Brett and his team did such a wonderful job with remodeling my kitchen, that I hired them back to do a remodel of my fireplace. Im thrilled with both projects and Id definitely recommend them for any remodel job that you need. We had these guys do a complete master bath remodel, plus a small remodel in guest bath, and new flooring throughout the downstairs. The team were great to work with, and Chris the project manager was wonderful at calming our fears and concerns. All of the work turned out beautifully and we are very pleased with our fabulous new huge shower.After several months there was some slight settling, which led to cracking of some of the grout lines, and as soon as I contacted LV remodel they immediately sent someone out to completely fix the problem.

I am in the market to completely remodel my master bathroom. I called 3 total places, this being one of them. When I requested a consultation, they immediately told me it costs $25,000 to $45,000 (without seeing my home) and said I have to be okay with that price before they will come look at my bathroom. Truth is, I am not afraid of that number, I plan to spend whatever it takes for the remodel. However, I feel they should be completely embarrassed that they are turning customers OFF immediately, without seeing the space and educating the customer on the process of remodeling a bathroom. If they came to my home and educated me on exactly what I would get for that money, I would be happy to work with them. Instead, I was told unless I agree to spend that amount of money, they wont waste their time to come out for an appointment. This is unbelievable to me and I will NEVER plan to do business with this company based on how poorly and unprofessionally they represent themselves upfront. I agree with the other bad reviews, maybe consider better customer service coming from your front office staff. Horrible experience.

We love our new bathroom and cant wait to do more projects. The remodel was on time and on budget. We appreciated the help with the design that we received and that the work did not intrude on the rest of our home. Our bathroom remodel is beautiful and we enjoy all the compliments we get on it.
