I have a severe fear of dentists and doctors. I have lived in Vegas for 6 years and just now found Smile Shop Dental. Dr Grace makes you feel comfortable and at ease while you are in the chair. She is patient and lets you know everything she is doing and what she will be doing before and during the procedure. The office is very clean. Some of the front desk receptionists are very nice, some are indifferent and just there to do the job. Overall, the experience has been great.

I’ve always been a little self-conscious about my smile (the color of my teeth and the spacing). I came to Smile shop about a month or so ago, and they whitened and filled my teeth in! Moved here recently and good service is important to me. Every staff person I meet here is friendly and professional even if it’s for the first time. They also provide thorough and reasonable explanations that make sense for treatments and billing. My teeth cleanings are a snap. Don’t say that lightly! Equipment is modern and everyone is obviously COVID-conscious and takes safety precautions. Don’t know how they do it but I highly recommend them because they do it all so well.

I had botox by Dr. Chung. She was quick and it was painless. She addressed a particular smile line that was there when I didnt smile. It is almost gone! I am sooo happy.!! Its been driving me crazy for 2 years. I was told nothing could be done a year ago by a plastic surgery group that I went to for botox and juvederm. The other group placed the botox in such a way that my eyes looked more hooded, OMG! Dr. Chung did a fabulous job and I now have a home for my aesthetic facial needs. I trust her taste and expertise since Ive been getting botox and juvederm for 10 years and never had a bad experience until June 2020. Dr. Chung is THE BEST!!! 7/2021

I’ve never been charged so many fees in all my years. This practice looks for ways around you understanding what is really being done. Every appointment I somehow walked away with a bill. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you are ready to pay additional fees out of pocket.

Dr Grace Chung is a kind and compassionate lady. I took my mother there who has dentures. My mother has been told in the past that either no one can help her or she needs thousands of dollars of work to be done. Dr Chung realizesd that my mother being almost 80 years old did not need extensive work done to her. After a thorough examination Dr Chung realized all she needed were some adjustments and TLC. Dr Chung and her associates were gentle, kind and compassionate. Thank you to all of you who made her feel comfortable and happy enough to smile again.

I decided to go to smile shop because of a Facebook ad I saw. I am so glad I did the Doctor is so nice and her assistant Dee is wonderful I was apprehensive at first because I have seen people go with way too much Botox and worried I would look natural. They both took their time and listen to what I wanted a I am so happy with the results and it didnt cost a fortune I will keep going them for sure .

We showed up without an apointment early Friday morning....girlfriend had swelling of her rum. To say the least I was freaked out when I saw it and drove into town 50 miles. The dentist was so kind and took her inside right away. The problem was resolved quickly. This isnt our 1st visit to this dentist. Im very impressed with how they operate the office and would not hesitate to recommend them...as my sister did to me. I will never forget the act of kindness they showed to us.

They failed a person I know of backing up their work on his teeth that did not last for 6 months or more., When he told them that the bottom dentures teeths where coming out, he was told that it would cost him 1,000 extra to replace. His case worker followed up with them and they gave negative information about him. His case worker told him to follow back up with them, which he did, and when going in for the appointment they told him it would cost him $2,000, or come back in 5 years to get a new set, as that when Medicaid would pay for another set of teeth. I fell that the business they claim to be, about A Smile, should back up their work. Now because he can not afford $2,000, he will have to be toothless for 5 years!! So very Sad.

A day prior to my teeth cleaning appointment, Smile Shop Dental texted me forms to complete and a video on what to expect for my first post lockdown visit. The video was informative and wonderfully acted by talented munchkins. The staff members must have rehearsed over and over again because my appointment visit went very smooth from start to finish. Smile Shop staffers should be proud of their professionalism during this time.

I found Smile Shop Dental about 2 years ago when I broke a tooth. They were able to see me right away and I ended up having to have a root canal. Dr Chung was amazing. I have been going to her ever since and the staff is wonderful. They also see my 89 year old mother and do a great job working with her.

This office is one of a kind. I have a serious distrust and phobia around the dentist. Here I can feel the care and quality from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone on Dr. Grace staff shares her demeanor of laid back, kind, and empathetic. They do great work gently and patiently they check in and make sure your comfortable. You can watch tv while waiting whatever you want and the music is always on point. They make this anxiety driven experience for me the most peaceful and best it can be.

I would come here for a cleaning but anything other then that I would look else wear. Long story short filling gone wrong! I went back to them to fix it and they made matters worse. Had to go somewhere else for another dentist to fix their mistake and of course they did not compensate for anything.

I love Dr. Grace and her staff. I am really wimpy but needed to do something about my wrinkles and choose her for my first Botox injection per a friends recommendation. She took her time with me, made me feel comfortable and the results were amazing. I walked out looking 20 years younger. I came back today for my second Botox treatment, still nervous but looking forward to my forehead being smooth again. She always listens and doesn’t try to up sell or do anything I’m not comfortable with. Even though she has my business forever she told me about some specials they were running and saved me over $150 when she didn’t have to. I will never go to anyone else for my Botox and I recommend it to everyone!

My wife had her wisdom teeth removed here and she told me it didnt hurt at all. It was done very professionally and quickly, the actual removal didnt take no more than 2 minutes. My wife had an absolutely wonderful time here.Everybody their are very professional and friendly and they explain very clearly what they are going to do. They are also very helpful in providing options when having to do multiple things. And I know this because my wife has to go back for something else and we were able to work out a great schedule to get it all taken care of.

I chose Smile Shop Dental due to the positive reviews they have. The clinic was very clean, bright and looked new. Dr Chung and her staff are so nice and friendly! They ensured my kids and I were comfortable during our office visit. My 6 yr old daughter just had her procedure done and she commented that when she needs to have her teeth fixed she wants to go to back to Smile Shop Dental and that she thinks her new dentist is awesome.

Waiting time is rarely longer than 10 minutes. The staff are welcoming, professional, explain procedures clearly, and answer questions. Dr. Chung is great. Shes thorough in her work, takes the time to catch up with her patients, and doesnt make the visit feel rushed even though I know shes busy. Staff was one of the Best Ive come across in years. Absolutely a pleasure. My nurse here was like my bff as we talked and smiled pleasant vibes here. Doctor was the same. Im only removing a star until I see results from my procedure and can confirm on that as nothing has shined yet. They do more then dentistry, half dentistry half certified facials and such legitimate in other area in there office. Nice casual office. Lobby offers coffee etc to patients.
