Quoted one price, never notified of increase for extra parts and labor, only to find out car was ready for pick up and owed over $500 additionally...who does that? With a mechanic integrity is everything and trusting the quote is vital, sorry you lost both as a customer so Ill take my business elsewhere

I have a personal mechanic hes a good friend of mine and we do almost everything out of his garage. I was in a bind and I needed my bearings put in and taken out. They did me a solid and got my stuff done. Yeah it took sometime but its life. I think Ill have a forever mechanic if we can get it done in my buddys garage.

I take my vehicle here with any issue I have. Problems with my car are explained by the technicians so l can understand what is wrong. Very reasonable with great owner & friendly employees.

If I could give zero stars I would, this place had my car for about a week, when I would call to check on the status because after almost a week they didn’t bother to give any updates they gave me an estimate of $250 but when I show up 10 mins later they said the job took longer than expected so it was now gonna be $500 brought my car home next day had the same problem I feel completely ripped off. Don’t even want to bother going back so they can rip me off again, charge me another $90 for a diagnostic. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT COME HERE!

My experience with ICE radiator and muffler was a rather pleasurable experience..The owner is Exceptionally nice and courteous... I would recommend going here for any of your muffler needs whether its for a Flow Master and anything else...The work performed was very efficient... VERY PLEASED!!

Caused more damage to my vehicle by not connecting all the hoses back up my driveshaft broke off because they didnt reattach the bolts car still leaking oil and the radiator broke because they didnt tighten the bolts

The bottom line these guys are a top notch shop…. I was a bit skeptical at 1st Being no it wasnt a big name diesel shop and everybody knows how finnicky diesels can be . I was fortunate enough to find these guys on a referral from another friend. I basically took my 6.0 there had it tested and got a picked it up and took it to another shop that was a big name diesel shop in Temecula and it was the worst mistake of my life. About $500 and 4 weeks later I find myself right back at ice auto because the big name diesel shop had no clue what they were doing and just wanted to throw parts at it. In about 9 hours my truck was up and running better than Before. I was lucky enough to deal with the older in their diesel Tech Christian Both at great customer service and the vast knowledge base I have, and will continue to recommend these guys To all my buddies that have diesels because we all know how hard it is trying to to find that honest/good diesel Tech. Thanks Again

Took my vehicle in to have a/c looked at was charged 89.95 for diagnosis they only had vehicle for under 2 hours . We told them it blew cool but would shut off it may be the blend door..After picking it up was told it was possible door replacement needed it would be 784 dollars ..Judge for yourself..

As far as auto repair shops go, Ice Auto Repair is at the top. They work diligently to get you back on the road with fairness of the job done and the bill.

This place is fantastic, they had me in and out the same afternoon (I got there at about 3pm) They stayed after hours for me to come and pick it up. They do great work, and I dont just trust my car to anyone around here! haha

I had a horrible time I was getting a new radiator installed on my 99 honda accord Chris lost a customer he consisted on telling me that my engine had a blown head gasket I took it to honda they did a block dye test nothing wrong with my car it still runs beautiful after 200k miles on it
