The original estimate I was given was reasonable, and they worked well with my insurance. Josh explained what needed to be done. The estimate of the days required to complete the work was reasonable. I was provided with regular updates, and the vehicle was ready earlier than estimated. They even buffed a key scratch on the hood with no extra charge. I have a Subaru and I was very pleased to see that they were an authorized repair shop. I found all the parties involved professional. Great service.

I was in an accident that damaged the back of my car. The repairs took longer than expected but the staff was very friendly and kept me updated every day. Burglary insurance claim was submitted for paint and repair. Meeting with proprietor of Franks Auto Body was a difficult discussion in which I was called a liar. Josh said that damage to paint and front bumper resulted from other drivers dinging my car with their car doors. Further that damage to front bumper resulted from an accident. I have no history of auto accident. Burglary date was April 12th. Still no call from Franks Auto Body as of June 15th. When I called on June 15th, Josh told me claim had been denied because no one could reach me.Allstate denied Joshs statement. Claim was further reassigned to another repair company. Allstate customer service team solved the problem.

Have had two vehicle repaired at this shop. Friendly people and good service. Their rates are fair and job is well done.

My mechanics, who I love and who have never, ever steered me wrong, recommended Franks Auto Body. I had a huge mess, two separate accidents, and two separate insurance companies to deal with. They were a preferred auto body shop for American Family Insurance, which was awesome. They took care of EVERYTHING from the adjuster to the repairs, and then even worked with the Honda dealership to reset sensors. Josh managed both insurance companies for us and gave us updates all the time to let us know what was going on. Holy cow, the customer service alone was incredible...but their work was just as good. They gave us the car back looking brand new...and even cleaned the inside, it was pretty bad when we handed it over. Ive never had such good customer service from an Auto Body shop before. I wont be going anywhere else as long as I am in Vegas!

Wow. Subarus are notorious for requiring specialty work because of the technology in then. I got rear ending driving my car the very first day I took it off the lot and was so upset. After I cried about, I looked at the Subaru site to see who they trust/certify to do their autobody work and Franks came up. I also looked at Allstate to find a shop that partners with insurance to make the insurance part easy and again Franks came up. I yelped them and it was too good to be true. An honest shop that does amazing work and right. I went across town just to come here and I was not disappointed. They had my vehicle done far in advance of me expecting and there arent any glitches. They kept me informed they entire time. Great service. Great, quality work. I cant rave enough. You need autobody work, come here. Regardless of if youll have to wait a little for the vehicle because you know the work will be done right and is guaranteed. What an easy and great experience. Wow.

The Honda dealer referred me to Franks after I got a minor dent and scratches from brushing against a garage door. I got two estimates and Franks was the less expensive. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. My car was completed on time (early actually) and was very clean and detailed inside and out. The work was excellent, impossible to tell it had been repaired. I would recommend Franks and will use them again if the need comes up.

If I could rate this Auto Shop a Zero rating I would. The front desk customer service is good, the woman that answers the phone is nice and professional. I can not say the same about the employee that acts as their State Farm adjuster/contact Josh Gnadt.My vehicle was hit while parked I have State Farm Insurance. Franks Auto Shop was listed as a preferred provider on the State Farm List of auto shops. There was some damage to the back bumper and front end of my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle up to the shop he asked what happened.I explained that my vehicle was hit from behind then dragged by a larger SUV. I showed him photos of the accident, how I was hit. I offered to email him the photos I showed him, he rejected my offer. Josh then proceeded to tell the insurance company that I told him i was baked into while parked and based on that in his opinion I should not have front end damage.I then had to call the insurance company and provide them with the same photos of the accident that I showed josh. After receiving the photos the the insurance company approved the claim and work for both the front end and back bumper of the vehicle.When I received my vehicle the body work was decent but not worth the $500.00 deductible I could have gotten better from Maaco in addition I could hear a rattling notice. I took the car back to Josh for him to double check the repairs and he did not do so, instead he had one of his mechanics to take the wheel off and blame it on me needing new brake.When I looked at my invoice I could see that Josh used bad recycled parts and in some instances only put nuts and bolts but didnt replace any actual parts on the vehicleI took my vehicle to a franchised well known Auto shop and the manager showed me the botched repairs that was completed by Franks he showed me where the struts were leaking, and the control arm was not replaced despite my insurance being charged for it .I would not recommend using this auto shop for body work or repairs. The auto work is of poor quality, they have poor customer service and little integrity.

I stopped in Frank’s to see about a previous paint job. The area I was concerned about was not where they repaired my door. So it wasn’t under the warranty, but a mechanic installed a new car remote for me when I mentioned that I couldn’t get it to work. It was a little complicated to do and I would not have ever figured it out. Ten minutes later I was grinning ear to ear as I drove off. I hadn’t had a working remote door opener since February. Christina was professional, caring, friendly and so helpful. The mechanic was very sweet and explained the reason I couldn’t get it to work myself. ( wrong instructions were printed at the car part store). Call Frank’s for YOUR car repairs.

A family member of mine went here after her vehicle had been involved in an accident. The auto repairs were bad. The shop put bad used parts on her vehicle. The body work they did was mediocre. More importantly she was not treated with fairly by the onsite insurance contact Josh.

