I’ve been here a month and the property is great. My unit is a renovated unit and is comfortable and very nice. Amenities are top notch. Beautiful heated pool and facilities are open 24 hrs. Office staff is great. Friendly and efficient Karen, Carla and Priscilla. Maintenance is quick and professional.

Karen is such a professional make you feel welcome. She helped me in a time when I needed it most. A new resident but so far everything thing is 5 star. Priscilla the managers is very informative and professional. The maintenance was cool and friendly. Awesome sauce😎

When I write a review its going to be worth my time! First of all the customer service was Phenomenal! The young lady listened to my question and set my appointment the same day. I toured their 1 bedroom model and it was just want we were looking for. Ive rented in the past and am excited about coming back. Good customer service is hard to find. I will be signing my lease with Adiamo once again. I will continue to rent through Ovation Property Management and Im here to let you know if you want Professionalism, Great Customer Service and Affordable pricing look no further! The girls in the leasing office are on point. That you Carla and Andrea for showing the industry how to do their job. 5 stars, 6 if I could.

During my family’s stay, the manager was Carla. She and her team were exceptional in responding to our service requests. The grounds were exceptionally clean. There were also awesome holiday activities. We were very proud to live at Adiamo.

AMAZING! JUST ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The second I walked in, I received the warmest welcome from the office staff.Our leasing person Ashley was very knowledgeable and gave us tips about the area and the best food places in the Henderson/ Vegas areas! Weve now lived here for a little over 5 weeks & my wife, my dogs and I love it. We moved from out of state and are so happy we chose this place. Our apartment feels like HOME!They have so many different floor plans and they are extremely big. It doesnt even feel like youre living in an apartment, it feels like a little house! PLUS, THEY HAVE ATTACHED GARAGES!!They have lots of grass areas around the property so when Im walking my dogs they can actually have somewhere to go + dog poop stations/bags. Their pool is clean, quiet and shaded with tons of trees (doesnt feel like youre living in a desert). The office is well kept, fresh coffee all through out the day and the gym doesnt smell like a typical gym (smells clean and sanitized) BEST PART, THE GYM AND THE POOL ARE BOTH 24 HOURS!!I couldnt imagine living anywhere else. They have definitely went above and beyond and have made our relocation an easy one.

Just moved in my apartment today. Im extremely happy I decided to go with downstairs because I just love the floors. The paint is so new and fresh the entire place smells so clean. Loving my apartment so much I had to write this review while the movers are moving my furniture in. The original gal who helped me has moved to a different office but the gals today were very friendly and helpful. Made my lease signing a breeze and my keys were ready upon arrival. Thank you Adiamo for making me feel at home right away!

Just moved to Henderson from Woodland Hills. Carla, Andrea and Ashley are really great. They go above and beyond for me. Carla crushes it with great events, not the run of the mill boring nonsense. Finally, a huge shout out to Avery who makes living here a breeze. He is quick to solve an issue and makes sure the job gets done no matter what. He is super patient and accommodating. Highly recommend living here before everyone else finds out this 5 star apartment living!

My partner and I currently live at another Ovation property in the Southwest area and I just got a promotion that is moving me to the Henderson area. We came to Adiamo over the weekend to view a 2 bedroom and we are SOLD!!! The property is beautiful and we fell in love with the model at first sight. The floor plan is everything we need and the garage is an absolute plus. Our agent Andrea was very informative and knew the answers to all of our questions. What an impression she made on my partner and I. The office was full of smiles and even the people in the lobby gave compliments on what its like to live at Adiamo. We are looking forward to starting our new life in Henderson at the Adiamo.

Current resident: Have lived here for 2 months and have not one complaint. The office girls are so nice and friendly. When I came in for my tour, I leased my apartment in an hour and moved in the following day. I needed to move in as soon as possible and they were able to help me. They are fast and very good at their jobs. I definitely love the atmosphere Adiamo and their staff provides.

I just moved in a little less than two months ago and the staff here has been nothing short of amazing! Its absolutely a beautiful transformation compared to my last apartment community! If I needed something fixed theyve taken care of it quickly and without hassle. Plus being able to look out your window in the morning and see either a full view of the city or a snow covered mountain is a pretty awesome bonus!

