I contacted Chris initially for a quote to do some work on my laptop. He called back promptly, and suggested some better solutions to my laptops issues at a lower cost than if he did the work. He was very generous with his time in providing some great advice and information. With this experience, Id contact him again if or when Id need computer service or repair.

I have had Chris come out on two separate occasions. The first time was to fix my PC, and the 2nd time was to fix my Mac. I loved that he comes out to the house because I was dreading the thought of lugging around bulky computers. Both times Chris showed up on time. Super nice guy. He was reasonably priced and did the repairs quickly. Its refreshing to do business with honest people.