I will never use this shop again, I had some auto work completed and they did not do a good job. I would not recommend this shop for auto repairs.

I have long been a customer of Franks Auto but today that option changed. I had a simple glued on badge on my tailgate come off and wanted to know what it would take to have it reapplied. I had to take my truck to a body shop for an estimate. I drive by this shop often & knew it was there so I went here for an estimate. As I walked up I see a sign that says estimates by appointment only. LOL, Argg, so I walked in anyway. The people were very friendly & very helpful. I explained my situation & they were kind enough to give me an estimate right then. I Just have to give a Shout Out here. Their entire front desk is a HUGE salt water aquarium with a beautiful puffer fish, a gorgeous lion fish plus 4 others. WOW. Really Nice people here. Very Helpful.

My car was damaged in the front right quarter panel, we brought it in a Monday and they said they have it for two weeks. My car was ready that Friday (5 days) later. They went over the car and the items they fixed, and painted, which I appreciated. The car looked like new. Excellent service and quality reconstruction. I have a VERY complicated vehicle and they knew exactly what it needed. Even went across town to an aftermarket dealer to pick up parts for my specialized truck. Me, being the Nervous Nelly, wanted to see the progress of the vehicle and they told me it would be no problem. Sure enough, easy-peezy. Everyone did what they said and it was done when they said it would be done. I almost wish they did custom work as Im sure it would be first class as well.

Awesome place. I had a very minor issue where my hood was closing properly. Frank himself came out to inspect, got a mechanic on it pronto, and had me once again safely on my way, completely free of charge. These guys really care about their customers, would recommend!

I had to return a second time...(waste of my time), because NV. General insurance company uses Franks AB as company estimator. There shouldnt be a big difference between an estimate I got on my own verses a liable insurance company. We will see. Awesome coffee...Duncan Donuts...only dry creamer though.

In 2014 my wife’s 2007 suburban was rear ended in a regular accident. The rear bumper cover rear gate and tow hitch were all damaged. When looking for a body shop for our Honda Ridgeline, we were naturally weary. After contacting my insurance adjuster and going through estimates, reading reviews and location we decided to give Franks Auto Body a try. They had excellent reviews on matters that matter the most when handing off your vehicle. They have a location that was not too far from home, it was exceptionally clean and the environment is calming and very much so welcoming. Upon entering the shop we were greeted by Patricia, whom is sweet as the day is long. She checked us in, gathered all necessary paperwork, explaining everything along the way. Her personality is professional with a side of relatability. There is a beautiful salt water fish tank, a flatscreen t.v., they have a Keurig Tea and coffee station available for self serve and the restroom was so clean! Elio was the employee who took care of us. He was very patient with the dozen questions we had, answering each one with care, consideration, and the knowledge of this employee was quite impressive. His communication throughout the process was consistent and very helpful, which lead to a great starting point of trust. Our Ridgeline looks new, they took great care of our vehicle, in a very timely manner-fewer than a week-and we are grateful to have followed our gut instinct because should we need it, we will continue to come back to Franks.

I went to Frank Auto Collision on Boulder HWY, Henderson Nevada. The salesman Micheal told me it will cost me $4,000 or more with five years warranty. I was told he would email me in 45 minutes and I never recieved anything. Even the next nothing. So, I went to maaco instead. They took me right away, with no problem and they did an excellent job.

Great experience!!! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Went in for a new side mirror and it looks great. Jimmy helped me and he was awesome...he even gave me a free bottle of touch up for the nicks and scratches on my car. I strongly recommend Franks Auto Body!!!

Recently I was involved in an accident that needed repair, Franks had the car for two weeks, the original estimate was 2-3 weeks. Franks did everything that was promised and my 350 Z looks as good as new. STAY AWAY! BEWARE! Horrible staff, customer service and workmanship! 1 STAR REVIEW IS GENEROUS!After leaving the review below (10/14/19), I received my first text/phone call from Elio and Susan (office manager) apologizing for miscommunication and I was quite surprised they didnt acknowledge the fact that there was ZERO communication for almost 3 weeks while my car sat at their shop. After lots of excuses and more run around, I contacted the appraiser/insurance company myself and within a matter of hours I did what it took Franks people almost a month to do. On 10/17/19 Susan contacted me via text that my car was ready for pick-up.I didnt think this transaction could get any worse...it did! Susan was an absolute joke and the shop should be embarrassed to employ this person. She wasnt concerned about my dissatisfaction or the trouble their negligence caused me, all she wanted to do was place the blame on others and take no responsibility for the situation. Then to add insult to injury, it ended up being less work for more money and no one walked me out to my car to make sure it was repaired correctly. The final straw was when I got home and checked the car myself, I opened the trunk to inspect the bumper and found that it takes several attempts to get the trunk to shut properly! It looks like Franks doesnt care much for their workmanship either.Keep in mind that this was just a small, rear end bumper repair and please take heed of my warning. Learn from my experience and go somewhere that values YOU, your time and business.I left this review on 10/14/19:The 1 star is for extremely poor customer service.My car is currently at Franks for a rear end fix that I was told would only take a few days, been there since 9/24/19 and Elio is my service point of contact. Ive used Franks several times over the years for various repairs and I had an issue last time which Frank stepped in and took care of so when I needed repairs of course I took my car to this shop.This time has been the worst so far and I will not take my car or refer anyone to this shop again. No one from Franks has called or emailed me once since my cars been there to let me know the status of my vehicle, Ive had to initiate every follow up. When I initially reached out to Elio on 10/2, he told me he contacted insurance on 9/28 for an adjustment to the repairs and was waiting to hear back from them. It wasnt much and I even offered to pay out of my own pocket to get my car finally repaired. He said hed follow up and get right back to me...crickets. I called back on 10/7 to see if Elio got what he needed from the insurance company and he said that he didnt yet and he would reach out to them and call me right back...more silence.As of this post, still no contact from Elio or anyone at Franks and I will update this review as things progress with this transaction.

