Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was at the seat within 5 minutes. I needed an acrylic fill and manicure and showed the gentleman a photo. With the help of another guy, they were able to get all the colors I wanted with modifications. What’s crazy is this manicure was the same cost $55 as another place down the way and I got so much more here!!! I’ll just say you have a new regular customer and I’ll be back in a few weeks!

I had the best experience today I’m so happy with my nails. Harold was amazing so sweet and nice I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails and he nailed it. I will be coming to see him every 2 weeks. Also got a pedicure he took his time and I was so comfortable and relaxed ❤️

I’ve used this spa many times and have always been pleased but today I had David for the first time.That man has magical hands sent from god!He took time in cleaning and scrubbing my skin, removing all the callous, then gave me massage on my legs and feet that made me moan out and say “holy f*ck”.Quite the experience 😂Highly recommend you ask for him!

Hero is the best. I’ve been seeing him for a while and he does a great job and will go out of his way to make sure you’re happy with your nails. The shop is clean and friendly. I rarely have to wait long and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this salon and especially Hero.

I got a full set and it came out beautiful and perfect! Also got my eyebrows waxed here, they also did a fabulous job on that too.

I just love this nail and spa great customer service always friendly and professional. When I get a service done I feel like the person helping me loves what they do and cares. I go here at least twice a month for nails toes eyebrows lashes you name they can do it. Every person working here is great pick any chair and you will love the experience and the prices are reasonable!!!!!

After a most grueling work week, i went to Js Nail spa today and treated myself to a deluxe pedi. My technician was absolutely fabulous! Fast efficent, my nails are gorgeous. My feet feel soft supple. Im so relaxed..shout out to a wonderful accomedating staff. And a big grateful thanks my tech!!!❤

They are very professional!! I get a fill in and pedicure every 2 weeks and always holds up. If I do happen to break a nail or chip polish they always fix without hesitation. Highly recommend them.

I just cant bring myself to recommend this salon. They have barely anyone working, unorganized, messy, and quite frankly a waste of time and money. I have came here several times and there always is an issue; crooked, pressed the shellac around, misshapen. Just not worth it, $60 for the quality of dollar tree next door.

The one time I got my nails done they did not clean or cut my nails. They just stuck the nails on and did them… umm anywhere else I go they usually give you what you pay for not just for doing the nails.

I have only had full lashes done but each tech. is very courteous, professional and the shop is very beautiful and clean.

Each time I come here I am never disappointed!! Harold does an amazing job!!! 10/10 stars!!!!!

Asked for shellac on toes did not get it, then was charged for shellac and all staff gave attitude!

I got dipped nails and shellac polish on my toes. The Shellac and gel top coat is Chipping after a few days. One nail already broken and wentBack to get it replaced and it broke the next day . I went to this place because of The ratings but I will Never return. My services were 75$ andThey charged my card 96$ save yourself stress and find another place to get you’re nails done .

I love Jennifer, she’s had great professionalism. She doesn’t bully me when I don’t get my thumbs right for shellac. It’s always clean EVEN and perfectly shaped. The shop is very clean and welcoming. It’s in a great area for us lady’s. We can get nails done and then go run errands for the house.

I’m highly disappointed with my nails. I came in at 6pm today for an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure was great, that’s the only reason this is getting two stars. The man who did my nails rushed through them. The nails on my right hand are much longer than the ones on my left. Two of my nails on my left hand are very crooked and the middle one is very crooked with a blob of nail polish on the corner. I was charged $95. Now I have to make another appointment somewhere else and spend more money to get them re done.

I use to go here last year. I quit going because I wanted my nails round and yet every time they squared them off. I went here right after the opening of nail salons and had an 1 o’clock appointment and they did not take me until 2 o’clock. I decided to give them another try I had a 9:30 AM appointment When I arrived at 9:30 no one was there. I waited for five minutes and called the Dequindre shop I was told they had car trouble and we’re on their way. When they arrived they were in no hurry to get into the shop even though there were several customers waiting. Then it turned out that the person with the keys did not have the keys to the building and had to leave and go get keys at this point it was 9:50 and I had been waiting 20 minutes. I called another local shop and was able to do a walk in so I left and will not be back

Love this place! Service and job was phenomenal. Go get your brows done! It’s a MUST!Also, the wait is never too long. They take walk ins and usually take you within few minutes.Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

They were quick and polite. As soon as i came in I was asked what I needed. I wanted my brows done and I was instantly seen. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Nice place.

Worst pedicure of my life. I guess I should have noted the 2 star rating. The polish was all up my toes but failed to cover my actual nail. I asked for them to be cut short and round. They were uneven and ragged. No one working could or would do anything to try to fix it. So dissatisfied. Can I rate 0 stars?

Got a pedicure today, service was spectacular and very comfortable atmosphere! Highly recommend...especially now with new management, be sure to ask for Jen, she’s great!!!

It is unfortunate that I have gone to this nail salon for years and purchased a gift certificate for a relative for Fathers Day. He decided not to use it and returned it to me after the expiration date.I went in today and was told that in spite of all my years of going there as well as waiting for a specific eyebrow technician that I could not get the full value of the gift certificate. I was told that I would be given half. That is a true customer service. I will inform my relatives and friends of this dis-service.

This shop is completely awful. The have a severely limited variety of polish, changed the nail polish color I chose without asking, and the shellac on my nails has bubbles in it. I would not suggest this place to anybody.
