One of your drivers sat outside my apartment complex blowing the horn for almost 10 min here in oak grove. Its late at night and no matter the time thats just obnoxious. Very inconsiderate and rude, hope you guys start hiring better employees.

It took a while for the driver to arrive, but we were not in an emergency and Im sure it wasnt the drivers fault. He was courteous, professional, and did a great job loading the truck. He did an even better job unloading in a tricky spot!

ABCO in Jackson, MS Was called by State Farm to tow my car. A man showed up to jump the battery. When that did not work said a tow truck would pick up my car in an hour. 8 hours later they had not arrived after saying each hour they would be there in an hour. I am 80 years old, have health issues and was running out of battery on my phone. They knew all of this but apparently did not care. As five o’clock was approaching I began to panic with one bar left on my phone was afraid I could not call anyone and would have to sleep in my car. Major Liability issue for them had anything happened to me. Finally after a 5:30 call another company arrived within an hour. Hercules...if you want the name of a good company. Both State Farm and AAA use ABCO so check on who they plan to call; if ABCO, ask them to call Hercules or another company. ZERO STARS FOR ABCO!

1000 miles from home on vacation and had dreaded car issues. AAA sent out ABCO and Wesley helped me out He took care with getting the car towed to Tire Trax for some great service too! Great MS hospitality by passerby people and the police dept while stranded while waiting.

If you need something that will fit on a flatbed expect them to tell you it will take an 18 wheeler tower that costs much more to do the job. Thank God I found an honest company!

WORST TO COMPANY IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! ABC was supposed to be towing my car about an hour to where I live so I could get it worked on. I waited until an hour after it was supposed to be brought to me, only to find out that they NEVER EVEN LEFT THE ORIGINAL CITY and have closed for the rest of the weekend. I was not given a courtesy call or consulted before these decisions were made on my behalf. I will not be able to access my car ( which I had my client presentation in it today for tomorrow ) or do anything until Monday morning ( it’s Still aturday ). DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND.

Very profressonal serivce always on time never late i use to use apro towing till one of there drivers started talking about my vehicles i never had that problem with abci towing good job guys keep up the good work

The gentlemen that helped tow my car were very helpful and polite. I was on a cross country road trip when my car broke down. ABCO took the stress out the situation with their patience and knowledge. They arrived quickly and took me to my requested shop. Grade A service here. Thanks again.

These people are nothing more then theifs. They will lie and make it impossible for you to get your car back and when you talk to them the guy is rude and tries to act like a tough guy. They stole my sons car. Wouldnt let him get it the first couple of days of having it but waited until the fee price was to high for him to pay. They should be put out of business completely. Report files at police department on them stealing the car

I used this company through AAA please pay attention because they are going to try and get over on you. tried to charge me 340 and AAA told me 200 3mins prior. Then after I paid them the cash on the spot they told AAA I didnt pay and still tried to charge me 304 had to dispute this through my membership wish I could give u no star

Traveling through Hattiesburg we got a flat tire on a pitch black freeway at 1 Am . Abco came right out .The driver Ricky was professional and super helpful knowing we weren’t from the area he suggested hotels and tire places for us to get our tire fixed the following morning ! Not only did he do all of this he also called the next morning after we got back on the road to check up on us and make sure we were ok ! Ricky went above and beyond and I would 100% suggest them ! Be sure to ask for Ricky !

Got a flat on the interstate passing through MS. The tow driver couldnt have more than one person in the cab due to COVID precautions. After trying Uber, Lyft, calling several local taxi companies, and calling MS Highway Patrol (all unhelpful), I called the office back. They stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to help solve the issue until they were able to free up another vehicle to take my wife to the tire shop. Tow driver was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to during the trip to the tire shop. Pricing seemed fair. If I ever need another tow I can only hope theyll be as good as ABCO was, and I wholly recommend them to anyone in the Hattiesburg area.

Due to being blocked in on a gravel parking lot, I attempted to back out of my parking space and ended up with my car being stuck in about a foot of gravel and it would not budge. I called AAA the next morning and they sent ABCO to the rescue!Justin was amazing! Professional, reassuring and all around an impressive example of courtesy. If everyone at ABCO Towing responds in the same manner as Justin, what a great company! Eventhough, I was initially a tad overbearing about my Mercedes, Justin calmly answered my questions and went on to handle his business. He patiently retrieved the tow hitch from the trunk of my car (that I didnt even know existed) and proceeded to pulled my car out of its prison.Once he finished he inspected the vehicle for possible obvious concerns and even suggested that I may want to get the undercarriage checked for possible sensor disruptions. What a great guy! What an impressive representative for ABCO! Thank you for sending Justin!

