My boyfriend and I lived here here for 18 months. We had an overall great experience living here. The best part is that we got a corner unit on the very top floor. I loved spending time at the pool. The manager Cassandra was always easy to reach and to interact with. She even decorated the courtyard with cute lights which made it feel romantic. It was never a problem doing laundry, coming or going from the apartment or the garage, and and there was even a security guard whod patrol sometimes. The only bad experience and one complaint I have from living here is that my boyfriends car was robbed when it was parked in the garage at The Palms. We have no idea how someone was able to get into the gated garage and then able to get into his car.

Just moved in, recently married. We both love the place. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable safe environment. Apartments are very roomy, modern and have great views.

Dangerous building, lack of security. The reviews calling this place secure are lies. The buildings front door locks have been changed multiple time due to past residents entering the building with their old keys. Just recently, the building locks where changed without informing any of the current residents it was going to happen until the day they performed the action. I came home and couldnt get through the front building door! And guess how the new keys were delivered? They just dropped the new keys off outside the apartment doors, unsecured. Very smart.Also, they didnt switch all of the buildings door locks, so now we have multiple mismatch keys that work on different buildings doors.Avoid this place at all costs. I never leave reviews, this is my first, but I really hope this helps someone avoid the trouble I had to live through.

This apartment building is AMAZING...it is a great place to call home! The units are elegant, spacious, quiet and the grounds are meticulous! But the icing on the cake is the Manager. She ALWAYS goes the extra mile to ensure that our apartment Community is maintained at the highest standards!!! Kudos to The Palms Apartments.

Absolutely terrible experience. This overpriced dump deserves negative stars. USPS stopped delivering mail for 2 weeks because the building wasnt secure, mailboxes were being vandalized and mail was stolen. The so-called on site Business Manager had no idea this happened until residents complained. Im sure shell respond to this review with a generic, robot-like response that doesnt directly address my comments.

This place is awful! The units are extremely cold in the winter because they dont include heat. Super hot in the summer. Washers and dryers actually leave your clothes dirtier than you when you put them in. Stay away from here.
