So i went and got a full set acrylic with shellac, customer service wasn’t horrible but definitely wasnt the best. i paid 56 dollars for my nails just for them to almost be falling off 3 days later....the dude got annoyed with me because i was telling him i have knowledge with nails and he was trying to push gel onto me and i knew it wasn’t real gel (real gel isnt powder) ... so i feel like that’s part of why my nails are sloppy...not worth it for their prices..

So the picture on the left is the 1st go around. They f d up badly I had been there 2 1/2 hrs Then they didnt want to redo tgem. Finally got them done after having to leave and come back 2nd bad experience

First I went with another girlfriend. I actually watched them use all the same equipment on us both without cleaning. My nails are horrible cuticles painted on. Overall just bad, not clean or welcoming thumbs down wont be back

This place is good. Not horrible and not the best. You can usually walk in with a minor wait. The people who give them a bad rating are usually ignorant themselves or are over the top in demands, especially because pricing is so fair and cheap. In my eyes you get what you pay for. Every time I am here there is a crazy customer or just plain trash causing a ruckus, i totally understand why they are short with some. I cant blame them! Again you get what you pay for... In Novi its almost double the price for pretty much the same quality! I cannot complain and now that I live on this side of town they are convenient .

The customer service can use a tune up. They don’t have a sign in book which causes huge confusion when the salon is crowded and they can’t keep track of who arrived first.After visiting this salon countless times and witnessing the confusion this has caused other customers and myself, it seems apparent their customer service is secondary to them trying to fairly accommodate their customers.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years. They have always been professional and provide top notch service. Ive read some pretty negative reviews and can honestly say I have never experienced anything close to what I have read. I will trust no other place to work on my nails.

My wife brought our daughter in to get her nails done and they made her cry. They continued to make her feel uncomfortable and had no remorse or sympathy for my daughter. I will never let my kid come back in there, very unprofessional. I am considering buying this horrible business to turn it around and get some respectable employees. Place should shut down! ZERO STARS IF I COULD

If I could give ZERO or MINUS rating I would. Theyre scam artists, telling you what itll cost one time then changing it up once theyre almost done with your nails. Not to mention theyre rough, and do horrible work. DONT waste your money here.

They are extremely racist and rude. The customer service is horrible. Its only one girl that does nails well but she only comes on Saturday. I went a few times in hopes of things changing but it didnt at all. They talk nasty and rude about you in their language. Its just horrible the worse salon ever the short lady is horrible at pedicures she did my feet and it felt like nothing happened.

Absolutely horrible experience, I went and got a fill in, my eyebrows done and my daughters nails done. First the lady was absolutely rude. Second she messed up my eyebrows, mine and my daughters nails look like a child did them. Never again!! I definitely recommend k nails.

Bad job. Where do I start? Got shilac that only lasted one day not even, they became chipped and one nail completely came off. The manicure nail clippers came out of an unsanitary box with OTHER PEOPLES fininger nails. There was nail dust everywhere. And then my mom said the lady didnt fully clean the tool that was used on her feet, she rinsed it and put it back in the supply holder. The lady was also eating while doing a pedi, she even ate the food off the floor. The nail techs are not clean and they wont even talk to you while your getting your nails done. Id rate zero if I could. It was a Sunday and we were rhe first ones there. Never again. Not worth the money.
