The owner was super friendly With the very helpful attitude! Everybody that works there was very professional! The work he did to replace my front driver side fender was amazing and thank you for all of your help! I know we had tons of choices today in this day and age but this body shop went above and beyod!

I brought my car to the shop prior to turning my lease in. The owner was very helpful and knew exactly what needed to get fixed prior to turning the car in. I was paying cash for the repair and Chrysler Capital estimated the damages at $4,000. Alton auto body was able to do the same repairs for just $1,500. When I turned the vehicle in there was know issues and I did not have to pay any additional fees.

Great experience! Not only did they do a great job on my car, they went above and beyond. I got picked up from the crash site and vehicle was towed straight to there location and was serviced immediately. Highly recommend!!

My most unfortunate encounter with the owner of this business is that he is a liar, thief and a self-serving pariah who took complete advantage of a single woman needing help. He stole insurance money from me, held my car hostage. Not only did he ask for my social security number illegally, gave me the worst death trap of a loaner car and illegally take my insurance claim check, once he had the car and did nothing, I had to call the police twice, to eventually force him to return my car.. It is 10 months later and after having to procure an attorney, he stated he may reimburse part of the money he stole. It is truly unbelievable that this man, who so clearly had no regard or respect for a “white” women has done nothing but lie, since taking my money. He’s a crook, a thief and a liar. I have no respect for a business or person who can do what he did and is still doing.
