All I can say is WOW. From the first call to the last they were on top of everything. Nicole the Office Manager is so friendly and helpful. My assigned worker was Damion, he is the best. So friendly and really went above and beyond to make this bad water damage a pleasant experience. He answered all of my questions and was there 24/7 for any questions I had after he left my home. They really deserve more than 5 stars.

It has been a pleasure dealing with ServPro in Vance County, NC. I’ve used them numerous times over the years and have also recommended them to others looking for cleaning/restoration services. They provide fast response times and have a professional staff.

The entire staff and crew members are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We had extensive, emotionally overwhelming damage, but Serve Pro was swift in responding and went to work immediately with a sufficient crew to start the arduous clean up and repair process. Had I more time, I could go on and on listing all the ways they made our lives much easier. In short, though, we confidently, highly recommend them.

I had Servpro come out to deep clean my restaurant as a covid precaution. The representative showed up to wipe down half of the equipment with two dirty rags all while keeping his mask well below his chin and then hands me a bill for $700 for the 20 minutes of “cleaning”.

This Servpro location has excellent customer service. They worked really hard to accommodate a job that I was trying to schedule out of town for my local elderly parent. I also must add that she really lived outside of their service area, but I couldnt find another company willing or available to service our location. The technician was honest and knowledgeable. He let me know that the job was not as bad as I thought and it didnt warrant they type of services they provide and made recommendations. The office communication was also very good, they kept me informed by phone and email.

About 6 months ago we had several pro come and handle damage made by a hot water heater pipe busting. Well I can say they were here very promptly when the insurance company called. They dried the floors and removed what moisture and damaged insulation pretty good. We figured since they did since such a prompt job on the stuff listed above we did hey we will get then to put the moisture barrier and air ducts back. Well I went under the double wide today to see why only 4 of my vents were blowing heat, well damn is all I can say. The main duct was not connected to the front side it was just blowing under the house two of the vents dont have any duct running to them and have no idea where they are. There is gaps and big open places everywhere in the barrier. The parts They did replace are replaced with plastic and not the black barrier that was suppose to be used. I mean total discuss. It looks like our 7 year old went under there and just stapled plastic up. I really didnt believe this. I mean I know servepro is a house hold name and they do good work from what I hear. Im thinking its because its a double wide or something. But I work alot and this has been the first time I was able to observe this situation since it was completed
