Chris was genuine in his excitement for my business. He got to work immediately after our phone call. He called me back in a short amount of time with a quote that was better than my current policy. Whenever I need anything, I just email Chris, and he or someone from his staff will email me back within the day, if not the hour. They are friendly and kind, and have helped to meet all my insurance needs. I highly recommend them!

The best State Farm agent hands down. In this day and age of hit or miss customer service Chris Waterman exceeds expectations. My vehicle broke down on a very important camping trip with my daughter and Chris did not hesitate getting me a tow truck and a car so we could continue going to the campout. Would highly recommend to anyone.
