Scheduling was easy and I got reminder confirmations the day before (which I absolutely need my life is crazy.) Service was excellent, fast, and perfect. There were stains in the carpet before I moved into the home that he was able to get out when other companies couldnt. Markus is a very genuinely kind and helpful man. Mark was amazing. He did all the floors in our house, and our sofa. We frequently get our floors cleaned, but they have never looked this good. He made a carpet that had been ravaged by puppy pee stains look like it is brand new, and transformed our kitchen tile that hadnt been cleaned properly in what looked like ages.
