I called Eddie 2 weeks straight and promised to bring my car to be diagnosed and I never showed up. Finally my wife takes the car to him and drops it off, Eddie called me back 2hrs later and advised me that i needed a new converter. He. He also provided proof of my damaged converter. I received my car back the same day with a nice warranty!! Its worth the drive!!

Mr. Rayborn handled my exhaust system expertly. I was going to try and handle the repair myself, since I do welding for a hobby. But since I dont do it everyday in the specialty that is automotive exhaust, I sought out Brownies Muffler Service, especially since I live nearby. I was not disappointed. Highly recommend. If I could, I would give 10 STARS. Very professional.

Overcharged me and tried to force me to pay for their parts. They took off my tires, told me I had to replace one drum and the rear brakes. I said OK. Then they come back a half hour later and say that the other drum that they said was good and the front brakes that they originally said was good needed to be replaced. Then tried to charge me $80 for a $40 part!

After YEARS if doing business here for some reason theres been a change. My wife went to Brownies on a Monday and was QUOTED ONE PRICE and Tuesday when she returned to get the work done the QUOTE was no good. Written quotes were never given the price given was the price paid, what has changed? After some many years has the word of Brownies gone from being GOLDEN to being like Flint water. This is EXTREMELY disappointing and it seems that instead of Brownies being a cut above the rest theyve fallen to less than the rest.SORRY TO HAVE TO SAY GOOD-BYE!Hiram McGee