The door on my 2007 regular cab Tundra got taken by wind several years ago and swung around and hit the front fender. These doors are like sails they are so huge. Damage included the door which had a huge fold the length of the door, a door post and hinge damage that had to be rebuilt and the front fender was damaged. The repair and paint is perfect and was at a reasonable cost.I am writing this review now because after several years you still can not tell the truck was ever damaged. They were highly recommended at the time and i highly recommend now!

Franks did some repair work on one of our vehicles. Nice folks, professional, and the work was top-notch. We will use them for all our auto repair needs.

My husband went in today and got the worse treatment ever. He had an appointment, showed up and got helped last. Another gentlemen arrived after him and was offered coffee and water while my husband wasnt offered any, he got called back with the adjuster first, while my husband was still waiting. No one apologized to my husband for the wait. The other gentleman came back in with his adjuster and he was offered coffee or water again, while no one offered anything to my husband. Very poor customer service, I feel it was a slap in the face, to offer the other person ammenities not once but twice and not to my husband. Go ahead and keep your coffee and water, as you have lost our business and that of our friends, family, and business associates.

This is my second time coming to Franks Auto Body, and this time I drove across town to make sure my car could be taken care of here. I wouldnt trust another place with my car, and as usual, it looks as good as new. The staff is great and no matter how much you pester them they make sure to get back to you with all your questions and keep you updated every step of the way.

Over a year ago had a crash with our Mazda CX-9, they did a good job replacing the bumper, good service, dealt directly with insurance as USAA refereed me to them in the first place. So i had them do a few other jobs: window motor, arm rest cover refit, and A/C compressor within a few months. Last week my A/C went out again, they within a day and a half of working days had gotten the replacement under warranty compressor installed to help us make a hard timeline. Even helped my wife load the vehicle after switching from the rental car. RECOMMEND.

Seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. I’m pretty picky, and had some small issues with the first repair. They were happy to make it right. Never made me feel like I was being unreasonable. That is a rarity with autobody shops.

My brand new Mazda recently had a run in with my garage door. To say the least, my Mazda, and my garage door both ended up damaged. I took my car to Franks and within 2 days it was back to perfect condition. Not only was the estimate I received cheaper than anyone else, but the work was exceptional. My car was beautifully detailed inside and out when I picked it up, and the damage was no where to be found.Extremely happy with the service I received at Franks. Ended up bringing 2 more of my families cars to him!

The woman at the front desk (Vivian) needs a serious attitude adjustment!! She was rude, combative and probably the least helpful person I have ever encountered in a customer service position. After our insurance set up our repairs with this shop, she tried to tell us that she had no information from our insurance and that they couldnt help us, even though we had email and text confirmation. The employee that spoke with our insurance agent (Christine) hid in the back and did nothing to help. Thankfully, our insurance company found another repair shop that actually wants our business and doesnt treat their clients like garbage.

Wish they would be clearer on time frames. Fixed some minor stuff not related but didnt fix the molding that was related. Better than most.

Very helpful. The owner did everything he could to help

Okay, so I am about 6 years late in writing this review.....BUT.... I had a really bad accident where I caused a lot of damage to my car. I brought it over to Franks Auto Body and the gentleman at the shop was so nice and courteous. I had never been in an accident before and they did an AMAZING job on my car!!!! They sent the SR1 for me to the DMV, and they also stayed open a little late so I could come and pick up my car! The entire time, they kept me updated and informed and let me know step by step since I was so worried about it being totaled. I hope nothing else ever happens, but if it does, I will make sure to take it to Franks. Over all wonderful experience.

I have been going to Franks Auto body the last 10 years. Not only do they provide fare estimates as well as tremendous customer service. The finished product is always fantastic!

Great work I would my any else

Franks Auto Body is the best!! I went in because I could not open the back doors of my work van. (The day before I had towed my daughters car with my work van and my bumper inadvertently was bent up so I couldnt open the back doors to access equipment.) I wasnt too optimistic because Franks is a big operation and they are very busy. But within the hour they had the right tool to fix the bumper and I was literally back in business. I can not thank them enough for their quick and professional attention to my problem.

Love this place! Staff is excellant also! Elio Misso is a true pleasure to work together with to get their jobs done!