My experience with ABCO Towing was great. I was initially going to have my car towed, however, after talking with Austin about what I had done to try to jump my car. He suggested that he try to jump it with a jump box before he towed my car to the dealership. He explained everything and suggested that I get my battery tested. Austin was amazing and so patient! I am thankful that they came to the rescue. I would definitely use them again.

My car shut off on me at Canal road. We called AAA and an ABCO driver (Cody) was dispatched to us. He got there super quick and got us out of the way of traffic and was super friendly and took alot of pride in his job. We wound up towing my car home and he was great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Seriously this place has to be the absolute worst towing/roadside assistance place ever!! There driver caused over $4000 in damages to my vehicle because he didn’t want to listen on how to properly jack a European vehicle and he also did not know how!! Even with a mechanic detailing the damage their driver caused due to him improperly jacking the vehicle they refuse to fix my car!! Do your wallet, vehicle, and well being a favor and go to a more knowledgeable and honest company!! These people are a joke!!!

Truck A-42 at 12:10PM just dropped off a Volkswagen Jetta at a Meineke and broke the front bumper off the car while drop off. This is totally unprofessional and just caused this driver regardless of their situation much more in damage repair. The imperfect care of this driver is a sad thing. I certainly hope this driver is fined for the damages to the car.

Managed to lock myself out of my vehicle and used ABCO to unlock my car. Supervisor Greg was awesome, quick, and very professional. Would definitely recommend if you manage to lock yourself out of your car as well.

Dont know how it could have been better. I blew out a tire on the side of the interstate. A guy showed up within 45 minutes. He was pretty busy that night. He towed my car to a Firestone and then drove me to my house. I had groceries that would have gone bad and it would have been a long walk. Got great service.

I’m not disappointed that my friends car got towed. I’m disappointed in the fact that she and I were both lied too. We were told that ABCO was called by the complex to tow the vehicle. That is not the case. In fact they have contracts with complexes to tow cars. They go in at night and tow cars rather than being called in. Here’s a hint... don’t lie.

Excellent/ Fast service!!! I locked my key in the car at 8:30 p.m. and it was out by 9:45 p.m. I live in the country so I wasnt expecting it to be that fast!!! The gentlemen was extremely nice!!

Very Rude and defensive when told their driver was giving false information about wrecked vehicles required to be brought to their yard. Then they dont deliver all parts with my wrecked vehicle and say they arent going to waste time or manpower to deliver even though they were paid a significant amount to do so. Wesley tells me to come pick up the bumper myself and threatens to hang up on me because Im telling him what his driver is telling people. I have proof the bumper was in my truck and still they say it was put in the other truck by accident. Do Not Use this Company. Was my First and Last Time!

We had abco tow our car from Biloxi to Gulfport, our car left completely fine and when we got our car it has a huge star on the windshield from a rock or something. I have before and after pictures of our car proving it! And now they’re saying it’s not they’re responsibility! My car was in their hands and it happened while my car was on the truck!! Very very disappointed!

Didn’t know that getting a car towed unexpectedly could get any worse until I found out first hand how the dudes who work here treat people. We live in 2018, not the 20th century. Hate speech is NEVER acceptable. And this company employs ignorant, hateful people who obviously do not how to treat others with any sense of empathy or compassion. This business operates predatorily; stalking apartment complexes where they can rip ALREADY POOR AND STRUGGLING COLLEGE STUDENTS out of our last few hard earned dollars. It’s disappointing to know that money really does make the world go round, no matter who it has to take it from. Kudos.

ABCO dispatch recommended me call my insurance before using a tow service and sure enough, my insurance sent a tow truck and they were very professional!

Took my kids to the zoo in Hattiesburg, we are not from there, but I locked my keys in my car as we were getting ready to leave. It was stupid hot and I had my kids outside and the man got there in literally 5 minutes after I told him we were out in the heat. Oh and my keys were locked in my trunk so he even climbed in my back seat to get to my trunk. My Camaro at that, so the backseat is almost non-exisistent. He was super friendly and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this towing company!

(In Gulfport/Biloxi) The clutch assembly went out on my vehicle essentially stranding me at home. Greg from ABCO Towing was dispatched to tow my vehicle to a local dealership; however, he did not simply load the car and deliver it to the dealership like many recovery shops I have experienced in the past will do. He quickly and methodically troubleshooted the problem, providing me with accurate information to reference when dealing with the dealership mechanics. I was thoroughly impressed with Gregs knowledge and high level of service. Therefore I highly recommend ABCO towing when in a pinch with your vehicle.
