I have been avoiding the dentist for several years and have several things needed to be done to the point that is was overwhelming. This place got me right in on a Saturday and had a different vibe than any other office I have ever been. Very nice front desk, very gentle xray tech and SUPER nice doctors and assistants. They made me feel more comfortable than ever and I could tell they really cared. I wont avoid the dentist now that I found this place. Affordable and lots of different options for all different circumstances. I usually dont leave reviews but I really thought this place deserved a good one.

This company is a joke. They put in a crown for me less than two years ago and it cracked. I came back for an exam and they told me it would be no charge until after it was performed, then suddenly it changed to $130. The copleare company and the individual locations are not organized and don’t take responsibility for the others actions. Someone who answers the phone works at a call center and apparently whatever they tell you doesn’t matter so they fee they have the right to screw you and rip you off. I will never let these people near my teeth again.

Their lack of protocol and questionable practices during after oral surgery put my sister in the hospital with a staph infection.Update: the surgeon who drained my sister’s infection informed her that one of the procedures they did (bone graft) wasn’t even necessary.

Love the dentist doctor attitude & professional conduct, the staff are very nice, this office do try to get you in & out in a fair & reasonable frame depending on the type of services required, I did have a little problem with the fitting of some dental work that I had done, but was corrected with another offer to correct the problem with no hesitation, this will be my dentist for my dentist services.

They are very friendly, will explain until you have a good understanding of whats going to be done. I like that, Daniel was great at explaining.👍

The check in and x-rays were a bit time consuming but I was a new patient. My first and last names were incorrect but quickly resolved.The Dentist was amazing. Love her. Ill be back to finish her recommended services in March 2021. After ten years plus of not having any dental cleanings without a single cavity took all my anxiety away. Im looking forward for many years of service with this group.

My whole experience was great. It all started with Daniel, the X-Ray Technician. He was very understanding of my dentist fear, taking his time to explain the process, as well as listening intently to my teeth issues. He also made sure I was comfortable throughout, checking on me in between x-rays just in case there was any discomfort. He even helped me to the waiting room, making sure I was situated before he left. His sweet, calm demeanor was really refreshing and help calm my dentist anxiety. I am truly thankful for him.Next person I saw was my dentist, Dr. Iman Sadri. This amazing doctor got right to work, inspecting my teeth and letting me know what needed to be done. Not only was he nice, he was really gentle with my teeth instead of picking and prodding them like some dentists Ive seen. Once he was finished, he talked in detail of the various procedures I have to choose from, showing me visible props as well as answering any questions I have. What I like the most is that he wasnt trying to oversell me. Hes only working on the procedures that is needed. He was engaging, funny, and put me at ease.The Care Coordinator, Tiffany, was beyond amazing. While assisting Dr. Sadri, she was engaging and extremely nice, making sure I understood the process. After the initial consultation, she explained in length each procedure, answered any questions that I may have forgotten to ask the dentist, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was taken care of before I left. She was very professional, patient, and exceptionally sweet.The last person I saw was Jose, the Floor Supervisor. Though our encounter was brief, he was super nice and extremely patient. He walked me through the teeth molding process, which was quick. Once that was done, he answered any questions I had and help me get situated to leave.I will also add that even though the place was closing for the day, I never felt rushed. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. I look forward to my next visit.

So I was exploring western dental as a prospect to for a dental work I needed to get done and I would run full speed away from this one if I could, I went in for X-rays and Exams and they called every single patient in before me. I over heard a customer saying she had an appointment at 10 but mines was set for 9:30 and when she got called in before me I asked the receptionist when I am I going to be seen he said “ you’re next” and proceeded to call 5 more patients before me. They literally do not take you at your appointment time and the staff doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. I hope this helps you avoid the experience I had

Very unprofessional!! If you can find a better office to get your treatment done, I suggest that you please do so! Betty in the front desk is so rude and lacks of unprofessionalism, it is very ridiculous that she claims to be the manager of this place, when she doesn’t has any type of education or manners to talk to the patients. I’ve wish I would’ve have avoided this place since day one! She is the main reason why a lot of people run from this places, her attitude towards everyone that walks in this place is incredible, this girl acts she owns this place!! It’s unbelievable how someone like this can have a title of “Manager”They claim to care of each and one of there patients but they don’t!! Please please please stay away from this place, it’s a waist of your time! I have filed multiple complaints and they haven’t done anything to fix this issues. I have contacted OSHA.

Poor service long wait time and non compassionate to patients! Not to mention they loose items that were needed to complete the services😢 my appointment was at 11:30 got in early seated in chair at 11:30 it’s now 12:52 and I’m still here sitting and no one has bothered to say anything to me!

