Carepoint Dental is definitely the friendliest dental office I have ever experienced. Dr. Osga, Dental Hygienist, and the entire staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

I love coming to this office! Everyone here are super friendly and just amazing!! I highly recommend you to come here if you are looking for a new dental office. Really faired price, laughter and they treat you like family. It’s very rare going to a dental office where everyone greets you, really outstanding, more then amazing customer service and they also work with you & around your schedule!!! My hubby & i love coming here and always look forward to coming to my appointment knowing the fact I’ll be well taken care of! Wow...what an amazing office, starting with office manager Anna, who greets you by name as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Osga is super friendly, gentle and very knowledgeable. He takes time to explain everything to you and makes sure you are very comfortable during the whole process. He really cares about customers well-being and doesnt recommend dental work that doesnt benefit customer long term. Whole staff is amazing including dental hygienist Cheyenne, they treat you like a family from the minute you walk. Thank you Dr. Osga & team.

Don’t go here they say you’re covered in six months later they send you a bill saying that you weren’t If you wanna deal with that kind of headache And there are not very gentle after I get out there my gums are all bleeding I went over to Green valley dental they took care of me and let me know exactly what I was gonna pay which was $1000 less than what they gave me an estimate forBasically I came in in pain and left and more pain because they wouldn’t give me any antibiotics if I didn’t get the work done thereDon’t go there he’s asking for it

I’m all smiles :) I’m like family there!They love and look after my teeth as much as I do! I highly recommend them as they take gentle care of you, and for me that’s very important. They take interest in answering any questions and everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. My experience has always been positive and painless. 😀❤️ I look forward to my next check-up.

Even though the dentist is NOT my favorite destination, this place IS my favorite destination, when Im in need of a dentist! As soon as I walk into the office, I am greeted with warm, happy smiles! When I am called back for the services Im seeking that day, each employee there greets me with a friendly smile! Then, when the Dr. Comes in, he is extremely thorough with his plan of the day for me. During the procedure(s), he softly talks me through my extreme anxiety, calming me, but him and his assistants do not EVER get frustrated with me! SO grateful I found this place!!

They wanted me to visit their office 3 times for a simple cleaning that would cost me $ 768 ( $ 230 from my pocket and $ 538/Insurance ) !!!

Dr. Lee demonstrates the utmost concern for his patients dental well-being. Clara, Ashley, and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful as well. I recently had a dental issue from previous work that Dr. Lee personally took care of for me. His patient care is outstanding!

Great dentist, just had some deep cleaning done and the doctor was excellent!!! She was very professional, warm and friendly!!! The staff is also very friendly and helpful!!! I totally recommend Carepoint Dental to any one looking for a dentist!!!

BEWAREMe, my daughter, and my husband (when he was alive), have been going to CAREPOINT dental on Boulder and Lake Mead for over ten years.The last two times we had actual work done there we had billing issues either work done that wasnt getting approved and took years to straighten out or this last one with my daughter were they said they hadnt added in the deductible for the last $600 visit and oh ya she owes $50 for the year before. That doesnt even make sense. My bill was paid in full and who ever though it was a good idea to lose a customer over poor office billing doesnt appreciate our loyalty.

Edited 4.16.21: Even though this office is under new management & has a new owner, the office staff here are amazing!! From the Dr to all the front girls, Its always a pleasure coming to my appointment. Everyone here are super sweet and just have great personalities. I’ve been going to this office ever since i was a kid. i have never felt so comfortable going to an appointment. everyone there from the staff to the dr are just amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better office. price is very reasonable, offering me a pretty good deal on my recommending treatment also having their orb discount plan effective for a whole year? sold! not just that, the dr works pretty quickly and works wonders. I’ve never loved smiling more then I do now! thanks carepoint :) 10/10 would highly recommend

Dr. Cho repaired a filling for my daughter done by another dentist. The filling was too close to the nerve therefore causing pain when she had anything touch it. He was able to fix the filling without a root canal. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Cho!!!

The dentist is great but the office staff and billing department are hell. They keeping sending us bills we have paid. We go down and show the receipts they say it was a mistake and we dont owe anything then a few months later it happens again. This has happened three times since march. The customer service is awful

Fillings took less than 30 minutes. Staff are awesome.

Weve been going for years. A very good dentistry.

I called 15 different dental offices over the holidays and Carepoint Dental was the only office that called me back. Although their office was closed, the front desk lady, Sommer contacted the doctor who gave me advice until I could get in. I was scheduled as soon as they were back, Dr. Chen got me in and out of pain that same day!!! I was so thankful for them during the holidays.
