire life as I lost my little buddy Ginger. They gave me comfort and peace of mind during my time of grief and for that Ill always be thankful to them. They really do care about pets and the people behind them.

Ive been bringing my Chihuahua here for years. Theyve performed kidney stone surgery, dental cleaning, and kept her overnight multiple times for emergencies. I love the staff, always so friendly and reliable (Carry is the best!) Theyve even helped squeeze me in last minute for urgent issues multiple times.More recently, my old lady experienced renal failure. I thought she was going to die and was faced with a horrible decision. Dr. Suh did not pressure me one way or another. She gave me the facts which helped me make the decision to continue treatment.One month later, and my little girl is doing so much better. Shes on multiple medications which will likely be lifelong unfortunately, but I know the doctor went way out of her way to take the time to research the right meds and diet. Im grateful eternally for the additional time they gave me with my baby and for how much happier she is, too.Normally, I get nervous around vets and vet techs because despite doing the best I can for my dog with the tools and knowledge I have, I always walk away feeling judged and ashamed. Henderson Animal Hospital has never made me feel like a bad pet owner. Theyre still able to have the hard conversations, but with the empathy of knowing how much I love my dog. Thank you all for everything you do!

Brought my dog in had to remove some lumps on her stomach. I picked her up noticed they didnt shave her down before the operations. I dont know if they do the all of the dog or not. After stitches were removed I shaved her down 4myself and noticed a medium size lump under her right leg. Good side no scaring on the lumps they removed. Brought back to show them lump that was overlooked during 1st operation that cost nearly 900.00 they said another $1000. Not happy.

Dr. Suh has been seeing Harley since he was a puppy. I appreciate the care and patience she has with him. My sweet boys allergies have flared up again and he once again required an allergy shot. Looks like this will be the norm for Harley, but I know with the treatment and care he receives from Henderson Animal Hospital he will be fine!

My little Boston needed surgery to repair many wounds after being mauled by a larger dog. Dr. Hanah Suh was very understanding of the situation and took the greatest and gentlest care with her. After a few visits my little dog is back to prefect. Dr. Hanah is the best and she truly loves animals.

I was told that they blatantly made me wait an hour past my appointment with my two cats in a panick because I didn’t show up fifteen minutes earlier than my set appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. I was told they also blatantly let the appointment after me go before me because of this, even though I was there way earlier than this patient. I will never go there again and made a new appointment at another clinic. Not professional and blatantly rude.

I have been using this Vet for over 15yrs and have seen many personnel come and go. I never had a problem before... never had an emergency before until now. when i needed this Vet the most with an emergency they stated they couldnt help until two days later.. they didnt even give me information where to go for this emergency. I will NEVER use this place again..

Chad is awesome with our Grate Dane Grace! She hates getting her nails trimmed and he does his best to comfort her and get them as close as possible!

I am Harlies grammy and her mommy told me that everyone is absolutely awesome. Harlie loved everyone there and she also loved how gentle her doctor was with her...she didnt even feel her shot. This is a great place with a great staff. You and your fur baby will love it here.

Very nice and timely. Never had a bad experience. Chad and Bryan are always great with the dogs.

I just moved to the area and needed a new Doctor.This clinic is so clean and bright when walking in. The staff treated my Jazz and me so well. Gave her a shot and she did not even flinch. I made an appointment with the groomer. She was fantastic. Did everything I wanted. Also, very reasonable money wise. I’m very satisfied.Also took my daughters elderly house cat her when sick. They gave her a thorough exam, did not push for extra tests, gave meds and the old girl was up and around in two days.Very pleased with the kind and professional service.

My sisters dog had an emergency while I was watching him. His anal sac had become infected and ruptured, so I took him here immediately. The staff was so kind and quick to see him. It was obvious how much they cared about his health and the pain he was in. The building is very clean. I have been to clinics with pee on the ground and a heavy, animal funk. By far one of the cleanest vets I have been to in Vegas. They even have an adorable resident cat! Its charming to see an animal hospital that actually has an animal. I plan on taking my own dogs here from now on

My dog has cancer. Its one of the hardest thing when you are unsure of what to do. But, I can tell you when I met Dr. Suh, she has the best bedside manner you could ever ask for. She took her time to answer every question I had along with different solutions and options I could take. She didnt stop there she explained each one of the options what the out come would be. If you are looking for a place for your pet. Than you found it. Thank you Dr Suh for everything you have done for me and my Snuggles.