All Drs are friendly the only thing I dont like is that when you enter you stay the staff in the front desk ignore you, they dont even say hi or say anything at all. They keep you waiting like 5 mins there and then tells you ;yes how can we help you? . On the orthodontics office I cant complain all staff are friendly and they do greet you as soon as they see you.

Dr. Shaw is a excellent dentist who provides exceptional care.

My experience today at the dentist was amazing. The environment in the office was welcoming and friendly. Normally I hate going to the dentist but in this experience I have to give a special thanks to Brenda. Brenda made me forget I was at the dentist and made my visit feel less scary. She made great conversation with me and helped make my x-ray process very comfortable. Thank you! Definitely will come back soon.

Hey today I went to western dental and The staff were wonderful they were on time and quick I didn’t have to wait long really clean office fun and friendly. Brenda was wonderful she serviced me and was great. Wonderful personality good conversation and a people person I’ll be coming back more often.

They are the worst they lied took my money and won’t give me a refund and I have had no work done and I paid 600 in advance for a deep cleaning I will have to take them to small claims courts for stress and fraud

I had an appointment today for my child to get services. Waited 2 hrs 15 mins for service that we didnt get b/c either they over booked, get paid for what they call cancellations, and/or were taking late appointments before on time appts. Either way, I asked to reschedule, so I could return to work. As I leave, I get an e-mail that reads as if I missed my appointment. NO WESTERN DENTAL, I DID NOT MISS MY APPOINTMENT. WE WAITED IN YOUR LOBBY FOR OVER 2 HOURS, while I was told it would be another 15 mins, there was 1 person ahead of me. In actuality, 3 people that showed up after we did went ahead of us. Your service needs an overhaul.I listened to the guy at the reception area speaking to patients like they worked for him. I witnessed all three of the people at the front desk talking about patients. (Um...can anyone say HIPAA?)When I asked to reschedule, I was asked if I wanted to see a child dentist. WHAT? You mean I sat there all that time only to be told that if my child had a cavity, the dentist on duty could only get x-rays and a cleaning? I would have to reschedule to see a dentist that specializes in children? Thats a pretty pertinent question to ask when scheduling the appointment FOR A CHILD (rather in person, online or over the phone.) Completely throughs off my schedule and an utter waste of the 1 resource I cant recover, TIME!Lastly, if you are a parent that is going in with a minor, I was told that I would have to pay $10 for a smock. Meanwhile, I observed a woman walk in & out the office from the orthodontist office in the adjoining suite with, not only no smock but, no mask and they let her right on in multiple times.We must begin not only expecting but insisting on quality services in our communities.

Brenda was very friendly and professional while making sure I was comfortable when taking my x-rays. She made sure I knew what was happening and what I should expect to happen during my appointment. One of the most cheerful people I have meet while at the dentist.

I have to say my experience at Western Dental & Orthodontics was great! My doctor explained to me in detail what was going on with my teeth. I was shown a video to really understand I thought that was a great idea. Doris guided me through this process by explaining to me in detail on what my payment would be. She put a lot of effort in selecting the right plan for my budget. She made it very for easy for me.Thank you!

I had gone a couple of times here with no problems, except the wait times here are always horrendous, but yesterday I got braces and they didn’t disclose a lot of information with me. They just gave me papers to sign but didn’t explain things step by step as they are suppose to. I now have braces on teeth with bone loss which isn’t good. Most of the people there are nice but seem inexperienced. I suggest going elsewhere.UPDATE:I went to this dental office and was told I had bone loss on two of my teeth, I decided to get a second opinion and went elsewhere. I was checked by multiple doctors and I was told I actually don’t have any bone loss!! This dental office lied to me.Don’t come to this place, not worth it.

On Saturday I went to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned up with Dr. Kat and Julio Flores, they made my experience at the dentist worry free and make a great team together. I highly recommended getting checked up by them just request them next time you go.

Was a little disappointed that I wait two hours for the dentist to arrived and unfortunately I had to leave in order to make it another doctor appointment. The personnel at the front office have no clue about insurance coverage without checking my insurance they told me that my insurance will cover everything 80% and after the valuation the prices were 77% higher than name dentist and with the customer service of the stuff ha ha ha it should be 80% less expensive than any other dentist. Sorry but the true is that your organizational and customer service has a lot to be desire and please no offense, but use this information as a constructive criticism to get better this shouldnt just be a job for you, but a career and a great customer service to your customers have a continuous improvement future.

