I tried looking pass the overall look of the place. Outside & back looked run down and dirty.. graffiti everywhere then in top of all that.. the worker was rude! I came when the shop first opened at 9am. I arrived at 8:45a. I watched this woman open & prepare the shop.. the sign on the door stated walk-ins welcomed. I respectfully waited until 9:01 to enter in even though she opened the doors at 8:55am. I walked up & received no greeting, no welcoming! This woman just said Whatchu want?! All the while looking at me crazy & then turning her back while proceeding to put her towels in the washer machine as if she was too busy to speak. No smiles, no eye contact other than the 1st crazy glance at me while I was walking up with with my husband.. (we were both wearing t-shirts, shorts & slip on sandals.. so Im sure she couldnt have the thought we meant her any harm.). I asked if they were taking walk-ins. She said No, come back in 30 mins! Then I saw another 2 ladies pull up after we got got back to our car. It looks like she had a previous commitment.. BUT JUST SAY THAT. Be transparent.. not s forever! neaking and belting out a response. Good

Me and my daughter love this place, they do an amazing job. First time getting nails done since coveid, they take all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe!

Dont bother with this place. A full set of nails will NOT stay on longer than a few days. They are horrible at eyebrows. Went in today today to get my brows done. The eyebrow lady hardly even clean them up. They look worse than before. I still have wax on my face! She didnt even properly clean off the wax. She was lazy and rude. When I told her could she re-do them, she said no and walked away. Shes the one with the terrible reddish-brown bob hair. Extremely unprofessional.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON. They Used MMA On My Nails (Product Used To Bond Dentures, Veneers Etc) Instead Of EMA... If You Dont Know What That Is Please Research, It Is Extremely Damaging and Harmful And Can Cause Nail And Even Finger Loss...

I really like this place. I go with my sister all the time. Honestly the workers (mostly the guys) are kind and really do address your concerns. It is a bit unsanitary but the nails really turn out great. I just went today and had a great experience.

I had an awesome experience! I went on a Tuesday around 2:15/30pm and had no wait. The nail artist, Coo (i guess thats how u spell it), did an awesome job on my nails and he was very nice and professional. The shop was clean, spacious, and quiet. Quality nail shop.

I have gone to this nail salon twice. The first time I received a full set of acrylic nails. The 2nd time was for a fill of the same set of nails and I got whats known as the greenies. I have not returned

These people have the worst customer service! It was my third time here and the owner was telling me not to come back because I told her I did not like the shape she did on MY nails. I tried being polite but she told me to go somewhere else because I complained! They are racist and I will never go there! I asked for crystals and they told me they fall off easy! It’s my hands my choice why are you refusing to put them on! It’s should not be an option if you’re going to recommend people not to do it! Terrible! I give it ZERO STARS!

Poor customer service. She didn’t even let me know she was done and where to pay. She just went to the back and didn’t come back. I had to ask someone else where to pay. She rushed through and had to be asked multiple times to even out my nails. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I would not recommend this location to anyone they make you wait hours for poor service. I am very dissatisfied with this salon the service here is not satisfactory I’ve come to this salon location on a few occasions and gotten just my nails painted I decided to get Mani and pedi there on two occasions and both times I was disappointed the first time I got a pedicure there the lady cut right in my toe causing me to bleed slightly I did not make a fuss because I thought she was just trying to help out with a ingrown but it was poor training.2nd I expressed That I did not receive a full service and I didn’t ask for my money back or anything I was letting her know that her employee did not give me the full service and So just so I can continue supporting my neighborhood nail salon I return to This location for a last time hoping they could redeem themselves with better customer service and give them another chance and they refuse service to me Due to me saying their employee did not give me a full service

Ill give them a 4 star for being friendly and good customer service but the lady who did my pedi kind of rushed through it a bit too fast.

Ive been here twice, and both times warrant a 1 star review. I am convinced that these nail ladies dont actually know what theyre doing.The first time, my mom and I were getting gel nail polish put on for a wedding. We wanted the same sparkly color as our outfits were similar, and we had the same manicurist. The manicurist had convinced my mom that she needed an undercoat under the sparkles to bring out the color, instead of just painting multiple layers of sparkles. Needless to say, my sparkly nails were much better looking than my moms, since I had refused the unnecessary undercoat.The second time my pedicurist was removing the dead skin from my cuticles (as is usual) and she just didnt know when to stop. She literally dug under my big toenail, causing the entire nail to lift a few days later when I was playing volleyball.Never returning to this nail salon again.

I went in based on the reviews. I did ignore the reviewer that said that she got cut three times. Well you know what I also got cut three times with the trimmer at the front of three different toes. I hope the trimmer is sanitized. I pointed it out to the person but she didnt seem to know how to respond to it. I said maybe it was the way she was using the trimmer. I had gotten hundreds of pedi mostly on the east coast and have never gotten cut three times in one pedi. She also used the Dremel buffer on my nail even though I didnt have gel on my nail before, and it hurt one of my toe nails. On the east coast they dont seem to do that maybe that is a LA thing.
