Dr. Rosenson and his whole staff have been just outstanding. I would recommend the practice to anyone. The office is so kind and understanding. Anna was Dr. Rosensons assistant with my case, and she was the best!!! She made me feel at ease and was very involved with my case. Dr. Rosenson is just the sweetest most understanding dentist Ive ever been too. Always professional and extremely knowledgeable. I came to him because I had dentures from a prior dentist that were making me so unhappy. He promised he would correct my issues and bring my old smile back. He certainly delivered and I am ecstatic with the results. Love you guys!

After searching for a good dentist in the Hawthorne area since we moved here, we finally found a great place that cares about people. The staff at the office were wonderful and made me feel right at home. After trying out many dentists in the area, Hawthrone Dental won me over. Going to the dentist is never fun, but the staff make it a pleasant visit. They are always friendly and accommodating. Appointments are always easy to make. They are helpful with understanding my insurance policies and options. SO glad we found this establishment!

Doctor made me a partial denture that changed my life for the better. I can eat all my favorites again and no longer have any digestion issues! Payments were easy, and all his staff was fantastic. I then broke a different tooth and called the office. It was after hours and I left a message. The doctor called me back within two minutes and took me in the next day - fitting a temporary crown and then two weeks later gave me a permanent one. Amazing dentist with an awesome staff. So happy I found him!!

I went to Hawthorne Dental for a checkup that was long overdue. I had never actually gone to a dentist before. The hygienist was nice and she explained everything she was doing. The dentist was wonderful and explained to me what has to be done and how much it will cost with my insurance company.

Doctor Rosenson is an amazing professional. I’ve been going to him for almost nine years and never had to regret it. As much as I dislike going to the dentist, knowing that he will always take care of his patients in the best way calms me down. During my first visit to Dr. Rosensons office, I was impressed by how organized and professional their team was. The front desk is always friendly. They called and reminded me of my appointment, helped me set-up my paperwork ahead of time and seated me right when I walked into the office. My wife had been a patient of Dr.Rosenson for years and we always referred patients to him, he even repaired a front cracked tooth for my young son, so up until then things were fine, however he had my young daughter come in and instead of fixing her cavity when she was calm and all smiles in his chair, he sent us to a strip mall dental office, called great expressions. Big Mistake and when we had a really bad experience with this sub par office, we called Dr. rosensons office to kindly let them know not to refer people to such a place as this makes him look bad. My wife spoke to Liz who was less than helpful and was nasty to my wife, she just kept saying Dr.Rosenson doesnt treat children, he surely treated my young son as he does other children, its all over Facebook, so that was back in January, I called his office today and Liz was giving me a run around and would not relay a message to Dr Rosenson. This is the reason I am giving them 1 star, Liz needs to go to customer service school again.she is very condescending.Stephen Daidone

There is no way this dentist or his staff deserve even 5 stars!!!!! He is the most AMAZING dentist and his staff is beyond supportive and awesome. My father had 2 sets of dentures prior to coming here that were awful....no horrific.. he lost weight because he couldn’t eat anything but super soft food. He couldn’t wear his previous dentures due to severe bulkiness and severe pain. This office was beyond accommodating from start to finish. I could cry, my dad walked out today a new man with dentures that actually fit and he could eat with and be proud of and we owe it to Dr. Rosenson and his staff. I called this office on 10/24/18 to verify if they accepted my insurance and the receptionist asked for my insurance information to call the insurance and make sure they accept it. She called me back an hour later stating they accept my insurance and she scheduled my appointment. I went in today 10/30/18 and I was turned away by the receptionist after she called and verified the insurance again while I was there and then told me she was sorry but they do not accept my insurance. I am very upset that I took time off of work, just to be turned away. I wish I can give them zero stars for wasting my time!
