Great customer service. Took a laptop I bought elsewhere in for a warranty repair and there was a problem when it came back from service. Manager went out of his way to get me a replacement even though it wasnt bought from them. Walked out with a brand new laptop. Wont be doing business anywhere else. Thank you!
Had an appointment to hang up a TV waited two weeks, day of never contacted me for when they were coming over, and was on the phone with their customer service for an hour before they hung up. I will never use the geek squad ever worst thing at Best Buy!!!!!

I had an appt for Samsung Galaxy Book S. At appt they said they could not fix blue screen and to call Samsung. Well I went home an called Karls Technology... Karls showed up at my house the next day and fixed it! They only charged me $156.00 :-) dont bother with Geek Squad call Karls instead, just sayin.
They grabbed my wifes laptop and sent it out to repair . Good solid service. They took my cell and have been giving me Timley updates . They shipped the box on Wednesday morning and by Thursday it was in Texas getting serviced . So very pleased with the feel squad at Best buy. Thanks guys !!!
The Geek Squad astounds me with their knowledge in technology; no matter how old it is. I had brought five items to reset/recover and he knew exactly what to do. He also taught how to do it so then in the future Id be able to share it with others. Of course, on my last visit, there was a bit of wait but thank goodness, Best Buy staff was able to speed the process by assisting me when he could based on his own abilities in his position. Best Buy and Geek Squad in Henderson definitely helped me in all ways that they could:) Its always that extra mile that wins over a loyal customer and a great review! Thanks guys;)
They are always ready for my appointed time and go out of the way to make sure all is well when I leave even when I have to leave the computer. When I come to pick it up make sure ever thing is working right for me.
Came in with the blue screen of death, came out with a completely fixed computer.Before we were about to send the computer in for a full service, geek squad member James decided to check one more issue. He saw the graphics card wasnt completely in place, and thats why the spare hard drive wasnt reading. Instead of potentially having a motherboard issue, our copy of Windows 10 on the SSD was corrupt.We didnt have to pay anything for this problem to be solved. He saved us a lot of money, and we wouldve tipped him if we could.
Worst location ever! I would not even call what they offer service. I took my laptop over a month ago and the rep who assisted me though very nice gave me a wrong diagnosis and then talked me into buying a $199 service plan. I agreed based on the analysis they gave me about my laptop. Over a week passed and no one called me. I finally get an automated message telling me my computer is ready to be picked up.I had to wait an additional 2 days based on the appointment I was finally able to schedule. I get there on time for my appointment and they have only one (1) tech helping someone already. After 20 minutes the tech leaves the person they are assisting to ask me what I am there for. I tell them I got a computer message that my laptop was ready. After a long search, they finally bring out my laptop and tell me nothing was done to it. I asked why and am told because they were waiting on me to authorize them to send it out for diagnosis at their central repair center, as the hard drive was bad. (NO one ever called me or told me this prior to this pick up appointment.) Needless to say I was livid!I then authorized them to send my laptop out for the hard drive to be repaired. I asked the tech several times if this was covered under the $199 plan Id already paid for, and they said yes. (IT WASNT!!) I got a call a week later advising me that it would cost almost $300 more to repair my hard-drive. Why on earth would I pay nearly $500 ($199 service plan + $300 hard drive repair) for an old laptop, when I could have just gone into Best Buy and purchased a brand new one for that price?Quite unhappy with this obvious ploy to make as much money as they could off of me, I politely told them to return my laptop to the store for me to pick up without any further action being taken on it. Thankfully I had backed up my system with an external hard drive and was not about to be held over a barrel in this bleed em dry tactic. I was not about to pay them another dime!I very happily did purchase literally the same laptop at a competitor store. Had Geek Squad been honest with me from the start rather than continuing to up the cost of repairs, I would have gladly made the new laptop purchase at Best Buy. However, based upon this experience, I will NEVER EVER shop there again for anything. I hope it was worth the piddly $199 they suckered me out of, to lose a household full of long standing customers.
The technician was really nice and did everything she could. A few days later it was time to pick up my computer. I was ok waiting, knowing I would be considered a walk in and have to wait. However a man with a very grumpy and unhospitable demeanor barked a question on if i made a reservation, was very terse and not nice as he went on to say they were busy. I knew that and said i would wait, he treated any walk in before me rudely and I just left. Customers, walk in or not do not deserve to be treated rudely.
I bought a phone for $100 on sale and bought the insurance. I had to use the insurance, as my phone burned up.The insurance is WORTHLESS! To replace my old phone (old model), cost me $160.00!!!With insurance, mind you! Worthless insurance. Youre better off figuring it out yourself.

Ive been on hold for a very long time, with no one answering the phones. In case you reply you were short on staff, you are a business and should at least answer and explain this to your callers.
Such horrible service.... On the 4th day of repairs they called me and informed me that the 400$ subscription that I purchased would not cover them repairing my computer. Appariently they dont have the materials ro even DIAGNOSE MY COMPUTER. A mega corporation doesnt have the necessary equipment. They had lack of motivation, subpar service, and had me going in circles. Not to mention their supervisor offered me a refund then physically called me back to then take back that offer. Pitiful... Ive never reviewed anything online, but I felt the need to after Ive essentially been duped by this place.
