Could be 5 stars if it were not for the constant internet service interuptions that I experience at least once every day and as many as 3 times per day lasting anywhere from 5 minutes up to 30.

First, they should make this possible to leave a review without a gmail account, but I just simply had to make one and brag to you guys about one of your employees I believe my father said his name is Ashton or Austin he was really not sure, nonetheless he helped my dad get all of his TVs working this past week. He is very old and can get confused with technology so I know it was not an easy feat. Not only that but my father called me afterwards just to tell me that I did not need to drive out there and try and fix them myself and that the man who helped him was patient and friendly as ever. Him and I could not be more thankful.

Disappointed with high prices and the same programming on every week and paying for numerous school channels. Depending on where you live as to what bundle you can get.
Owed $70 on my acct, but instead of giving me a call they disconnected service. Then when I call to make the payment n I have to pay almost $300 in reconnect fee, installation fee, n everything else. That is ridiculous. Ann is the rudest most unaware money hungry female there. We will b taking our services elsewhere after all this! If u value the money u wrk so hard for, dnt go here!

Called today to modify my plan, not to cancel, just modify. We have had the service for 1.5 years and were unhappy with the cable package and just wanted to have internet. They are unwilling to make changes to benefit their customer because of a contract, but they are willing to void the contract if you want to add services. They have no problem of modifying and increasing the rates on the contracts to every customer earlier this year though. Very shady and do not care about their clients, just their bottom line. Severely disappointed...
This is the worst customer service and tech support Ive dealt with. My restaurant has been without internet of two days. I have lost hundreds of dollars and continue to be told a technician will be out to look at it. My customers are posting rude comments about my business because I cant give them the service they are expecting. I cant accept debt or credit cards, communicate with my corporate office, or take online orders. This type of service is unacceptable.
