These people are wonderful. All of them. The shop is clean. The prices are reasonable. They do a great job with gel/acrylic, and shellac.The only thing I wish is that more employees knew how to do nail art. I would pay for it and get it more often, but there isnt always someone available to do it.*Update: I ended up getting some nail art done and VERY satisfied!

Overpriced!!!! I received a full / short/clear, just to see if they are price gouging and sure enough my was set 40$ !!!! Emily was 35 mins late and added her own tip in ....so also be careful of that cause I notice they do it to everyone. The first time she charged 20$ for shellac and then this time a totally different price. Prices always changing, the young guy that works there, both times I’ve been, he was arguing with older women. Never again!!!!!!

I rarely get my nails done, so keep that in mind when reading. Before he put any acrylic on, I told him my nails are naturally crooked and I want them straight. He cut my pinky cutical with the drill and it started bleeding. He apologized right away and sanitized it. I still feel like my ring finger is crooked, even after I spoke up about it, as soon as he started filing/ shaping. So it wasnt like I criticized the work that was done, I spoke up before he started. The salon was messy, which he brought up, and said it was because of the Halloween rush. They charged me $25 for this full set with regular polish, and I tipped only $1 because of my cut pinky. On the phone when I called ahead, they said they charge $20 for short, $25 for medium, and $30 for long length. I personally feel like these are short, but thats all open to interpretation, which I personally feel is a way they can upcharge based on an opinion. Their price list, in the salon says a full set is $20. All in all, I wouldnt necessarily recommend this place, but Im probably coming back. Its worth noting that their customer service is good and I think theyre painted well.

This was my very first time going to this nail salon. I love my nails and the salon was clean. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the customers in there were extremely ghetto. There were women being playful with the nail tech while I was getting my nails polished. The customer even went as far as grabbing the nail tech neck. I was a little annoyed by that. Then there was this lady talking extremely loud on her phone with the conversation on speaker. They had an okay selection of the shellac pallet of colors. I got there at 10:30am I walked out the door at 1:07pm. Overall I’m satisfied with my nails, I just hate the area.

They do a pretty good job. They’re very fast and have a nice selection of colors. I’ve been going there off an on for years but I likely won’t be returning due to how they handle the order in which customers are assisted. They open at 10am on Saturday and I, on multiple occasions, have stood outside 30+ plus minutes early, only to be bombarded by other clients who claimed to have been waiting in their cars earlier than that. I took the initiative to stand outside so that I could be first in line. There are other businesses in the strip mall so I have zero idea who was in their car first, nor should it be my responsibility to keep track of this. This triggered these other customers to start multiple verbal altercations after I simply pointed out the fact that I’d been standing in line first and the staff/management says that they don’t go by who was in line first, and it’s up to us to sort that out. I should state that I wouldn’t be so concerned with being first, if the next nail tech didn’t arrive 30 minutes later, while 10 more customers have been added to the queue. This just isn’t a great way to handle business in my opinion, but I do hope they find a better way to sort this out. Aside from that, my visits were pretty enjoyable there, but this was just too much and it happened more than once. I have no intention on starting out my Saturday with someone trying to start an argument about how they should be first when I stood in line first, on multiple occasions in damn near blizzard conditions. This is a very uncomfortable situation to be put in, and I don’t appreciate that. Pretty unfortunate, but I likely won’t be returning due to this. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, and shouldn’t start out with having to diffuse an argument.

I came at 10:15 a.m today with a friend of mine and watched numerous people be called before me. They have you sign a list....never picked the list up. Blatantly called up a girl that came in after us. The girl says they were here first. She still has her come up. We walked out. Very unprofessional. Not coming here again and wouldnt recommend anyone come either.

Ive been looking for a new nail salon and I think Ive found it. People were very friendly. Good conversation with ladies waiting to get our nails done. I enjoy my time their. Ill definitely visit again. Thank you. 💅

This is my first time trying to visit however they discriminate between men and women for pedicures I strongly feel they are price gouging the owner said they were charging more because of covid-19 I think this is totally unreasonable and unfair since they probably will receive federal assistance for covid-19 also there are only accepting cash no debit or credit card so that they dont have to keep an accurate record of the cash they are taking in!!!

I just got my nails done 3 or 4 days ago and havent even done dishes but they insist my shellac is turning this color because Ive been touching some chemical! And refuse to fix it or refund me. I dont suggest it, not to mention customer service was mediocre at best.

Other than taking people over you when youve been waiting longer...its a nice place to receive services. The 3 sisters work very well together. Van is very sweet and does excellent work.

The best nail shop in Metro Detroit. HANDS DOWN!!! Its owned by a wonderful husband and wife who really get to know their clients. Their siblings and other family members work there as well so its a great family business with great service!!

I tried this place a few years ago and I dont know why I didnt go back. But today I did and Chole was amazing. I will be seeing her in a week and a half.

Used to love this place until I got ripped off. I have always wanted to try gel nails but ended up with acrylics. I got charged for gel and I dont know why she even asked me gel or acrylic. They usually do a good job but I am so unhappy. They dont even look natural like they usually do.

Emily decided I was not worth listening to as a customer and I REPEATEDLY tried to stop her and redirect her when doing my nails because I wasnt happy with the job she was doing.So, when I said I do not like these, theyre not what I asked for and Ive been saying that.She said I wasted her time, still have to pay for my nails, and an additional soak off. Then decided to storm around and tell me I deserve to be treated badly. Mind you, she is YELLING at me, the customer, who is not even screaming at her, & did not think to apologize for MY INCONVENIENCE! It was a trip. I wouldnt recommend the service or the work at all!

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!! They were so rude. And even failed to complete the task that I requested. In fact they did the opposite of what I reqtuested. And then told me that its my fault that they misunderstood. In fact there was just one employee that was apologetic and really tried to fix my nails. However I will not recommend coming to this salon, EVER!

Worst in the world dont get your lashes done there the lady will just cram glue all over your eye and youll look like a clown. Dont ask for a refund because they wont give it too you because of my he five minutes it takes to put them on and her fixing them is just throwing more glue on glue. They dont know how to do nail art and badly shapes well. I miss the folks that was there years ago these people Im not gonna waist my time or money on them I suggest you do the same

TERRIBLE! Went there to get my eyebrows done signed in and everything about 15 minutes later another lady came in for the same thing she got up talked to a worker and shortly after the worker took her straight back to do her eyebrows.... I was HIGHLY upset took my business elsewhere and will NOT return!
