First time to Aspire Dental today for an exam and cleaning. Loved it!!! From check-in to check-out, everyone was professional and friendly. Front desk was efficient and personable. Hygienist (Cora) was very knowledgeable and gentle. And Dr. Capener was amazing! He took the time to chat for a few minutes & takes time to get to know his patients. I had put off going to the dentist for a couple years, but so glad I went.

Aspire Dental is BY FAR the best dental practice I have worked with. Everyone is attentive, kind, and so professional. They treat you like a person and you never feel like a number. Their actual dentistry is second to none. The cleanings are gentle and handled with such great care. I had a filling done the other day and I could not be more pleased. Ill shorten a lost post! The front desk gal is great. Energetic, pleasant and helpful with anything you need... insurance questions, claims, billing and get you a bottle of water in- between. Im especially grateful for my dentist, Christopher Capener! Didnt even feel the novacaine shot. And his work is smooth as butter. I will test much of his skills with a revitalization of my smile and chompers. Chris is like a kid in a candy factory. Nothing but positive energy thats contagious!

I came into Aspire Dental and the staff was amazing. The office was clean and friendly. Dr. Capener oh my God was the perfect Dentist. My insurance lapsed and he still helped me out with my tooth that was infected. I didnt have a dentist here in VEGAS but NOW I do.. I recommend this office to anyone who reads this they are the best.

The front staff named Natalie was professional and courteous, Dr. Sanford was very knowledgeable and friendly. The hygienist named Toan was proficient and has a very gentle touch during the cleanings. The assistant Anita greeted me with a warm smile. The entire staff was friendly and happy. Very honest with recommendations and referrals, my previous dentist wanted me to have 3 implants ($4K per implant) and not save the bridge that I have, went to Aspire dental and they fixed the problem and saved the bridge, no implant needed. Got a new patient appointment SAME DAY (though I was probably lucky). The team was professional, the office was clean, and Dr. Capener and his hygienist were very friendly. The billing was cheaper than other places in town, and I didnt have much of a wait in the waiting room. Fully COVID-19 compliant. Highly recommended.

This is the first negative review I have every posted online about any service or company, but my experience was so bad, I feel compelled to share.My eight-year-old daughter had an appointment at Aspire (with one of the dentists who took over for Dr. Featherstone) in September 2020. My daughter had one of her front baby teeth knocked out 6 years prior and it caused damage to the enamel of the adult tooth. Once the adult tooth came in, a large brown spot was visible in the middle of her tooth. At the advice of our incredible endodontist (Dr. Fife), we waited until the root was formed enough to handle a bonding/filling. My daughter was made fun of at school on many occasions and she was elated to finally have the large spot covered. She was all smiles (even if she was a bit nervous) upon entering the office of Aspire.We were caught in serious traffic and ended up arriving 13 minutes late (which we called ahead and let the office know about). When we got there, the assistant (Anita) was cold and totally disinterested in providing my daughter (who was a little bit anxious) any kind of warm experience. Essentially, we were the last appointment and they wanted to go home -- utterly unprofessional. The dentist came in with a warm and gentle attitude (and he was clearly very experienced and capable of handling this minor, but very important, job).But then it got awful. They put the numbing cream on my daughters gums, but were in such a rush, they did not wait long enough before sticking the needle in. My daughter was screaming and crying at this point (and she is a tough kid!). I was shocked at how indifferent these people were. They knew it was too soon and they did not care in the slightest.Then, when they did the actual bonding/filling, they did an absolutely horrendous job matching the color of my daughters tooth and it looked like an ugly patch on her tooth because they didnt take the time to match it right. It looked so bad, the front desk person actually apologized to me and my traumatized daughter in the lobby.I called our endodontist and told them about this experience and, especially since they know how sweet my daughter is, were absolutely dismayed. They gave me a recommendation on who was best to fix this botched job from Aspire Dental.Stay away from this office! Again, I have never written a negative review in my life, but this experience has left me so angry I feel like I need to warn others. NOTE: Dr. Featherstone passed away before we ever went to this office. I am referring to the dentists who bought the practice after his passing.If I could give zero stars, I would.

