The manager and the sales agent lied about numerous things My mother in law wanted to sell her car They sent their guaranteed offer To us after us going through the website about the car. My mother in law was honest about the condition of the car They were not honest about their offer We live in a rural area and had to drive a 120 miles To talk to them. They offered online a guaranteed offer of $3,000 after getting there they make an offer of $198 what an insult I would not recommend AutoNation ever to anybody in fact hopefully theyll go out of business cuz everybody in there is nothing but a liar.

Buying experience was excellent.How ever the delivery was what left a sour taste in my mouth.Bought the truck on Monday wasn’t delivered until Friday afternoon.Was told by the salesman a day or 2. They have to perform the safety and repair any findings.It got a battery and a antenna. No one on Wednesday could tell me what the hold up was just it would be ready Thursday afternoon. ThatCame and went by with a text one hour before closing on Thursday saying tomorrow no reason again. Finally on Friday they delivered. The car was somewhat detailed not as good if they were putting it on the lot. There were leaves under the seats and milk in the cup holders. Some trash in the seat storage. Outside and engine were very clean just maybe rushed the inside a bit.All n all buying experience was great. But waiting 4 days without any reason was not so great. And then getting the car home to find out I need to vacuum and clean the inside of the truck not to impressed.

UPDATE: We called the general manager as we were told in the reply of this review. He proceeded to tell us that because we had already posted a negative review, he wasn’t feeling inclined to help us, but he would call us back. Twenty minutes later the service department called and said they would do the repairs. Overall, Im glad they are doing the right thing and fixing our vehicle, and most of their employees seem to be willing to help. Customer service is obviously not the GMs strong suit.Had a great buying experience. What I didnt have a great experience with is the lie of a 4,000 mile warranty on the cars they sell. Bought a jeep a month ago and the drive shaft colts came loose. Should be quick fix covered under warranty but instead they are saying its my fault for driving it and they will help me out by only charging me half of the $300 to fix it. I shouldnt have to pay anything to fix a car that they just sold under warranty. I will not be returning. Dont waste your time.

Probably the best buying experience Ive had. Im a service manager of a power sports store so i know the business. Gave me full trade value without trying to knock it down. Lowest price in town for the car I wanted. 2 hours in and out. Got my own financing and boom. Josh was a great non pushy salesman that took great care of me. If you want fair trade in, low prices and god service these guys are top notch. Give them a try, if the car you want is at another store they own in town they will get it delivered close to you.

The reason for 3 stars and not 5 were the sales reps Jake and Ron, as soon as the customer left, he did not take the deal. Jake and Ron were commenting how if the customer thought he could get a better deal then go for it, laughing. I over heard the whole conversation. I know it’s human nature to gossip or comment, but make sure you do it when customers can’t hear you. So disrespectful.

This is my first ever experience buying a car and I was somewhat nervous not knowing what to fully expect. On top of that, I’m a young adult so I knew that some of the pricing regarding interest rates, insurance, etc. were a concern of mine. But, all my worries had vanished and went away when Ron greeted me at the door and patiently explained everything step-by-step to me. He was incredibly patient, very personable, extremely knowledgable, and just an all around genuinely nice guy. If you visit this store, ask for Ron and I promise he won’t disappoint. By far the worst dealership in Southern Nevada.Sales force unknowledgeable about there vehicles and the service department are liars. They sold us a car with out the catalytic converter, we took it back and they said theres nothing wrong with it. So we took it back to an independent inspector and found it that the whole exhaust system wasnt factory so that negates the warranty they sold us that I didnt want any ways. Now they are telling me that I cant bring it back because its past the five days. But I did bring it back and you all insured me that it was fine. Liars liars. I wouldnt recommend this AutoNation to no one EVER!!!!!!

Be prepared to spend 5-6 HOURS Minimum. They need to focus on customer experience and keeping clients informed of what is taking place. I had to keep asking because they (all the staff) sit around watching all customers waiting and never come over to check or provide updates.

I recently bought a car (which is a nice car) thats not an issue.its the customer service I made 3 trips to the dealership to set up everything,because on my time constraints. Was told yeah no problem so after 8k down 3 trips and 9 day waiting period (which was agreed upon)so I could just show up sign 1 doc and get the keys. I still had to wait over an hour to get the car and go. I was told some bs about a policy.ok then why was none of that policy mentioned to me during any of our prior 3 visits.

