Was recently switched to a new email service and NT did not configure it properly and we were unable to send attachments for a week for my business. Nex-Tech has been wonderful to work with! The staff at Nex-Tech has been very responsive to our needs. I have always enjoyed the interactions with the providers, from salesman to technicians. Since July I have asked for several quotes for needed equipment and services. Nex-Tech has been quick to provide these, as well as, very patient while we made decisions. I truly appreciate their involvement in helping Hays Area Childrens Center.

I needed to set up internet for my business. My request was handled quickly and efficiently. I was busy moving and trying to set up a new office so it was nice to know my internet was set up without any problems and I didnt have to devote my time waiting for that to happen.

Logan County has always had very good service from Nex-Tech.They are very efficient and when they say they will call you back, they ALWAYS do! Would highly recommend.

If I could good give them 0 stars I would. We have had so many issues with their internet services. The first problem that we had encountered was when we had first got set up with them. They had sent out the welcome email to the right email address, but the bills had been being sent to a different email that didnt even exist. Then we had set up automatic pay and had thought it had worked cause we hadnt received anything via email, mail, or phone call with them. Then apparently it was not working so our bill hadnt been paid for 2 months. So then when we moved we had been in contact with a lady several times and each time we had called she had never mentioned on our account that we had anything due or that our account was suspended. They lack communication skills very badly. Then we recently called back because our wifi had stopped working and thats when they proceeded to tell us that our account had been suspended and that our bill hadnt been paid because they said that auto payments were turned off which we had not done. We still once again received nothing via email, call, or mail. So my advice to anyone that is looking into Nex-Tech, dont waste your time or money since all they do is rip you off.

I loved our interactions with the Nex-tech staff for our security and internet service. They have been help in designing and troubleshooting the project and making sure everything is correct and working. They provided us excellent customer service in every time we communicated. Highly recommend that security and internet service.