I havent been to the dentist in 5 years. reason being is because Im terrified, however I had a wonderful experience with doctor kat and also dental assistant Sabrina. I got two teeth taken out and was surprised I didnt feel any pressure nor pain. Doctor Kat is definitely gentle with his hands and Sabrina is a wonderful comforter

This dentaal office is well staffed, and uses a variety of people in different specialties/skills. This office is overall - as a whole - good (and efficient). Now and then the wait could be long, . but the length of time of the wait is relative compared to other places. Not at all bad. In my humble opinion, you can use the wait time to relax yourself and get any texting/thoughts out of the way before beginning your anesthetic/procedure.

I came today to get polished after my braces treatment to get my retainers delivered. When I entered the door, I was warmly received by Carry and Letty. They checked me in and less than 20 minutes I was sent to the back. Dr. Youseff and his amazing back office staff received me with a smile and made my teeth look shiny and brand new. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this office and get a smile makeover with braces.

I went to this dentist and had an employee by the name of Julio take care of me during my procedures, he made it seem safe and made my worryness go away with his well attitude and had the process when taking x-rays done fast with no pain. People like are the reason why I am looking forward to return to this dentist!

Getting past about a 50 minute waiting period after coming in some minutes prior to my appointment time, everything else went fairly well. Brenda is so friendly and easily relatable. I am so nervous when it comes to dental offices and she definitely saved me from being a nervous wreck. It definitely helps that she is one of the first employees you encounter before heading to the back. I like this location so far. Giving it only 4 stars due to the wait time. Hopefully next time, I am confident it will be better. I did go on a weekend, which is the only time many people find time to go.

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this dental office prior to my appointment which made me skeptical but my experience with the staff was great. I had an appointment yesterday but was unable to see the doctor because he was with a patient the receptionist was nice enough to let me know that he was going to be awhile with a patient giving me the option to stay if I want or to reschedule. She was able to reschedule me for an appointment today. Tuesdays might be better days to go it wasnt busy in there at all I was sitting there about five mins before I was called in the back to sit in a chair. Everything flowed pretty quickly in a timely fashion which I appreciated greatly. I personally enjoyed Sabrinas help with making sure I felt comfortable at all times while waiting Dr.Tran. Making my tooth extraction as easy as can be.. I really appreciated the customer service today from the staff.. further on this location definitely has me as a patient as long as Sabrina(dental assistant) is working there. She was truly awesome. I recommend asking for her and Dr.Tran if you visit this location. I can honestly say that the reassurance from them made me most comfortable with other going thru with the extraction. I recommend this location

I recently went to go get checked up, and I was attended pretty fast. I was quite pleased by Julio, he checked up on me and made my worries go away by how well he talked to me. Really recommend this western dental, they have good service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The oral surgeon here, Dr. Nafaff will refuse to do an extraction without adding an implant in place of the extracted tooth! This implant will cost you $600-$1,000 btw...I will be contacting the better practice bureau! This “oral surgeon” needs to be reported. There were two other patients who were refused care for the same reason! Dr. Nafaff is a crook! You have been warned...

I got my four wisdom teeth removed and 6 cavities filled in one session doctor prescribed me Motrin. Then I finally was able to open my mouth only to notice that my filling are some metal and some porcelain they never asked me for my choice. I will be going in to talk to the dentist tomorrow because I am paying for this service out of my pocket and expect as a customer to be fully satisfied with my investment. I am planning on getting braces as well I guess if this issue can be fixed I can consider it if not I will be taking my Business elsewhere. Over all dentist were good and staff were professional.

Very poor service for my first experience! my appointment was 10:00 am I arrived before at 930... They had 2 patient ahead of me and 3 behind me. more likely theyll see the 2 patient ahead of me, but the 3 behind me as well? thats not fair, they are also new patients as well like my self. my paper works was finish before the 3 patients behind me in a timely manner. I was there for one hour and a half waiting. I skipped my work for this morning for my appointment not to be seen? I change my provider! poor service they need to improve. I put 1 star because I want this to be seen in reality they deserved 0. I dont recommend this to anyone. (dont mean to be rude) they suck here.

Horrible service I have had my braces for two years and havent been able to afford treatment so I called them to see if they could remove them and they told me I had to give them 200 dollars to remove my braces it is very dangerous to leave metal in your mouth with no maintenance and it causes plaque build up among other things no telling how many people you guys have killed by refusing to remove their braces unless they pay a ridiculous amount of money were better off trying to remove them ourselves at home WESTERN DENTAL IS THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE IN THE WORLD RUN THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THEIR PATIENTS OR THEIR HEALTH THEY KNOW WHAT RISKS COME WITH HAVING BRACES IN YOUR MOUTH AND NOT RECIEVING TREATMENT

Do not waste your time they will make you wait for an hour or two with an appointment just to see the dentist. The front desk representative ignores you and acts as if she’s on the phone with a customer and your standing in her face, they are so rude. I will not be returning here with my family and I advise you to find a different dental service because this location is TERRIBLE.
