Such an awesome team of people working together to achieve pure carpet perfection without using a bunch of harmful chemicals! They are reliable, knowledgeable, and polite. I have white carpets and 2toddlers, I thought it would be impossible to get them clean, yet they did. They were quick and didn’t leave my carpets soaking wet. Orange carpet also guarantees their work. I recommend anybody and everybody to use them for your next carpet cleaning services.

I have used Orange Carpet Cleaning for about 16 years now. I refer them on a regular basis to my clients, both real estate and insurance. They are professional, and go out of their way to please. If there is something that was missed the first time, they do not hesitate to rectify it. I have NEVER been unhappy with their overall work, or treatment of myself or my clients.

Im honestly not sure they cleaned anything.I just moved into my first home, and at the suggestion of my mother, I solicited the services of Orange Carpet Cleaning, LLC based on a recommendation from my realtor. They came to clean before I entered my home, but Im honestly not sure that they did anything aside from vacuum the carpet, as there were significant amounts of dust on the countertops in the bathrooms, and hair that doesnt belong to me or any of my family members in the guest bathroom. But, gobs of money later, the check reflects that they did something. I will never. Ever. EVER use this company again.

They clean homes that are rented out by the week for vacations. We stayed at one that they clean in Las Vegas. They lied to the owners about the condition in which we left the house resulting in a complaint against us. We have been renting vacation houses for over 10 years now and have never once had a complaint. We have always been told we are welcome back any time. We always leave the rental cleaner than it was when we got there. This was the only place weve ever stayed that I found cereal and trash under the couch cushions and under the furniture (when searching for the babys lost toy). We also accidentally left my wifes expensive cryovac ice packs made to go on her neck and shoulders in the freezer there. When we called the owners if the house, they said they would check with Orange and we never got them back, even after repeated contacts. If it were possible to give them negative stars, I would. They do not even deserve the lowest grade of one star. If you read my other reviews, you will see that I very rarely, if ever, leave a negative review. I am generally a positive person and like to tell the positives of places and companies. Sorry, but there are none here.

Excellent job, leaves things smelling fresh

Hello all,Im taking the opportunity today to provide an overdue positive review for Orange Carpet cleaning who has been a service provider of ours for over 10 years on our second home here in Las Vegas.We have owned our owned our home here in Vegas for almost 15 years (purchased in 2006) and it was originally set-up and is still operating as a short-term vacation rental.During our first five years of homeownership we used a variety of different carpet cleaning companies, but once we got connected with Orange Carpet cleaning we were absolutely sold on their service, professionalism and methodology.This now takes me to the second reason for writing.I was contacted today by the owner who informed me that one of my past vacation rental guests, actually went out of their way to track down Orange Carpet cleaning (as my commercial cleaning service) and posted a negative review against them...I could go into extensive dialogue about the nature of their stay. Suffice it to say that that our house was not left in a clean condition, especially one bedroom that an older daughter was apparently occupying.But whats even more frustrating is that they contacted us indicating that they had left some cryotherapy devices behind, along with a black bikini that had been left on the railing of the deck.We in turn contacted our cleaning crew (they located the items) and we offered to ship to the guests, but we never heard back from them...Also lets clarify cryotherapy... What we are talking about are some cloth-covered pouches that had ice packs in them... A very fancy word cryotherapy, for what really amounts to an ice pack...With respect to the black bikini, I would like to further clarify that what we discovered on the back railing amounted to a large tent like object, but upon further examineination we did realize that this was in fact a bathing suit of sorts.As already stated above we offered to ship the items yet never heard back from the guest.Thats it in a nutshell, and its amazing that people have so much time on their hands...
