ServPro came prepared and with 100% team effort to tackle my nasty project. We had an interior pipe break which flooded the garage and soaked a bedroom carpet. I called Servpro around 5:30 pm. The crew came to my home that evening and worked until 10 pm soaking up the water from the carpet and setting up blowers and dehumidifiers. They came the next day to check on the progress. By Tuesday, the carpet was dry and any remaining wet drywall was removed. By acting quickly, we saved the carpet and minimized damage to the drywall. The Servpro crew was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. They really know their business. I am very happy I called them when I needed help.

Servpro of Henderson was amazing. Had to call them out in the middle of the night due to a water leak/flooding. Quick response, courteous and explained everything very well.

I had just remodeled my house and the supply line to the toilet in the master broke and flooded the house. Thank goodness I woke up at 1:00 am to a couple inches of water. I called Servpro and they sent Kyle and Skyler. They arrived within a 1/2 hour and went straight into action. They were very professional and sympathetic to our situation. Was depending on a proffesinal company, got a company that didnt show up right before needing work done so we can show our house for sale.Set up a estimate a week before hand only to get wed would be the day no time, had to call day before to get a time then waited an hour and called back.Manager said he would take care of it which apperently means giving the job to someone else, who says he may not be able to match the roof texture and has to come look so starting at square one again and waiting.This is extremely stressful as we face losing our house if we fail to sell the house fast enough and this put a delay on us doing so.These people have no respect for scheduling or understanding when someone tells them it is urgent they complete the job they were hired to do!Stay away find someone reliable!

I met two young ladies working at a house around the corner I ask about their company. Found out that you do carpets. They gave me a card . I called later that day and was able to get the job done two days later. The young men were very kind and considerate. I had to leave after they got here. We had a toilet supply line break over the weekend which flooded our entire house. We called ServPro and a crew arrived in about 90 minutes. John Jenkins and Hector arrived on the scene, surveyed the damage and immediately went to work. They extracted all the water from the floors quickly and did a thorough assessment of the damage. They took the time to explain everything and provided a restoration plan and cost estimate. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. John and Hector are true professionals. Theyre honest, courteous and took great care when working inside the house. Best of all they gave us peace of mind knowing that our home would be returned to normal. John was our rep! I am glad we got to work with him and ServPro! They were first recommend by my home owner insurance company which I’m so glad they did. Our water heater broke and flooded the garage. ServPro came the following morning and looked at the area. After confirming the water damage on the walls and the platform was still wet made sense to remove The heater so it can dry out. First step was to get the heater removed Before ServPro began their work and luckily the plumber (Vegas Plumbing) was scheduled to come an hour after ServPro. Vegas Plumbing also came at the prompt time and they were able to uninstall the heater and remove from platform. Once they did that I called ServPro that the heater was out. John was able to come back an hour later to begin the process of the dry out. It was a relief things were getting done the same day. John is very friendly and got to know him as well. He answered all my questions and shared great info to know all about water damage and more. When the job was done I was so happy I decided to go thru with the process vs. just using a fan to dry it out. Although after they removed all the moist drywall they did put their own high velocity fans ensure the walls dry overnight. I am very pleased with the outcome and the cleanliness of the area! It’s beginning to “look like it never happened”

Had a restoration company, ERX, quote me $4500-$6500 for a small job. My instincts told me this was ridiculous so I called Servepro, Henderson. John MacDonald and John Jenkins came to my house and informed me that my issue wasnt that bad. I was quoted less than 10% of the other companys estimate and ultimately was charged less than that. I am impressed with this company and will always recommend them. It is really nice to find an honest contractor in Las Vegas.

We bought a new refrigerator for the holidays but unfortunately it was defective and flooded our home. Servpro came out the same day we called and immediately started the process of water remediation. The guys were very professional and very courteous. The office worked with our insurance company and things went very smooth. I had flood damage and mold with the last rain we had the first of January, 2019. Serve pro was called out to my home and immediately took action to insure my safety due to the mold. The came every day to inspect and schedule their next visit for the next day... this went on for approximately 3 weeks.
