Weve had an overall great experience from start to finish with our bath to shower conversions. From our easy in-home consult with Perla to the techs, Josh, Sean and Gage that did an amazing job from demo to complete install of our new showers. They even removed our toilet since we planed to retile the entire vanity and bathroom area. Very professional and respectful while doing the work on two bathrooms in just three days!! Definitely recommend and would work with them again!

Workers were polite and they maintained a clean work environment. They remodeled my bathroom and it was very clean when they finished. They did an excellent job and the bathroom is beautiful.

The experience was overall good. The sales associate Jon read material and did not inform us the panels only come in 60# slabs. We had to wait for material b/c our pan was 72. However, once all materials were in it was good. Josh and DeSean (DeShawn) were great! Josh actually was concerned about placement of locker and a seam. He figured out a way so we did not see a seam. Very professional nice guys.Management needs to allocate more time for installation as there is always hidden problems behind walls. Installers shouldnt be hounded to rush to completion.We are still waiting for some ceiling texturing and an outside wall repair but would recommend. Love the product.

Remove of tub shower and install of Luxstone walk in shower was done in 2 days by courteous and professional workers. They arrived on time and cleaned up after. Highly recommend Pacific Bath.

The LuxStone is a really nice product. The installers were very good. We chose Pacific Bath because of the turn around time and the product they offered. It was finished in a decent time from demo to final trim.

They installed a granny shower for me and THEY were fabulous!

They were great, and did a great job.

They received their full payment from me, afrer many phone calls from them. After I made the full payment they now dont answer my calls about finishing the job. Very disappointed with their work and very disappointed in myself for trusting them!!!!
