Looking for a good air conditioning business can be very intimidating, but I found one and theyre called evolution air conditioning. My first call was to Megan she took great care of me getting me onto a speedy recovery. Your card says business built on integrity CORE family values and success and they do follow those words. Thank you Jason the service manager for his knowledge of sales and getting us through it easily. Thank you to the owner Dennis for coming out and explaining everything to us. The day of installation was awesome everyone was so caring thank you Lee for your hard work Jason again for coming out and making sure everything was done right and speedy. Days before the installation they brought over a portable air condition for so we would not be uncomfortable and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend it this company.

Fast and quick response when you call their office. Friendly service and great techs!We had both of our units replaced with new ones just about 2 years ago now, as they had serviced my office building. I loved how respectful and diligent those guys were so I used Evolution AC, to install both of my units on my home when other companies kept giving us the run around. None of the other companies agreed on what the problems were.Jason D., the tech that came out today, was polite and very nice. We truly appreciated that we were able to have someone come out the next day after we called to request service due to one of our units not cooling. Turns out, the condenser was bad on the unit. As a side note however, we don’t even use our units for heating or cooling, as most others do. (Basically because NV Energy gauges everyone for electrical use so costs are high.)Thank you Evolution AC, for having high standards and really caring.

TL;DR: Their overall nearly 5 star rating should not be taken lightly and has been rightfully earned.I couldn’t recommend Evolution AC more. They stand by their work. Saying they went above and beyond to get my 15 year old AC working is really an understatement, and in the middle of a heat wave to boot. Dennis, Lee, and Jason are incredibly knowledgeable in the trade, extremely professional, and admirably dedicated to their work. As a first time homeowner dealing with AC issues for the first time and trying to navigate the HVAC world, I was very intimidated. Dennis offered layman’s explanations for exactly what was going on with my AC by way of a real quick HVAC crash course that I believe anybody could have understood.Megan, in the office, is an absolute sweetheart and did her best to make sure I was in the loop, offered advice on what to do while my house was reaching insane temperatures, she honestly empathized with me, and was just overall incredibly reassuring to speak with. They offered me several options on how to approach my AC problem, all of which seemed a tad pricey, but I understand why now: you’re paying slightly more for a company that takes rapport very seriously. Well worth it in my opinion, since they came back several times at my request, most times still working past 9pm to make sure my AC was running appropriately and their repair was sufficient, at no extra cost to me in a successful effort to honor the original agreement.It’s worth noting that they had to come out several times at no fault of their own, as they explained a new part might have been defective from the manufacturer (not an unheard of issue). Evolution AC assumed the sole responsibility of this part defect and didn’t so much as hint at deflecting to the manufacturer. The last time they came out they installed an extra part that effectively brought this saga to an end and my Frankenstein AC back to life. I will be referring everyone I know to Evolution AC!

We recently had an issue with our air conditioner going out and after getting a few quotes for replacement we were recommended by a close friend to give Evolution Air a shot.Jason came out in the early evening on Saturday and within hours our unit was up and running again. Not only is it running but it is blowing out twice the strength. We also had an issue with our lights slightly dimming when the unit would turn on but after Jasons repairs we barely notice it.Evolution Air was honest and saved us thousands of dollars as we didnt need to replace the unit yet.. Had a few issues with previous services in the past. Then Evolution sent Jeremy out to save the day. I highly recommend calling Evolution for all your Heating and cooling needs.

Besides great communication, notifying us of when a tech was on his way and expected at our location, their tech was the only one willing to take on the challenge of fixing both of our complicated facility wide AC units. Units are running great now. Before calling Evolution, we had several other companies come out with no luck yet they wanted a maintenance contract.. hah.... at least these guys could fix the problem.

Evolution Air Conditioning has a great team. They came the same day we called about our Air Conditioner in July. The new Air Conditioner works great and is quieter. We were very satisfied with their service and product.

The evolution technician, Christina, does a great job servicing our unit with prompt regular maintainence and quick to respond emergency needs. All work needed to be done is explained and communication during the process is outstanding. Couldnt be more than happy and would recommend this group to any and all. Thanks, Christina!

Service was really bad will strongly suggest do not use them They had a year maintains contract first time when they came they did not service all my air condition units and now we are approching winter and no one called or showed up for service although they took my money. Their style is set up for 5 star they are not worth even for one star

I cant say enought about Evolution Hvac and Dennis! I as a property owner and a property manager have used this company for 3 1/2 years now and have never been let down. Over the past two months we have worked with Evolution Air on two grocery stores where we had significant issues with the HVAC equipment. They had nothing to do with the initial installations but were recommended by a colleague for their expertise in troubleshooting equipment and performing service work. The knowledge that this team brought to the job is amazing! Jason and his field tech Dale have gone above and beyond to help us through many issues and have provided concise reports, fabulous service and repairs. They have done everything from simple warranty change outs of components to detailed troubleshooting, working with the manufacturer for resolution of the bugs in the factory-supplied programming issues. My A/C abruptly went out in the middle of a very very hot summer Saturday afternoon in Las Vegas. While every other company was either unavailable or did not answer, Dennis at Evlution Air Conditioning, not only answered his phone but promptly made an appointment to fix my A/C. By early evening my air was fixed. He saved me a trip to a hotel for and an unnecessary additional expense. Dennis was very professional and personable. I would recommend him for anyones A/C, heating needs.
