Her manager Claudia was very helpful in getting me the best quote possible. This company is nothing less than awesome! Daniela and Claudia were very patient with me even after I came in close to closing time. Instead of turning me away they helped me to get the best possible insurance coverage to fit my budget and circumstances. The process was quicker than I expected and they explained things in the simplest way so that I was able to understand. Sometimes my comprehension isn’t so good, despite that these two were still able to help me understand my policy.

Went in to insure a second vehicle and had an unpleasant experience. They were very reluctant to answer my questions. I was persistent, and they got an attitude. It was all I could do to not get up and leave. I spoke to the same person both times. It wont happen again.

They charge for every little thing. Plus I was told my monthly would be $60 and I get my first bill and its $75. I was never told I would be charged $15 a month for a billing fee. When I went back I was told they couldnt do anything and I would have to pay broker fees again if I wanted a different policy. Bad service.
