Fortunately I dont need to contact my insurance company very often but when I do this agency is very responsive. Because of the service Lorraine provided I was able to get a large refund I didnt even know I was eligible for. I normally shop for insurance every 2 years, but Im so happy with their service I wont shop now - even if I could save a little, its not worth taking a chance that I wouldnt get this kind of service!

I called Nathans office to ask a question regarding my policy. When he answered the phone he said, This is Nathan in a rude manner. Once I asked my question, he put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up the phone and called customer service and requested to be switched to a different Allstate office. I miss Terry Johnston!

Recently I received a quote for car insurance, and it was a lot more bang for my buck, then my current carrier.I’ve since added Home Owner Ins, and added my new car.I spoke to Karina, and she was so knowledgeable and was very tentative to all my needs. “ Great costumer service”I’m in good hands now....

Cancelled renewal several times in writing and over phone with three agents from this office, two within the month and the have been emailing and phoning that payment is overdue, what payment? I have no service with you. Very unorganized office. Same office that made a charge several days after payment was to be taken. When I phoned to confirm payment, they said it wasnt them. Only after I stopped payment, did another rep from this office say that the payment had been for my policy, wow. Had several other similar experiences and gery thankful I never had a claim. I cant imagine what it would be like dealing with this agency.

When I re- newed I had the rental amount taken off to save money. Then I called and spoke to someone different to have the rental amount added back on to the policy. I was not told at that time that the rental benefit reduced from $40 to $30 per day.Now I owe an additional amount.Richard

I am actually reviewing Luann, and employee at Nathan Giddings office. We have insured with Allstate through Nathan and before that with his father for YEARS, and a few of our family members have also used this agency. When we finally needed our insurance because of a rash of accidents and a fire, Allstate was there for us although probably not much easier to deal with than any other insurance at time of need. The paperwork, the emotions, the fear you are not used to can make it all that much harder. Every time I have a problem, I call Nathans office and in recent years I have spoken to Luann, both for issues with our claims and issues with my sister-in-laws claim, and Luann has gotten to the bottom of the problems on several occasions. I recommend Nathan Giddings office and then you can have Luann on your team too.

The customer service is outstanding. From the initial quote to account maintenance I always get the answers I need in a very timely manner. I recently locked my keys in my car and appreciated that they immediately picked up the phone and answered my policy questions as well as followed up with me after the incident to make sure I was treated well by the towing company. Many companies sell you a policy and disappear. This is not the case with Nathan Giddings agency and it is very comforting to know that in the unfortunate event that I need my policy, they will be there to support me through the process.
