Logan was extremely helpful and professional. I was greeted within 1 minute of entering the store, and received 5 star service from the first hello. Lots to choose from, so it helped that Logan knew details about the products to help me make an informed decision. And was very thorough in every step of the process. They are no longer a corporate store. I found out the hard way when I went in to purchase 3 new phones. We spent 6.5 hours waiting for an issue to be fixed. Only to end up with one new phone and a getting my current number shut off and given a temporary number, until the problem was fixed. After 2 weeks and several calls to Verizon, I finally got my old number back. Then to only realize that I missed 2 weeks of messages, some important. So now, one month later and third attempt to purchase the other 2 phones, I am crossing my fingers that they will arrive tomorrow. Its been a long, rough road!

Service was great but the salesman screwed up with the number he allocated to my simcard. Took me 3 days to correct the issue and be able to use my cellphone

Great experience in store. Unlike every time I go into a Verizon store I never felt like I was getting ripped off. I was assisted by a sales rep named Sudden who was completely transparent about pros, cons, and costs and worked with me to find a cost efficient phone that fit my specific needs!

I went to this location this past Friday to switch from Sprint to Verizon. We had tried our Pratt store and they said it couldnt be done. Since my daughter attends FHSU, her grandma and I drove to Hays to their location. The person that helped us was Kenneth Wells and he was absolutely awesome! We had the best experience. He was very patient with me when I couldnt remember some passwords. He told us he could take care of switching us over and sending our phones back to Sprint. He explained how to use our new phones and was just the nicest guy. It took a long time to back up and switch over 3 separate lines, but he never acted bothered. Kenneth was always patient, kind, and so professional. We truly appreciate all of his help! Verizon is so much better than Sprint and Kenneth is extremely knowledgeable with absolutely everything. Thank you Kenneth!!

Shelly is the best. I was frustrated when I came in since my previous cellular provider has no service in the area. Shelly worked through multiple options with me and literally worked with me 4 to 5 hours to help me selecting the phone, plan, and resolve the issue with my network provider. You will definitely like to work with her and get the best services here!

I went in today with way too many problems for one person to have to deal with and had great service! Miles was a great help! He helped me fix the problems on my phone and showed me how to do it so that if the problem were to happen again I would know how to handle it! He even gave me options in case I wanted an entirely new phone! He was then very thorough in making sure I could reach him again if I had any other problems and said he would follow up with me when my phone is ready for an upgrade. Miles and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and got what I needed! I was at the Verizon Store in Hays KS. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was immediate and very prompt. Shelly helped me with upgrading my phone, placing an insurance claim on my old phone. The service she provided was excellent, thorough and she answered all my questions with a smile. I highly recommend that store and please ask for Shelly.

Since it is no longer a corporate store they do not accept Verizon gift cards. They put a screen protector on my phone (which was $55) and it fell off my phone and broke. I didnt drop my phone, it just fell off. They said it wasnt there problem but they would be happy to sell me another one.Dont trust them, they are just after the commission.

They are very limited in what they have and is just a glorified location for online shopping. They cant ever answer my question about the problems with my phone. Last time I was in they wouldnt help with my bill payment of cash the only except credit and debit.

I stopped in because my phone decided to no longer work. Shelly was super helpful and knowledgeable regarding phone options. She worked hard to find the phone that worked best for me. She also answered a bunch of general questions I had regarding our account. Thank you!

Lied to me about the quality of my battery. And they acted like a shatter resistant screen was something more special than a plastic screen that will scratch from your fingernail. If you dont get a screen protector to prevent scratches on your poor quality product then they wont take it back if you scratch it which is way easier on a plastic screen, and they wont warn you about it. As a salesman my company doesnt allow poor quality products to be sold and Verizon does and then dresses it up like its quality.
