Everyone is so nice. The young lady is very helpful and takes time with you. Kyle one of the onwers is Awesome to work with. He is very helpful and makes sure things are the way you want it. I will post a picture when everything is done. Love this place and will recommend to everyone re-doing their bathroom.Love love love the finished product.

I LOVE my new shower! We had this installed for my mom to use - with grab bars, a bench, and a handheld sprayer (inside the big showerhead) with an elbow at the bench. This is awesome!Cody was an exceptional sales agent who really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I wasnt home during the install so I dont names of the fellows to give kudos to, but my husband said they ran into a snag - no surprise here - and were able to make it work so, well done!One problem - we didnt use the shower for about three weeks and when we turned it on, we couldnt get the handheld sprayer to work. I called on Sunday and left a message. They called me back on Monday morning at 9:07 or 10:07! THIS is excellent customer service. Turned out it was user error and the gal walked me through it - works just fine.....From beginning to end, this was a great experience. I work in a complimentary field with a near identical business model so I know good service when I see it. I highly recommend Silverado Construction. Did I mention I love my new shower?!?!?

Silverado Construction is the best. On time and professional every step of the way. They made the installation of our new shower a pleasant experience. Every construction project will have issues but they handle them without giving excuses and made it right.

They only take big jobs. But their work is great.

We spent months trying to decide on our new bathroom and selecting a contractor. The Silverado staff was so patient as we visited multiple times to talk to them and ask so many questions. When the work started (completely new floor and shower, removal of the old Jacuzzi), we were thinking it would take many weeks to complete. But their staff was so efficient, they did all the work in about 8 days, with another few days to order the glass and a 1/2 day to install it. Even though we made it a little more complicated with a combination of tile and onyx, they made sure we got what we had in mind. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and really knew their stuff. There were a few minor hiccups along the way when we had details written into the contract that hadnt been reviewed with the crews, but they always fixed the problems immediately to our satisfaction. Were very happy with our new bathroom!

Everyone that worked on our bathroom project was awesome. We LOVE our new shower and vanity sinks and counter top. Was the best decision to go with Silverado Construction. The Onyx Collection is beautiful and SO easy to clean and care for. Lifetime guarantee! What more could you want!

Miguel and Jose were outstanding in doing a wonderful job, very professional, great workers, on time, and kept us informed about what they were doing and asked for out input where we would like things to be placed. They did a tub to shower conversation, replaced another shower, countertops, mirrors, medicine cabinets, installed grab bars....absolutely no complaints, they were just tops with their skills.

Great company, great service, workers were neat and only took 2 days to complete the whole job. I highly recommend Silverado and will be using them again.

If you value your time - do not attempt to get a quote from this company. I scheduled an initial appointment where the sales rep directed me to go to the showroom before he would even measure the job. I went to the showroom and then had to schedule a second appointment for the measurement. I informed the company that I needed an itemized quote for insurance reimbursement. After several days I had not received any quote whatsoever. I was then advised I would get a quote 4 days later. After four days I had to follow-up twice to try to get my quote which was literally a description with a bulk sum. They then advised they do not provide itemized quotes - completely untrustworthy. My recommendation stay away!!!

I am extremely pleased with result of the remodel of my bathroom. They came out gave me a quote, they would order everything I wanted it would take 4 days for tear out and install. We are so pleased with the results we asked them to give us a quote on our second bathroom, and plan to have them complete the work. Ive had remodelers in the past that could not do what this company did I highly recommend them.Karen Strutynski
