Brandon was professional and got our AC unit working properly in less than an hour. It took him only a few minutes to diagnose the issue. The price we paid for the service we received was much lower for the quality of service of other places we have used in the past! Will definitely be using them for any other services they provide!

Came out on a Saturday after our AC stopped the night before. The tech was able to locate the problem with the outdoor breaker as well as another potential future issue and had a capacitor on hand to replace ours with. For the convenience and the timeliness, it was worth the cost.

I am renovating my home and doing what work I can myself. My current master bathroom has a bulkhead type wall built to house my furnace vent pipe. OnTime came out and was able to reroute my furnace vent so that I can eliminate the wall/bump out giving me much needed additional sq footage.

My air would not come on and the technician immediately found the problem. It seemed to be a loose wire in the on/off switch on the unit. He reconnected wires and plugged the ends and charged me $205. That price is outrageous for the simple fix that was done. I was told when called about the charge that $205 is the fee for any wiring. We will no longer use On Time services.

Big expense, but these guys made it easy and fast. Looks great, runs great, and with a 10 year warranty I dont have to worry about a thing.

The cost was high for 10 minutes of replacing the capacitor. If the unit is low on charge, the AC wont cool properly. Did not check the refrigerant charge level..$250 for $40-50 part replacement.

The service was great, but Im deeply disappointed in the Goodman unit. Its less then 3 years old and already costing 1k to repair leak in coil.

I love Ontime! My husband and I have done business with them for about 4 or 5 years now, and the employees are always very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We purchased our air conditioner and gas furnace from them, and have placed a couple of service calls for our gas water heater. I absolutely recommend this company as they do not disappoint, and will happily continue conducting business with them.

We have been battling my ac unit for a month. I called Woodard Heating and Air the same day we started having the issues. They charged us a service fee and absolutely nothing was done. When I called them a couple days later they were willing to send another tech out, for another service fee.I was frustrated with this bc I didnt want to just be throwing my money away for no results. So I put off calling another company until today.On Time showed up same day I called. They found the problem within 10 minutes and said if something goes wrong again in 30 to 60 days that they will come back out at no extra cost. THAT is how you get a return customer. The job was done quickly and the AC unit is working so far, but I chose this company because they had a clear statement on Covid-19 precautions and wore PPE. I answered my door with my mask on, but the technician didnt have one. He also wouldnt seem to let me stay six feet away from him, which was a little awkward. He never gave me his name, didnt offer a receipt, and never told me what was wrong with the unit, which are things I would expect when Im spending nearly 300 bucks on anything. I didnt make an issue of it with him personally, because I really just wanted to limit the amount of time I had an unmasked person in the house with my immunocompromised family members. Furthermore, I called this morning and was told by the receptionist (who was awesome and helpful!) that they would call me before coming out, since it would be at an unknown time after lunch. The call didnt happen, either. Very thankful to have working air and the receptionist was great, but a reminder about good business practices for whoever that tech was might go a long way.

Four days later I finally reached out to them and the tech was out sick. KT the office worker said she would have Bob get ahold of me with the information I needed. 3 days and still no phone call or contact from them I once again called them. KT again had no information and told me she would have Bob contact me. I decided its not worth having to chase them around to give them a job. I hope you have better luck. My neighbor who spent 20k with them also had a poor service call from them on a freon leak the same week. Shouldnt be this hard to get a simple price on installing a whole home dehumidifier. If they didnt want the job, no issue. Just say we dont want or do that type of install. So simple... shame
