Mason is the man!!I blew a set of duals and hub off a 40 trailer hauling supplies to my family and friends affected by Hurricane Ida. This took place on a holiday weekend there was no way to get it fixed until the following week. Mason used all the parts and wheels off of his 40 trailer to get me back up and heading south in 4 hours!! Mason and his mechanic went above and beyond to get me rolling these guys deserve an S on their chest because they are SUPERMAN in my book!!!!!!I highly recommend using Hattiesburg Towing and Mason you will be in great hands.

Absolutely the best and professional towing I’ve ever used. Broke down going to Florida from Dallas and Mason to care of me above and beyond. He made my bad situation feel like a cakewalk. These people are the absolute best. I had just picked my 10 year old daughter up in Laurel and was headed back home to Louisiana when our car lost power due to the serpentine belt coming off. We found ourselves stranded on I-59S just south of Hwy 98 on a Sunday afternoon in a thunderstorm. I came across Hattiesburg Towing on a Google search. I asked if they knew of any mobile mechanics that could help us get back on the road. He made a couple of phone calls and called me back to let me know whom whe called was closed. He called one of his drivers and this guy was our hero. He picked up the belt from the parts house, drove to our location and put the belt on for us. We were back on the road not an hour after the initial phone call. Great service and went way above and beyond to get us back on the road. We made it home fine. Thanks, guys

Stated on phone that the cost would be $30 - $35 to unlock car. Arrived within 5 minutes, took 25 seconds to unlock. Charged me $85. The guy was nice, but said there were extra charges for this, and that, and..... ?? I suggest you confirm total BEFORE they do their thing. My opinion - not a good way to do business. Consider other options.

Accidentally locked my keys in the car at a gas station a few nights ago and was referred to this company to help me out and I could not be more pleased! After calling and explaining my situation and my location, they were there in 30 minutes and had my car unlocked in about 2 minutes! Very, very helpful and great prices!

I got myself stuck in the mud in a uhaul truck. My husband and I didnt have a lot of money left to pay for a lot but the owner Mason was very kind to me and gave me a HUGE deal. It only took about 20 minutes but the tow man(I do not know his name) was extremely helpful! I am very appreciative to them for their kindness and hard work!

I was relocated from Texas to Florida in March of this year during the COVID 19 pandemic to make it even tougher. I had made prior reservations at a hotel in Hattiesburg and while turning into the hotel, the tire on the boat trailer (with boat) feel off. It was 10:00 at night on a Monday in April and I was devastated, stressed, and very unsure of what I was going to do.I started to call places and the next day a very professional and nice man, Mason, returned my phone call. I was looking for a tow and he informed me that he thought that he and his crew (Jason for me) could help. They promptly came to the hotel where my boat trailer was on the ground in front of the entrance. They raised it up, got a part, and came back to repair my trailer right there.He and all of his staff were honest, caring, understanding, and more helpful than I could have ever asked. I was imagining being stuck for 4 days and they had me back on my way to Florida in 2 hours.I cant thank them enough!!! Everyone should give Mason a call before they try anyone else. My boyfriend accidentally locked us out after midnight and we were really worried on what to do since I had valuables in there and I didnt want to leave them alone all night.Then we found this service, called them and within 22 minutes, they made it to us and unlocked the car. He was professional, friendly, quick, and very very reasonably priced. We were so thankful and so impressed. I highly recommend this service.

Highly recommended! Im from Louisiana. Nothing worse than having your car stranded in a place where no one is around. A complete stranger brought me to a Stuckeys gas station. (Thanks nice people of Mississippi) Got someone to bring me back to Louisiana. Going on blind faith called him for towing my car. He took a look at it and said he could actually have it fixed. Got my little black Honda Civic alternator changed. He also helped me with little detailed problems. He was all I had, and I was just so grateful.

Great customer service and very professional, even found a place for me to have a key made that was cheaper than having petro Nissan make one for my car keys that were lost in the river. If you want ever need towing services please use Hattiesburg towing, very affordable as well!

Totally saved me and my husband one night when we had a blow out on a bridge. Completely stuck with no spare. I called them because I wanted to use someone local and they were there within 30 minutes and towed us back to our house! The driver was really nice and accommodating and made us laugh the whole time.