Prentice is very kind and knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. He took his time going through all the features of the car we looked at. He made car buying comfortable. Prentice also surprised my husband with a Dr Pepper soda, which is hisfavorite. Thanks Prentice for great service!=)

In my opinion, I would never recommend AutoNation again to anyone. I recently wrote a very good review but after my experience, I unfortunately have to remove that review. About 3 or 4 years ago I bought a BMW from AutoNation and after about 40 days of having it the check engine light came on and I had to put over $9,000 in repairs just for it to end up not even starting anymore. I decided to give AutoNation another chance and bought a 2015 C300 Mercedes from them 35 days ago. After 30 days of having the vehicle my check engine light is on. I tried calling the dealership multiple times to see what they can do to help. After calling over and over and being told We will have someone call you or Someone will call you back Finally after ME calling over and over and demanding to speak to someone - they offered to do a diagnostic on it but in the end it would be at my cost for any repairs needed - due to me not buying a warranty. Which I take responsibility for that but they need to take responsibility for selling me a broken certified car. Now my 35 day old car is sitting across town at a Mercedes mechanic. Mind you, I have a toddler and no other vehicle. In conclusion, I would not recommend Auto Nation to anyone ever again.

Bought the truck a week ago. I really like my salesman jacob and he did a good job. However, I havent heard back from finance, I just want the name of my lender for insurance purposes. Also, its been a week and the truck has 6 problems with it.1. Code p230c which is the reductant sensor or def sensor. this is a perminanat code and I dont believe it would have passed emissions.2. primary coolant system is low, its either leaking or burning coolant.3. rear differential is leaking fluid4. right passenger side mirror motor is broken and wont stay out and the motor doesnt work...they continually go in when going down the highway which is a safety concern.5. oil wasnt changed like it said it was.6. doing down the highway the front end has so much play its hard to keep the truck in one lane.I paid extra for the warranty...but these items should have been fixed on the vehicle before I left the lot.

Thanks to Joe Vandenberg, we had a great buying experience. In April we looked at and put money on a car that didnt pass smog so we were given our money back. A few days later Joe called and asked if we still wanted it if they got it to pass. We agreed and ended up with a car that not only passed smog, but received a new clutch and 4 new tires! And the price never changed! Joe kept us apprised all along the way. Hes a very pleasant man to do business with! I would definitely recommend.

2015 Volkswagen Jetta. I would give zero stars if possible. This was the worst experience purchasing a car from when I put down the deposit until less than 30 days after the sale. 1) It took them almost 2 weeks to have the car ready for sale. I had to get on the phone with the manager and ask him if he really wanted to sell a car to get anything done. 2) Actually doing the paperwork - What should have taken 1 hour at the most took 2.5 hours and they werent even busy. 3) The finance manager had to redo the paperwork because it was incorrect. Amount and that they owed us new headlights to be installed at a later date. I even told him they werent busy enough to make so many mistakes. 4) Had to follow up on the DMV green slip numerous times to receive it with incorrect information. 5) Within 3 weeks the AC compressor went out. 6) Finally got the car in for the headlights and while still in the parking lot noticed the mirrors dont move anymore. 7) They had to do another smog after installing the headlights because it didnt register in the DMV system. (They said they did it, but I question). 8) The head of service couldnt figure out why the car wouldnt pass smog now. We had to tell him it was because they disconnected the battery and now has to be driven. They offered to repair the AC with no discount with a rebuilt compressor. We will be taking this car to our mechanic and paying more for a new compressor. They will never touch this car again! Ive purchased at least 20 vehicles. ranging from Mercedes to Volkswagen and this is the absolute worst experience ever! Avoid at all costs!9.8.21 Update/Response to Autonations response to my review.I will not be contacting them to see how they may improve my experience for two reasons. 1) Sadly, I was dealing with 3 managers (general manager Matt, internet manager Joe and service manager Caleb) during this horrible experience. 2) Autonation didnt want to do anything until they received a bad review and they will never touch one of my vehicles again. As I write this from my preferred mechanics shop waiting for the new compressor to be put in my sons vehicle we have only owned 30 days.

Staff was friendly but they lied to us. We were told there was nothing wrong with our truck and that it passed their rigorous 125 point inspection. Bought our truck end of Feb and already had to drop over $1300 bucks into it. Id recommend not buying from here.

Buying at AutoNation was a fabulous experience! From the warm friendly greeting to the speed of getting a quote on my car and then they beat the Carmax quote. My salesman Chris was very in tune with my wants and needs and got to know my taste quickly and was even able to make suggestions of cars I would like. It was a nice fast experience and I drove away in my new car in no time at all.

In the past two weeks, my wife has gotten a new car and so has my dad. Both experiences were extremely professional, and streamlined. They dont try to push you into vehicles that you arent interested in and there is absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle.