I have seen several of vets for my Great Danes ear and allergy issues and it never goes away or is always redirected to his diet (which is strict an hasnt been an issue before) and has been going on for 6 years. Dr. Suh was the first vet who went past the diet and actually got rid of his ear infection and has kept it from coming back! Never did I ever think that would happen (plus its nice not waking up to my corgi digging for goodies in his ears at 2 am!). Dr. Suh and her tech Bryan are attentive and caring to my kiddos. I wont be going anywhere else since finding Dr. Suh!

The owner of Horizon Ridge animal Hospital,Stephanie Animal Hospital, Henderson animal Hospital, & Boulder City animal Hospital overcharges and takes advantage of people when they’re in a very Vulnerable state.I took my dog in for surgery which normally cost anywhere from 1000 to 1500 and they charged me $2000 for her surgery I didn’t find out that the normal charge for the surgery is between those ranges until after the surgery. something told me that $2000 is a little high so I called around to about 15 different animal hospitals in the valley and sure enough there price was outrageous. I contacted Dr. Stanton who is the owner of these facilities and expressed my concern about the overcharge and he said if I could get a written Estimate from another vet that he would reimburse me up to 40%...I thought fair enough so I did just that, I got a written estimate for $1029.78 . It took them a day to look over it and to call me back with the discrepancies. He told me that he would only be giving me 20% back I asked why now only 20 when he originally said 40 % . they claim to of never said that, he then got irate and started screaming at me over the phone I told him when you calm down to call me back ...somebody then hung up the phone and I haven’t heard back. This man is obviously a very dishonest person And thinks it’s OK to take advantage of people in a very vulnerable state. I was told that the surgery was to be done immediately And not wait another day and that they felt that she was going to die, which was untrue I could’ve waited another day and got another estimate but obviously that’s what they didn’t want me to do! All this man does is take your money and rip you off!!!! It’s a very unfortunate situation and I highly recommend that you just stay away from this veterinarian!!! He’s obviously not doing this for the love of the animals. I If you go to Stephanie animal Hospital’s yelp page you’ll also see that the majority of the complaints on their due to over pricing as well. I will also be posting on yelp and every other social media page, BBB & the board!!

Our little dog had an emergency a 6pm. The Animal Hospital staff did not hesitate to take her in a perform the operation right away. Dr Sasaki was quick, through, and very professional. Great team at the 360 Boulder location!

Staff friendly. Never have 2 wait longer than 10mins. Docs r great they actually spend time with u and ur pet explaining everything. Facility clean.

I have been going to Henderson Animal hospital for some time now.I have my three friends, all boxer dogs, treated there.Dr. Suh, does amazing work, when it comes to removing tumors and other surgerys.When dogs are healed, not even noticeable.Dogs are relaxed and happy, going in and out for exams and vaccination updates.Bryan her assistant also does a good job receiving dogs and is very thorough with details.I can leave dogs in their care without any kind of hesitation .Much appreciation Thank you.Youre the best .

I took my 11 year old beagle here because she wasnt eating when the doctor came in he barley even looked at her and said it was her teeth and that she needed extractions and she would be fine. I was concerned about her being put under anesthesia because of her age and well being and all he said was he has had older dogs go under and they were fine. So? They were probably in better health! Well I got a 2nd opinion somewhere else and found out it was not her teeth making her not want to eat it was kidney failure and if she had gone under anesthesia she may not have made it through. I dont feel my dog was given a proper exam and they just want to get people in and out and take their money.

This place is the most cold hearted and money hungry veterinary hospital. I advise anyone who has animals to Never take their pets to this place. They do not care. HEARLESS!!!! I PAYED OVER 1,000 DOLLARS FOR MY DOG AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF ME. I requested for my dogs paperwork so I could take it with me to another vet. They said I have to pay $49.00. They are money hungry and could careless about animals.

Out of all the years and different vets across the country depending on where I lived, Henderson Animal Hospital and Dr Suh are the best by far. I have been taking my dog there for 2 years, Dr Suh has been awesome everytime, had to get laparoscopy for my dog because she ended up eating a couple small rocks, took her to Dr E at Horizon Ridge and he was just as awesome. Had to have emergency surgery for her also, Dr Suh was awesome with that as well, got her taken care of asap. The time that I have had an emergency they squeezed me in, even just before closing. The negatives on here are BS, this hospital and Dr Suh are by far the best I have ever dealt with, have no need to go anyplace else. My mom moved here and have her dog being seeing their also, they even arranged things so that she could have her dog in the discount spay clinic, EVERYONE there is AWESOME.