AMAZING STAFF! Everyone was welcoming, efficient, on time and Dr. Chris Capener gave me the most beautiful results with my teeth bonding. It was something that I had always wanted but was too afraid to get and not only did they get me in right away, but the result was stunning. Moving from NYC to Henderson, NV meant having to find a new dentist. My husband and I are delighted with Dr. Featherstone and his very friendly and caring staff. Dr. Featherstone is quite skilled, gentle and is an expert at what he does. I’m delighted to get work done that I previously procrastinated about. I could not recommend him more highly.

Sad to learn Dr. Featherstone was Heaven sent but the office staff are doing him proud so far as I can see. I was consulted with. X-rayed and referred to an Oral Surgeon for implantation odds but in reality. I just want Dentures that fit and function like they should. I have not been favored with good Denture makers in my past. Wondering why this has to be so difficult and challenging. Time will tell, I guess.

Im scared to death of dentists so I wait till Im infected and in pain beyond description. From the moment I was referred to Dr. Featherstone himself and his staff have made me feel so awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Featherstone. He has a wealth of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry. He is easy going, great at answering questions, and very conscientious about his work. His staff is always friendly, professional, and well trained. His assistant, Charmaine, is always very helpful in getting equipment and instruments set up prior to the appointment and making the patient feel comfortable for the visit. She and the rest of the staff are really great. His office is in a great location with plenty of parking. It is located in a professional building on the first floor, which also makes it easily accessible for anyone needed special assistance.

Dr Featherstone is all anyone could ever want or need in a dentist, he has the most gental touch of any dentist I have ever been to, he really listens to his patients fear of dental work hes very empathetic, I could never even come close to trusting another dentist, I wouldnt even try.Dr Featherstone placed dental implants last June 25, 2016 I chose to go with all on four I experienced absolutely no pain from the procedure.Before we got started that morning I was scared to death knowing I would be conscious for everything but a little gas and I was relaxed completely.The day your work is done your are the only patient all day, his staff is wonderful as well and the whole time you could tell doctorand his staff were exhausted, it takes nearly all day but they were right there calming and holding your hand if needed (haha) sounds funny but very true everyone was there for you and your comfort. Pain meds werent needed at all following the procedure.Its been a year now since the first implant was placed.While waiting for all swelling and settling to take place I had temporary dentures in place they looked good . I recently had my permanent dentures placed and I couldnt be happier I can eat almost anything I want now, apples, corn on the cob, pizza, you name it, I am so happy with my ability to chew again, and my teeth look real and feel very real like they have always been there.I cant say enough about how awesome Dr Featherstone and his staff are they have given me the that part of my life that has been missing for so long and I am truly happy.Thank you Dr Featherstone so very much.Anyone reading this and looking for the right dentist to do your implants, I guarantee you its a decision you will never regret having Dr Featherstone take care of you, never.Im sorry I just kept jumping all around and sounding crazy, but, I have a difficult time expressing how pleased I am with him and his staff.Im beyond happy. Having cosmetic dentistry is better than any other plastic surgery in keeping you looking young. Teeth truly ages one. It is also one of the rare cosmetic procedures that you can actually show off without embarrassment. I love when people actually come up to me complimenting me on my teeth (yes, people do that).Truthfully all my life I tried to hide my smile. I thought it was so ugly. Due to bad teeth through my youth I was told I would have false teeth by the time I was 19. Most of the dentists were quite cruel so I developed a dislike for all of them. Fortunately I started going to Dr. Featherstone in my 20’s and due to his skill I still have all my teeth.I love my smile!!!! It’s the greatest feeling to know my smile and teeth look great. A few years ago Dr. Featherstone did major reconstructive surgery on my entire upper teeth. He was very communicative and detailed how I could look. He listened to me and answered questions I had and even those I didn’t ask. He told me what to expect with each part of the procedure. Miracles happened. He brought out the side teeth to give balance and cut back my upper gums to match the rest of the gum line. Most of my teeth had to be crowned. I felt beautiful for the first time in my life.This was the best gift I could’ve given myself. Thank goodness for Dr. Featherstone’s impeccable knowledge and skill for me to look this way. As you can see I am very grateful to him in seeing me through my dental procedures. If I had to some up Dr. Featherstone in one word it would be perfectionist. I believe there isn’t anyone who could do a better job in cosmetic dentistry than Dr. Featherstone.