When I tell you this complex is amazing, believe me!! I cant express how great my experience has been living here. It has been 1.5 years and I will definitely be staying a little longer. The office staff is nothing short of amazing and you just know they care so much for their residents & try their best to fulfill everyones needs . The maintenance guys are awesome and arrive in the most timely matters. Not only is the staff great, but the property is beautiful & very well kept. Its nice and quiet for most of the day and silent throughout the night. Theyre also located on a hill at the peak of Stephanie & Horizon, so if you get luck like me, you can get a STRIP VIEW or Mountain View!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE living at Adiamo. The floorplans are beautiful and spacious. The grounds are well kept and even the landscaper is super nice.Carla is so kind and helpful and you can really tell that she cares about her property and the residents that live here. I have no complaints when it comes to my work orders either, they are so quick to come out and address any issue we may have.I recommend this property to everybody!A++ to the Adiamo staff!

My husband and I are in LOVE again. We recently relocated from Florida and could not be more happier. The service we received while making our decision to relocate was exceptional. Carla and her team took care of us from start to finish. They even helped us save money at a nearby storage her team referred us to. Our apartment is gorgeous and we love all of the green landscaping here because it makes us feel right at home. I will recommend Adiamo to anyone I know moving forward.

Was referred to Adiamo by a current resident. Visited the location and walking into the clubhouse, simply gorgeous. Carla, Andrea and Ashley were polite, professional and kind. It did not feel like Las Vegas. The floor plans are spacious and me and my finance felt at home. It is where we will be until we are able to buy. Ovation Property Management is miles above the competition. I would pay the extra money for this type of quality and service. Thank you Adiamo!

The management team who work in the leasing office are very professional and friendly. They always remember our names and you cant walk pass them without getting a smile :)We have only needed maintenance for a few minor things and the maintenance guys were always very prompt to fix them.Great location with clean and quiet units.Going green is easier with their newest recycling bins. When we first rented at Adiamo, we planned for it to be short term, possibly three months. We ended up renting for nine months and only left because we purchased a condo. We had never rented an apartment before this and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience! Whenever there was some maintenance required, someone responded within about 10 minutes. The unit was quiet and the property was kept very clean. Lots of parking available. The staff is friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this apartment complex!!

This complex is one of the best properties Ive ever lived in. Very quiet community and the staff is great. The only reason we left is because the middle school and the children in it was a problem for my child. We cant wait to move into another Ovation property because we love the management!

I lived in this complex (admittedly several years ago) but it was a fantastic place. As a young woman living alone in the big city, I always felt safe and comfortable here. In the 1.5 years I spent in that apartment, maintenance was always fast and helpful and the whole complex was always really well maintained in general. I have very fond memories of my first adult apartment and would highly recommend Adiamo to anyone!

I lived at Adiamo for 2 1/2 years and it is a great place to live. I found the office staff very helpful and the maintenance team very responsive. It is also a great location. Close to the 215 and shopping.

I have lived here for the last two years and this complex has taken gone downhill significantly in the last 6 months. Very ghetto people here now. I have witnessed 3 open drug deals in the parking lot and by the pool. The grounds are now full of trash and kids constantly damage property. It feels exactly like the section 8 complex I lives in in Sunrise Manor. This complex and area are heading in the same direction. Sad.

I recently moved here and everyone has been so nice and accommodating. The property is well maintained and Im so happy to call Adiamo home!

This complex is very outdated and overpriced. The whole apartment was dirty and never once felt “clean” no matter how much I cleaned. I also had to call maintenance frequently. Definitely needs to be updated

Adiamo was a really nice & quiet place to live and possibly raise a family. This property is a perfect example that higher rents do NOT attract better ppl. One can NOT create a sense of community & safety if there is a constant parade of moving trucks. A beautiful property like this one, one would think ppl would never move out. Unfortunately, the undesirables have found our hidden gem. Gangmember types are roaming the grounds. Not your usual teenage gang bangers, but gangs from EVERY RACE, think😕 about that for a second. Gates are constantly broken, trash bins are disgusting, shopping carts, non-operable or abandon vehicals sitting on property for months, Ice-Cream trucks riding around community disturbing the peace. Last week I noticed a gentleman driving through the community at 7am with ALL four of his car windows down and music blarring? Who does this? No respect for your neighbors or your own community. Try living next door to tweakers who are in & out ALL night long at least four or more nights a week... EVERY week, all month long, EVERY month. They even recruited OTHER neighbors so now its several ppl...IN & OUT, back & forth. Thats NOTHING really, it gets worse. To piggyback off the last post, Yes! Theres a lot going on here. I have the mind to believe its the application process. The website says... We will work with you with higher deposits? You cant run a background on a passport. This process is could be the issue. Yikes!

The bottomfeeders are flying drones around the property for hours at night, total envasion of privacy. I would hope MGMT would do something about this ASAP.

Needs new appliances. Refrigerator is too small and outdated. washer dryer very old and stove is outdated. the rents are very high and outdated appliances That makes no sense. Also fitness room needs to be updated as well