I brought a dog that was the victim of hit and run today. I attempted to seek help for the dog at Henderson animal hospital on Boulder highway and was greeted by a very rude woman with zero compassion. After stating that I had an injured dog who was just run over she said Will you be responsible for the bill? in a nasty tone. After I said yes she stated well theres a 3-hour wait to see a doctor. Yea. Dont go there. They dont care about animal welfare and their front desk staff are TRASH. Give your money to better vets.

Ive been here many times and will continue to come here! Dr. Suh and Dr. Sasaki are the best vets ive been to yet. They take the time to really understand whats wrong with your fur baby and work with you financially. I had lost my best friend Nala in april, and they did what they could for her without hesitation. I also brought my kitten here due to an eye issue which Dr. Suh once again helped greatly. Please dont listen to the negative reviews on this place. Its all false. This is a great hospital for your pet 100%.

I made an appt but the lady didn’t even schedule me in the computer. sloppy.

I took my rottie in to see the vets because she was lethargic a couple test n blood work some xrays . All done in order of necessity to find out what problem was . They found it was a ruptured spleen only surgery could have helped it not fix it . Which is fatal to older dogs surgery or not They kept her for the day and nursed her into feeling better . I took her home . I got calls from the vet to check on her a couple times . I showered her with love n extras for the next 2 months . Her last day I made arrangements for this to be it. I didnt want her to suffer they were closing and stayed open so I could come in, but unfortunately or fortunately she passed away on the car ride to them . Everyone was so helpful understanding and supportive through it all. Thank you Judy Walt and all the nursing staff at the Henderson Animal Hospital

Been taking my 3 Pitty Mixes here for 2 years now and love this place! High quality care! My mom recommended us here after her experiences with a dog that needs a lot of medical attention (hip surgery, liver failure) We truly feel their care and recommendations have added years and mobility to his life, and for that we are thankful.We went yesterday and the nurses came out and greeted all 3 of my dogs and twin girls and then swooned over how big our new puppy was getting:) This new pup has been a rambunctious handful but our vet has been thorough and reassuring. It is nice to know that the after-hours emergency hospital they recommend (just in case!!) communicates and collaborates with them too. Our rascal ate a bee late one night and needed shots ASAP. 4 shots and $300 later he was good to go, good grief HaHa, and Henderson Animal Hospital followed up with us the next morning just to be sure. Very cool. They have no reservations about bully breeds and it is worth the 20 minute drive for us. We feel very accepted and are thankful for their loving staff:)

They did a great job removing the Hair Mattes on my Cat.

I had an emergency with my beloved dog who started having trouble breathing - I rushed him to the emergency vet. It was a horrible experience in every way, and I was very angry. Then I spoke to 6 veterinarians and visited two. They were all the same and careless and didnt even try to figure out what was wrong with my dog. They all wanted to put him down without trying. I had to insist finally that one of them give him steroids to open his airway while I find better care. Dr Aybar saved my dogs life and gave him medicines to help him through his breathing troubles, and then weened him back off. He is still alive today over a year later and in good sprits and happy as ever with no breathing problems, not even snoring.

I took my dog in for what appeared to be swelling on the side of his snout. I was not impressed with the service, having been asked to makeabut appt. to make an appt., but after reading the reviews perhaps I may give them another try.

UPDATE BELOWExtremely helpful and the girls are so awesome! I have a senior special needs dog and they are always so caring and loving to him. Ive been to a lot of vets that try to get you to pay for a lot of unnecessary procedures but not this place they get straight to the point and fix only the issue you specified, (unless its something obvious e.i. my dog is half blind and she mentioned that there is a surgery to help him see) and fix the problem at a reasonable price. I will always bring my babies here.Update: I dont know why the other person behind me gave them a bad review but I have NEVER had a problem. My senior special needs dog btw is completely cured of his infection and can even hear just a tiny bit when we thought he would never hear. She also took his pain away completely. Our vet, Dr. Van Der Walt is so wonderful! She cares so much for the animal then just how much money we need to spend.
