I have purchased two dirt bikes from Brewer Cycles in the past year and I have nothing but good things to say about this group of people. Ralph has helped me with both purchases and each time the process was quick and easy. I have also purchased items from the parts department on each of my visits and every time Jeff has been very helpful and friendly as well. I live over two hours away from Brewer Cycles but I will never hesitate to make the drive in order to get this type of service. You will not be disappointed with Brewer Cycles.

Tyler and Ben are great guys to work with .. Had a small problem with a headlight on the machine I bought . Called told Tyler about it he addressed the issue. No hassle buying everything was like i was told on the phone. Speedy checkout. Ben is very knowledgeable about all the parts and accessories . My first time at Brewer totally amazing. The stock on the floor is incredible wall to wall packed. I had never even seen a vulcan s anywhere. They had 3 different colors. Theres a dirt bike in there for any person twice over. Never seen that many models and makes in one place. I have 2 ZX14s KTM brute force 750 and a raptor 700R and just walked out of hear with a klx140rl. But when I walked in I drop a jaw. End your search an go straight to Brewer. This place was AMAZING!!!! Ralph helped me and made me feel so welcome both on the phone and in person. William and Jonathan helped me out while Ralph was out to lunch and they were awesome! They knew everything i needed and took care of me just like i was working with them from the beginning. I cant leave out Bryan that took care of my financing he was equally as awesome as the rest. If you are reading this do not think twice about visiting, i guarantee you will be overly satisfied.

Recommended by a friend several times for second dirt bike purchase but over two hours from my house. They answered the phone when I called, connected me to the correct staffer, and I got the info I was looking for. Only dealer in a wide area to have the model I was looking for so made the trek up there. Im glad I did.Facility is beautiful and spotless to include the restroom. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, they made me feel like I was a regular there. They have a large showroom with lots of choices. My salesman was Ralph, he was awesome. Not pushy, had the info I wanted or got it immediately if he didnt know it, made every part of my experience easy. Jeff at the parts counter hooked me up. He made sure I had all the right stuff to take care of my investment, and he didnt just point, he went out and collected stuff and brought it to the counter. I have never seen this type of service anywhere. Financial guy that I had to sit with for a while, sorry dont remember name, explained everything, gave me time to look over things, no errors on paperwork, easy and fast.This will be where I do my business from now on even though its over 90 minutes farther than the dealer I bought my first bike from, they are that much better.

We just purchased our first bike, a Can-Am Spyder RT Limited. The customer service was amazing. Amber was on top of everything even answering questions outside of business hours and on days off! Filled out the financial application online and was approved within an hour or so and when I got to the dealership later that day, all the paperwork was done and I just had to sign everything. Was done within 10 minutes. Being new to the Can-Am lineup and not knowing how to operate the bike, she went over the entire bike with me and had me feeling comfortable enough to ride it home.Ben helped us pick out gear including helmets, some Bluetooth headsets and other accessories and installed the headsets for us in a matter of minutes. He was able to answer all the questions I threw at him and give us some suggestions. I am extremely pleased with all the help I got from everyone at Brewer Cycles and I am glad we went there for our purchase instead of one of the big dealerships. Can’t wait to get back up there in the future for more parts and accessories!

We went in to finance a four wheeler. We were in and out super quick thanks to Amber Maddox having everything prepared before doors even opened! We also got our helmets and goggles from there too. They have a nice variety of helmets. Everyone was super nice and friendly.

Hands-down the worst experience, I have ever had with a dealership. I called on Tuesday to inquire about a Honda Pioneer and spoke to Ralph at Brewer cycles. I went ahead and purchased the 1000–5 deluxe model. The dealership is a little over an hours drive from Raleigh, North Carolina. I texted Ralph multiple times Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning before I left to request an invoice. It was not until I arrived on-site with a truck and trailer to pick up the new unit that I discovered the price discrepancies. Ralph refused to send me an itemized receipt which I requested before I drove to the dealership. Not only did they charge me more than the MSRP that Honda provides. They cranked the Honda destination fee up to $1000, and then they hit you for another $200 for administration fees. However, Ralph will tell you that you are fortunate because he can charge $1000 for administration fees. Ralph reminds me of a used car salesperson. In hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise. I dont do business with dishonest people and companies. After I left the dealership, I contacted a local dealer that was wonderful to work with and saved over $1,500 in the process.Id highly recommend that you call around and shop destination and administration fees. My new dealer provided extra incentives on top of the added savings. Do yourself a favor and shop around before doing business with Brewer.

I have a retro 2000 kawasaki zrx 1100 and she was running bad. Carried her too Brewers cycle for some needed love as well as doing some modifications.When I picked her up she is totally different (wicked) throttle response also notice other areas of the bike they fixed which made for a much better riding experience. Renee does well on update as well...

Recently bought a used Sea-Doo Spark from Victor. It was a very good experience, not only was it very fairly priced, but it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are knowledgeable about the products, pro cons, both Sea-Doo models and Yamaha, etc. They have a very nice and clean showroom, lots of different toys, well stocked considering outdoor equipment is selling so quick. All the employees I talked to where very friendly, professional and helpful. While I was there, I talked to a few other customers picking up new and used equipment. Called inquiring information on a new atv I was looking to purchase and was rushed off the phone by sales. Sales person stated he would call me back with possible delivery dates on the atv I was looking for and never asked my name or number. Not sure how they are going to let me know when the atv is going to be in. Very poor service from brewers in my opinion. After all the above issues I had to change my review. brewers reached out and are in the process of making things right. Much respect for the contact made to get my business.

We drove 6+ hours roundtrip to pick up our 2021 seadoos and double trailer. Brewer Cycles was definitely worth the drive. Great customer service, good prices, and in-and-out quickly. No one was pushy for extra sales and they answered all of our questions as first-time jet ski owners. When we hooked up the trailer we noticed our truck connection light had an issue and the service tech took 30 extra minutes to resolve this issue that was solely an issue with our vehicle. Highly recommend.

Being skeptical about dealers in general, I have to say this company was very transparent. Bought 2020 Can Am Ryker Rally and I have to say what a wonderful team they have. I personally appreciated them waiting for the heavy rain to stop so I could get home safely even after the company was closed. On an icy Friday in February we went to Brewers just to dream about summer and being outside. We were in the market for a jetski and ended up buying a used one that day. I hate to do this but I think its necessary I called the day before and was wanting to get a mini bike for my nephew they had the salesman said sure 999.00$ I said ok I will be there tomorrow I drove 200 miles to get it and then and only then did they tell me thats just the price of the bike now add shipping and dock fee and assembly thats 1999.00$ thats just plain dirty bussiness and then the manager lies and said that the salesman told me that it had extra fees but sorry boss i know what I was told

Martin gave us all the details/info that we Inquired through many email and phone calls and met us at the door to go over more basic info when we arrived at Brewer Cycles.
