The staff here are all abundantly pleasant❗ by far the best pedicure Ive ever gotten in my 32 years of life. Her attention to detail was impressive❗ she took her time and made sure all of my concerns were addressed ❗I left out with a new pair of feet 🐾 this will be my permanent salon moving forward. Its worth the 30 minute drive from my house ❤️

Worse place ever. I got charged $60 for a set of nails. My daughter was very unhappy with outcome. Never going back.Even though we show her the design she did a completely different thing- done by the owner.

I had a spa pedicure, which was fantastic! The woman, Jenny, I think, took her time and made sure I liked the polish I picked. Sanitary, covid-19 compliant. They also had individually wrapped tools..another plus. Highly recommend!

Attention to detail, pleasant staff, and they do not rush you out the door as some places tend to. I have been going here for almost a year now and have not had a bad experience.

Staff is nice. Very surprised when getting my gel pedicure, my nails got polished and then my feet were placed in the water. Bit confused and I saw a baby roach on the wall while I was there. Not a very clean and inviting environment

I have been to a lot of nail salons and this one is by far the best. The staff is lovely and welcoming and the services are outstanding. I get a regular manicure and it lasts a full week.

I Love this nail salon. The owner is super friendly the staff pays attention to detail and are very friendly as well. The massage you get with your mani is quick but effective and is a nice treat. The salon is clean well set up and everyone works together to get you out the door without making you feel like you missed the peace and calm of the experience. I only wish they had a website!

Clean, nice and comfortable to get what is wanted. Had my nails done here for some time. Their skills are trustworthy as well as their professionalism.

The ladies are always accommodating, friendly & polite. They always do a beautiful job while taking the time that nails require, but moving along. I have been going to them since moving to town & after being very unhappy at another salon in Waldwick. I recommend CK Crystal Nail 100%.

This is by far the best nail salon Ive ever been to. I always leave with a smile. The staff is wonderful and funny! There not too pricey and there pedis are so relaxing. I truly wish this nail salon the best of luck!

The only plus side to this salon is the price and how nice the staff is. As far as them having knowledge about what they are doing that is a sure 0. I should asked for the womans name, but I didnt. It took her an hour and a half to put acrylic nails on me. Whats worse is that the nails werent even even with the other ones . I looked like Edward Scissorhands walking out of their. I had to point out on several occasions that she didnt get the nail fully with polish, one nail is clearly longer than the others, she left glitter all over my hand, and as far as the drying of the nails go, that took an additional 30 minutes because she put me next to a fan blowing cold air on me rather than a heating station. I needed something quick and cheep for the holidays and Im a college student on a budget so I overlooked everything. But from the moment I sat down I knew this wasnt going to be a good experience. As for the other services, I cant say because. I havent had them done on myself, but dont come here if youre looking to get acrylic nails.

This is the best place around. You are treated well. They make sure your nails look good.

I recently moved back to Hawthorne and tried several salons, that were either too expensive or didnt do a good job. C K Crystal Nail is reasonably priced, clean and they do good work. I recommend them!

I loved this place ... The people are nice, I am actually a regular there I go there once a month because my nails grow slow but i did a full acrylic set & I have never had a problem until this time ... I had to do my nails 3 TIMES IN THE MATTER OF 3 weeks !!!!! my nails were slipping off like nothing....anything I did they fell off one by one . Im so upset because I love this place but Im going to have to go else where :( the one good thing that I can say about this whole situation is that they were very apologetic & did my first nail that I broke 4 no cost @ all !!!!

I moved to Hawthorne about 2 years ago. I have been unsuccessful with finding a new nail salon in the area. Either they use cheap product or the work is awful. As a result I have been driving 45 mins to my old spot. I was in a rush and didnt have the time to take the far drive. I decided to give this salon a second chance. I was soooo pleased! Great product, great pice, great staff and very clean. I had tried this salon when I fist moved to the area but was not happy with the work. Seems they are under new management now. Definitely a new owner. Nonetheless this is now my new permanent spot! I urge you to try it. The owner is wonderful!

Horrible .. the service was horrible she was rushing and i was there for 2 hours.. it wad onlt a fill in. all my nails are different sizes and lumpy they are horrible . Never recommend getting acrylic nails. If i could post a picture to show everyone you wouldnt want to go there. I cant get over how horrible they look.
