I’m pretty computer savvy, but when I bought this new Windows 8 machine and needed all of my information moved over from my old computer, I was pretty clueless. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and explained their straight forward hourly charges. They gave me a 2 hour window of when the technician would arrive, and that they would call to let me know they were on the way. Low and behold, I got a phone call from them during the window as promised.The technician made quick work of moving over all of my files and setting up my new Windows. He even made Windows 8 look much more like my older Windows so everything made more sense. Two thumbs up for Hot Link Data!

You cant go wrong with these guys. My laptop was acting like it was possessed. Internet pages were popping up everywhere, but I couldnt go anywhere. Help! I spoke to a woman on the phone who was super helpful and straight forward, and informed me the technician would be able to resolve my issues. She told me most service call were about an hour, and I was thinking mine would be several hours for sure. The technician made it to my place a few hours later, and it took him just over an hour to fix it all, but now my laptop is running better than ever. These guys are great.

I have been a Hot Link Data customer for over 7 years, and have had two computers and two smart phones during this time. They were able to keep my old Windows PC alive for many years, but when it finally died, they helped me set up an iMac that was given to me by a friend. Krystal has been an amazing help getting me set up and keeping me running. My most recent service call with them was getting help setting up a wireless router and a new iPhone so I could Facetime with my grandkids.
