Really enjoy having Katherine cut my hair. Excellent job, good conversation, laid back atmosphere. I like going in the afternoon and having a beer with my shave. Also really enjoy the hot razor shave finish on the back of my neck. She also has online booking so I can make sure she has an opening! I was down in Helena for a quick trip and needed a haircut. Katherine did outstanding cutting my hair. I would travel the 2.5 hours to Helena just to have her cut my hair again. This is the best cut I have had in a long time.

I have a standing appointment every other week with my 3 year old son. Katherine is so great to us. She is accommodating to everything my son needs including having some toys, candy and kids drinks. We always have a great experience and get amazing hair cuts. When I moved to Helena I shopped around barber shops until I found this one. Blue collar is my favorite by far. One of my favorite things is getting a strait razor shave. Katherine offers the most comfortable shave I’ve had yet. Overall Blue Collar is the best barber shop I’ve used.

I would definitely recommend Katherine and Blue Collar if you’re looking for a haircut. I was having a hard time finding a barber shop that had openings for a haircut on Saturday and when I went in to Blue Collar Barber shop Katherine was willing to stay past their normal closing time to get me in that day. She did a great job on the haircut and definitely went the extra mile by staying late and I definitely plan on going back for future haircuts.

Great place! Friendly. Ive always been offered a beverage. Katherine takes her time to make sure you are getting a great cut. She did a great job interacting with my 2 and 6 year old when she was cutting their hair and made them comfortable (no tears, crying, or screaming!). Highly recommended.

3yrs in helena looking for a decent haircut home where I can get a great cut everytime. I walked in so a little bit of a wait but the atmosphere was like no other Ive seen outside of an old school barbershop movie. This is a great little gem of a barber shop. Katherine has been my barber for close to a year and recently styled my wifes hair, and we have been very pleased with every visit! Cool little shop, quick and personal service, sooo much better than the chain shops.

I’m a Soldier who has a religious accommodation for a beard, so I need to keep it trimmed regularly and within military standards. I don’t trust anyone else except my barber Katherine Baldovin. She does a fabulous job and even already knows what I need and want before I sit in the chair. The conversion is always positive and up-lifting. Plus who doesn’t enjoy an ice cold beer while you get trimmed. Free Beer 4-6pm on Wednesdays.

Got a great haircut and beard trim never had such a great time at the barber. She did such an amazing job my beard has never looked so good . She even waxed my ears didn’t even hurt but looks great. Love this shop and will never go anywhere else again.
